"In three words: very noisy place where you eat very well at a slightly high price. We had several dishes to share which were all very good (grilled octopus, risotto and duck, chicken aji and rice,... . Small disappointment with the sweet potato fries which are not crispy enough on the outside, and with the tuna which is coated in a very large quantity of sauce and too salty. The desserts are just brilliant: the fondant is delicious, runny, and goes perfectly with the vanilla ice cream and the little pieces of speculoos; the decomposed cheesecake iced with red fruits is great, the cream cheese ice cream is truly incredible (a bit more speculoos wouldn't be amiss . The only real fault is the room which is extremely noisy, there is clearly a lack of carpet/curtain or other accessory that would absorb the noise. The head feels heavy at the end of the evening. We'll come back anyway, it was worth it."

"This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in my 4 years of living in Geneva. Yes, it’s on the pricier side but our experience was great. The food (especially the lobster! was really delicious; the dessert menu looked so good so be sure to leave some room and check it out. Personally, its strongest point was the service and atmosphere. The outside terrace is really comfortable and the waiter and hostesses were very welcoming and helpful. I am so glad we found this restaurant!"

"I had to wait for 45 minutes before my order was taken, and another 30 minutes for my food to arrive. The servers were inattentive and seemed disinterested in providing good service. I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer. I ordered a steak with fries and yellow sauce, but the steak was overcooked and tough to chew. The fries were cold and soggy, and the yellow sauce tasted like it had been sitting in a jar for months. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The restaurant was also dirty and unhygienic. The floors were sticky, the tables were stained, and the silverware looked like it had not been washed properly. I felt uncomfortable eating in such an unsanitary environment, and it was clear that the staff had not taken the necessary measures to maintain proper cleanliness. Before we leave, a second portion of dried french fries was served in a disposable napkin, without sauce, neither a hello nor a goodbye, and a totally unfriendly staff. I wonder how such a business is still open in Geneva. We would have been better off going to a fast food: AVOID !"

"The food here is exceptional! High quality, healthy ingredients are used to create delicious and visually beautiful dishes. We ordered the pad thai salad, the burger and a raw carrot cake to share all of which were incredible. We washed them down with a matcha and chai latte. The only reason I knocked a star off is because they seemed to be short staffed when we visited (on a Sunday) and the place was packed. They ran out of cutlery and cups as they couldn't get them washed quickly enough. As a result , we were given paper cups and we had to wait for cutlery before we could eat! It also meant that the environment wasn't very relaxing. Perhaps a mid week visit would be more pleasant. Price is also steep.. it came to 74 CHF in total, but everywhere is expensive in Geneva, and at least the price is relatively justified by the quality of the food. "I don't often write a review for any michelin restaurant but this is something else which I believed they did excellent and exceptional job. From me calling making last munite booking, Alex kindly taken my name for him to call me back if the other booking not going to come for the evening. In within 5 minutes he called back and also he goes beyond by saying if any change please hesitate to give him a ring again. When we get there he strait away approach us by using my name as the booking for the evening. As soon we have sat we served by Clement, his service also excellent and beyond. Regarding the food, they are beautiful from look and taste. Toward the end, the head chef Francesca come to every table and asking how was our experience in he food she has created. This is I thought is excellent. I went to many michelin star restaurant and only if you know personally or in the same industry the head chef will come to your table but Francesca, making that extra miles. We did says we love the sausages and she strait away said, happy to pack some for us to take home. I thought this is excellent . I really never have this ever before...and beside Clement also giving us the extra saffron warm homemade bread when we ask because we also love So we really recommend Fiskebar!!! They are excellent in everything Feeling not just only in michelin star restaurant but feeling home too"

"I have had the pleasure of having lunch and dinner several times at Karne and this restaurant is truly a little Italian gem sheltered from the hubbub of the city center. In summer, the shaded terrace is very pleasant and the food is very good. The pasta is excellent and the pizzas are among the best I have had the chance to taste in Geneva (the dough is beautiful and yet so light). The products are of high quality and the staff are extremely helpful and kind! Truly a 5 star restaurant without hesitation and I will be going back there this week! Modification after having lunch at Kytaly this afternoon the pizza at Karne is fluffier and I found it better! So Kytaly? The best pizza in the world? Not on not on! Edit at the beginning of May: refuses to serve tap water even though we are in Switzerland and we are lucky enough to have great water I am immediately removing a star. Damage!"

"I would never have found this restaurant, it wouldn't be for a close friend of mine who knows the cook/patron well. The restaurant is not the most glamorous in terms of decor, but it is clean and well spaced. That said it serves some of the best meat in Geneva; the selection of the cook is excellent and he knows his cuts as a professional. In addition, the service is friendly, efficient and not intrusive. If wine is an important part of a meal, the list in this restaurant is eclectic, well selected and exceptional. One of my favorites."

"First off, I'm not a big fondue guy, but, I'll make an exception for this place. I've only been to Geneva twice and every time I've came here, I have visited this restaurant. The way they do fondue makes them stand out. The vibe of the restaurant is lively and the staff friendly. They really enjoy serving people great food. This restaurant gets so packed and reservations are highly strongly recommended. If I ever visited again, 10/10, I would return. Advice, if you're planning to dine here, skip lunch and come hungry."

"Venus en couple avec le passeport gourmand (grâce à qui nous avons découvert ce restaurant) nous avons été littéralement séduits par tout: le décor est superbe, les tables espacées et très confortables, service au top, sympathique, à l'écoute et tjr présent sans être pesant, bravo les filles! Maintenant passons au repas: quelle magnifique découverte du menu terroir, superbe soupe asperge dés de fera fumés, terrine de lapin estragon goûteuse et magnifiquement entourée d'une feuille de nori qui relève un goût iodé, suivi d'un superbe carré d'agneau cuisson parfaite, maestro! Pour ma femme un foie gras excellent, et une cassolette de ris de veau morilles/cardons frais qu'elle en rêve encore! Le café gourmand nous a laissé sur une note parfaite, 10/10, de l'acidité du gourmand du craquant et pas trop de sucre, voilà du bonheur! Les assiettes sont très belles, magnifiquement dressées, à quand une étoile ou une toque? Essayez ce restaurant c'est l'adopter!! Bravo à toute l'équipe, continuez comme ça! On reviendra très vite."

"Very good, inventive menu which offers a wide choice and top artisanal drinks. I like the burgers of the month which I find atypical! However, I noticed that they put less salad sauce than before, which means that the salad is dry and has little flavor, which is a shame because this homemade sauce is very good. Same for fries, there are a little less. The decoration of the place is cool, it has personality!"

"Loved the place .. used to go there all the time 10 years ago. Went back today.. I had a lovely tarte tatin.. and a morrocan tea.. which wasn't really morrocan ‍ i kept having drops of tea on the table and drops on me so I checked the cup and realised it was broken and just at that moment the cup broke and I was covered with tea.. my sweater, jeans and shoes were wet...the guy gave me 2 napkins got so annoyed that I left and asked for the check .. I was stunned when they charged me for the tea.. I mentioned it to the girl and she said : do you want to take it to go ! Really ? That's all she's got to say ? I live 2h away from Geneva.. the tea is full of sugar and wasn't going back home before 10pm when this happened around 5pm . Thank you for the consideration"
