Delighted to have been able to discover this restaurant! It is rare to eat “Scandinavian”. A refined and colorful taste. The bread basket for dessert: brilliant! I recommend

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Fiskebar in Geneva. The female chef is doing wonders with so many delicious dishes. Will go back soon.

The place is very beautiful and romantic with view both on the lake and on the kitchen. The food was simply delicious and the experience unique! Also the waiters were very kind and well prepared. Francesca is an amazing Chef with incredible ideas. We will certainly go back soon! Greetings from Italy.

Great dinner place for your trip to Geneva! Incredible presentations and delicious food. Inside it was cozy and beautiful. I am surprised that this restaurant does not have a Michelin star, because I have visited restaurants with one or two Michelin stars and they weren’t that good. Great experience!

Great experience and great time for a special occasion. Better than most of the Michelin 1 star we had and probably one of the best gastronomic we had in Geneva. We're not fan of seafood but everything was tasty, creative and cozy without being posh. Service was also flawless, professional, sharp and kind. We'll be back

Really amazing creative food by a superior and very creative chef the cod gnocchi dish was incredible in particular. The three small appetizers to start were very creative and tasty. The bread and butter were exceptional. The steak portion was very stingy (given the very high price) but the asparagus was good. The Rhône wine by the glass was excellent. The cheeses on the cheese plate were very bland and all tasted the same, but overall the food was excellent. Very strange and incredibly rude experience sitting down where we had agreed on a table but the person told us we had to sit elsewhere. The restaurant was highly recommended by a colleague that had already dined there. I decided to take my wife for our wedding anniversary and we were both really happy for this decision! It was a culinary experience of the highest order. We chose the 5-course Nordic Journey and were amazed by the quality, taste and creativity of the food (not to mention the wonderful presentation of the plates)! Everything was patiently explained to us by a very informative and polite staff, which added positively to the whole experience. I don't often write a review for any michelin restaurant but this is something else which I believed they did excellent and exceptional job. From me calling making last munite booking, Alex kindly taken my name for him to call me back if the other booking not going to come for the evening. In within 5 minutes he called back and also he goes beyond by saying if any change please hesitate to give him a ring again.
