"Wir bestellen im Normalfall monatlich, manchmal auch öfter und auch mit Freunden. Leider ist vom Freddy Fresh Glanz bei uns jetzt nicht mehr viel übrig. Zum 3. Mal in Folge bekommen wir eine Pizza ohne die wichtigste Zutat. Eine weitere Zutat wurde durch eine andere ersetzt. Die Rede ist von der Pizza La Paz. Hier fehlt jedes Mal der Dill und die roten Zwiebeln sind inzwischen normal weiße. Beschwerden per Telefon haben an sich Besserung in Aussicht gestellt, außer heute da wurde es abgetan als wenn das schon mal vorkommt. Aber bitte, jedes Mal? Wenn es doch noch ein konstruktives Gespräch dazu geben soll, bin ich gern dazu bereit. Nachtrag: Es gab einen Anruf vom Restaurant, wo das Problem intensiv besprochen wurde. "the new owners of the restaurant have been operating this for 7 years. it has changed very little in the dining room since the takeover, perhaps a few new fish in the aquarium . a nice older lady has served us fast and super-friendly (we were the only guests at this time too.) we have eaten as little seasoned but felt ok. the Beijing soup we know differently and more tasty, yes. although we were the only guests, the dishes were lukewarm or the rice rather cold. we were presented as a bill for the conclusion, but only now we noticed when evaluating. will have been a good one, or... can you visit, we can't be any more."

Der einzigste Nachteil ist die Verbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Goslar macht mehr Busverkehr damit die Touristen auch kommen. Und unterstützt die Pension."

"We have been to Goslar many times and eaten several times in this restaurant. It is always very good, the portions are large and there is a good choice of tasty food. This time we were with our son and his partner and the vegetarian...choice for them was rather limited. Also although the menu had the English translation the staff spoke very little English so we were very glad to have our lovely German friend with us. The restaurant itself is full of character and we would definitely return. In the summer time it is a delight to eat in the garden next to the stream"

"Geplant war ein tolles Abendessen in gemütlicher Atmosphäre… Reservierung im Restaurant lag schone einige Tage zurück. Online vorbestellt war erst ein Tisch für 8 Personen, der telefonisch nochmal auf 10 Personen erhöht wurde. Als wir ankamen wurden wir in den Wintergarten gebracht an einen Holztisch mit Bänken nur eine Bank mit Rückenlehne. Wir haben dann versucht einen anderen Platz zu erhalten wo alle auf einem Stuhl im warmen Gastraum sitzen. Leider nicht möglich, Gruppen wir saßen schon zu 8 im oberen Bereich) wären nur an den Holztischen im Aussenbereich möglich. Wir waren zu 9 mit 2 Kindern. 10 Erwachsene an so einem Tisch ergäbe essen in einer engen Sardinenbüchse. Es war obenrum beheizt, leider war es fußkalt und wir sind durchgefroren nach Hause gefahren. Ich hoffe die Kinder bleiben gesund. Von 9 Essen war leider die Hälfte eher mittelmäßig. Bei fast 20, Euro ein TK Schnitzel war für uns der absolute Hammer. Fertigtomatensosse im Kinderesses und Kartoffelpuffer nicht selbstgemacht. Leider war der Flammkuchen nicht durch. Der Laden war nach Eröffnung noch besser, mittlerweile geht es eher um Profit. Dieser Restaurant sieht uns nicht wieder…"

"since the opening we were as a native - now out - goslarer again and again in Burger-Glück. we have experienced the long waiting times mentioned here several times, but remained loyal to the load and now write a review related to juli 2017.We visited the Burger-Glück in juli 2017 at two evenings, once at a Schützenfest Sunday and again on the following Wednesday.One time the business was only visited weak, on the second date it was full, we recommended to load several times but also well. especially noticeable the remarkable pictures on the walls. we always feel comfortable here, but I would spend a nice longer evening at different places. for a tasty burger but completely sufficient.The staff - different from both evenings - was youthfully binding nice and quickly took up our orders - also on the well-filled evening.When you were visiting, the eggs were unexpectedly what the service brought to the voice at all affected tables charmingly and professionally offered alternatives.The drinks were quick at the place.The burgers both came after my feeling very fast. the supplement a little time-setting but not so that it remained negatiw in memory.A burger was taken back because of a misunderstanding of incorrectly built burger and came back to the table immediately in correct form.I noticed that we were not asked for drinks in the course of the food. by this, quite as insurmountable, fact goes the operator even to fleee. "the hotel restaurant steffens is centrally located in hahnenklee. we did not live there, this review only refers to the restaurant. it is a spatially generous place that also offers for private solemnities. I felt the space as something impersonal. when I think of the restaurant, the conceptual “orderly” pushes me: neatly salty, clean food quality, neatly acting personal, ordinary bourgeois prices. was very tidy that you were given a little dessert to each court. overall a recommended, but not necessarily euphorically correcting local."

"Anders als im Außenbereich konnte man schon beim Betreten des Lokals erkennen, dass es sich trotz der guten Lage am Rande des Marktbereiches um ein eher einfaches Restaurant handelt. Trotzdem wurden unsere demgemäß nicht allzu hohen Erwartungen noch enttäuscht. Der Blick durch die permanent offene Küchentür fiel direkt auf vier Maggie-Dosen unbekannten Inhalts. Da wir an diesem Tag schon viel gelaufen waren, sind wir dennoch geblieben, was ein Fehler war. Wir bestellten: Lasagne, Maccharoni al forno und überbackene Tagliatelle mit Lachs. Alle Gerichte waren mächtig und kulinarisch wenig raffiniert. Nach dem Verzehr der Lachsnudeln traten im Laufe des Abends heftige Magenschmerzen auf, was für mich aufgrund eines sehr stabilen Magens schon sehr ungewöhnlich ist.
