"I have to go to Goslar to find my first Australian restaurant. The staff is nice and attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant and design has something. As an all-esser or fast-everything tester, the selection of my dinner was once again damn hard, but I was really happy with my decision and as a result the result on the plate. For me, only a kangaroo dish came into question, as I like to eat vegetables, so the plant eater was just right to me. "Ein viel versprechender Laden von innen, nur war leider irgendwas mit dem Essen. Wir waren zu 4 hatten einen super schönen Abend dort. Der Service ist sehr gut, nur hatten leider 2 von 4 Leiten am nächsten Tag was am Magen. Und es ist SEHR teuer für die Portionen die man da bekommt. 6 shrimps in Knoblauchöl für 14€. Brauchen wir nicht nochmal."

"Unfortunately, we are disappointed with the price-performance ratio. First we wanted to eat the lunch menu that was advertised to us by the staff and when we sat down it was suddenly sold out. We then ate two Cokes and a burger each, without asking we were served a 0.5l Coke, which wasn't even Coke but Pepsi, which cost €5 per glass. I also had a sausage burger with a mustard sauce and white cabbage. Unfortunately, normal mustard was simply put on the burger and in an amount that unfortunately completely drowned out all the other flavors. The burger looked absolutely nothing like what was shown in the photo on the menu. Unfortunately, we are also a bit disappointed with the portion size because we paid over €40 for two people with two cokes and weren't really full."

"Genussvolles Erlebnis unweit der Hahnenkleer Stabkirche Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis der Extraklasse erwartete uns in den Ratsstuben , einem charmanten Restaurant das sich unterhalb der Hahnenkleer Stabkirche befindet. Wir hatte das Vergnügen, am Abend zu speisen und wurden von den Gaumenfreuden, dem einladenden Ambiente und dem herzlichen Personal beeindruckt. Das äußere Erscheinungsbild mag anfänglich skeptisch stimmen, doch das Essen spricht für sich. Von der ausgezeichneten Qualität bis hin zum Preis-Leistungsverhältnis – hier trifft man auf eine wahrhaft köstliche Vielfalt. Die Speisen wurden heiß und frisch serviert und präsentierten sich kunstvoll auf dem Teller, was das Esserlebnis noch erfreulicher gestaltete. Das etwas veraltete Interieur wurde durch ein gemütliches Ambiente wettgemacht, das sofort eine entspannte Atmosphäre schuf. Das Servicepersonal war äußerst höflich und aufmerksam, was das Gesamterlebnis noch angenehmer gestaltete. Hier spürt man, dass gastronomische Dienstleistung mit Herz gelebt wird. Ein Blick in die bisherigen Bewertungen verrät: Die Ratsstuben sind nicht nur für ihre ausgefeilte Küche bekannt, sondern auch für ihre Lage und ihre unaufdringliche, freundliche Bedienung. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist vielfältig, wobei die frische Zubereitung und die liebevoll angerichteten Gerichte herausstechen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv, auch wenn man aufgrund der Frische der Gerichte mit einer gewissen Wartezeit rechnen sollte. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Brot mit Dip oder das Angebot eines Abschiedsgetränks zeigen die liebevolle Hingabe des Restaurants für ihre Gäste. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat uns überzeugt, ebenso wie die Auswahl an Bioweinen. Die Ratsstuben sind zweifellos ein Muss in Hahnenklee und bieten ein unvergessliches gastronomisches Erlebnis. Für uns mehr als ein Grund hier wieder herzukommen."

"Food was okay, but it wasn't... everything on average... not bad, but for me no highlight. I'm a big fan of Indian food, but that didn't kill me. In my opinion, the cleanliness in this bistro is in the middle range, because apart from the woman/owner/boss, no one cleans there. I used the toilet there once and then never again. For a calzone I ordered, a 0.33 can of Ulladag and a Turkish tea (which in other kebab shops is almost always on the house) I was deducted 16.00 euros. Since I had paid by card, I checked again online and 16.00 euros were debited. Too expensive for my taste that's why today was the last time. Still, good luck."

"I went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening together with my wife, after having made reservations a couple of days in advance..After having done some research, I we had high expectations, and we were not disappointed. After a glass of champagne, we both had steak, and it was quite simply excellent. I always prefer local wines when I am travelling, and this restaurant has a very good selection of German wines. The service was very friendly, and this restaurant somehow managed to be classy without being overly formal. The atmosphere is rather quiet, making it a perfect spot for couples.Excellent food, friendly service, reasonable prices: I am definately going back next time I am in Goslar."
