"From the outside, it seems somewhat inconspicuous. Beautiful old house, with covered entrance (and a few small 2 tables), small courtyard and also small guest rooms. I guess about 6 tables – it's a good time to get out. Comfortable upholstered furniture in friendly yellow and covered tables with real fabric table linen. Operation friendly. No long waiting times. The food was fresh and fresh. Hearty, delicious, fine, lovingly dressed, petty-bourgeois cuisine."

"I was pushed by coincidence at lunchtime and got me there lunch. staff were very friendly, the selection of hot dogs is great. I was allowed to taste the soup and it was also very delicious. I had sweet potatoes and a small Danish hotdog. has tasted sharply and everything was fresh. the delicious brot makes the difference here real! I can only recommend a visit. I hope the cool load keeps itself. the location is hidden in the courtyard."

"Essen gehen mal anders. Zwischen Gemälden und Kunstgegenstände sind die Tische im Atelier verteilt. Eine Speisekarte gibt es so nicht, den für jeden Tag wird ein Überraschungsmenü zusammengestellt. Wenn man davor sich einen Platz reserviert, kann man zuvor seine Wünsche, was man nicht mag oder verträgt, einfließen lassen. Dann wird dafür gesorgt dass das Menü entsprechen angepasst wird. Da ich dem Ambiente nicht unnötig mit Handy fotografieren stören wollte (hätte etwas merkwürdig ausgesehen und finde es ebenso manchmal nervig, wenn ständig fotografiert wird! , gibt jetzt leider hierzu keine Fotos. Doch auf der Homepage von Cilantro sind genügend Bilder um sich einen Eindruck des Ambiente zu verschaffen. Ich gebe dem Cilantro meine absolute Empfehlung."

"The Oxford Pub is another inspiring pub in the city centre of Karlsruhe and closes the high quality of the Oxford Café, which is just a street corner. I ordered the Farmer Burger, who came to the table quickly and freshly. The meat was very juicy here and before all the sauce has tasted very delicious. In addition, there was a campus Ale, which can be obtained here as a traditional student beer at a very reasonable price of 2 euros. In general, you cannot complain for prices at all. Also the service was very good, the food was very fast there and the service friendly. "Der etwas introvertierte Ristorante-Gründer Paolino FERNANDO ist der alleinige Herrscher über Pfannen und Kochtöpfe und offeriert eine typisch-italienische Speisekarte mit Antipasti, Suppen, Salate, Pasta, pesce e carne, im vielleicht wöchentlichen Wechsel, mit jeweils ca. 4 Gerichten w.o. Jedenfalls waren die von uns ausgewählten Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte auf den Punkt zubereitet, äußerst köstlich und zu einer Wiedereinkehr verpflichtend. Gibt es dazu noch eine Steigerung? Die Seele der Location ist der in der Homepage aufgeführte Sohn Marco des Inhabers (als Oberkellner), quasi Maitre und Mädchen für ALLES . Viele Stammgäste lassen darauf deuten, dass das Gebotene den Cucina-Wünschen entspricht. Dennoch scheint es angebracht, das nach eigenen Angaben authentische Ambiente zu modernisieren und keine blauen Wasserflaschen, als Blumenvase zu dekorieren! Wir sind jetzt schon gespannt, was uns bei nächster Einkehr, genussvolles aus den Regionen Italiens (vielleicht ein Antipasto di Mare alla Griglia) zelebriert wird? CIAO!"

"We were visiting friends in Wettersbach for the weekend and they kindly took us to one of their favourite local restaurants to enjoy the cuisine of the area.The atmosphere at the Tannweg was friendly. I liked the local beer on tap, particularly the Rothaus - sehr gut! To start we had a beef consomme with little ravioli-like parcels of meat. The flavour was superb. For main course I enjoyed pork medallions with spatzle and vegetables. The meat was cooked perfectly - I loved it. I skipped dessert and went straight for a digestive - williams pear schnapps. So good! It was a lovely night, good food, excellent service, wonderful company."

"You enter the resuarant and the Greek music welcomes you, the service is very friendly and as soon as you are seated a ouzo is served to make you feel welcome; soon afterwards some bread is served. The atmosphere is typical greel and the walls are pulled away from a Greek museum, a lot of statues and paintings are all over the restaurant. The food is nice and the Grill is doing its work to serve you all the typical dishes from the Greek cuisine. very nice greek wines, Retsina, red or white you have a selection of these. If you want a relaxed evening to start the weekend and enjoy some good food in a typcial Greek restaurant you can not be better then at Syrtaki."

"Die Aussicht auf die Seen ist sehr schön und die Bedienung ist freundlich. Das Essen, das ich hatte (Lachsfilet mit Rosmarinkartoffeln) ließ jedoch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Lachs war ziemlich langweilig und geschmacklos und ziemlich trocken und kam mit Gemüse das offensichtlich tiefgekühlt war und weder gebraten noch gewürzt war. Die Kartoffeln hatten nicht den Hauch von Rosmarin. Das Bier war so naja. Für den Preis echt nicht die Qualität, die ich erwartet hätte."

"Kilimanjaro labels itself as serving Eritrean food. We were promptly seated in the nicely decorated restaurant. You could not help notice that you were supposed to feel thay you were somewhere far south of Karlsruhe. I ordered a platter with mixed meat, but I was surprised to see chicken appear on my platter as it was not listed in the menu for that type of platter. Rule of thumb - regard the menu as just an indicator of whay you may be served. With the rave reviews of this place that I had read, I left somewhat disppointed."

"This restaurant was suggested to me .... so I went to check it out.... it is nestled along a narrow street, but there is plenty of parking at the end of the street near a park, then a short walk past a few shops and there you are. My first thoughts on entering were how clean it was! My second thought was that it was also very pretty, namely the tables and the decor. We were greeted by a smiling waitress, if she is there (i forgot her name-but she is absolutely the best waitress in all of Karlsruhe!!..in my humble opinion) and we were led to a table. There were a few other patrons here as well.... on my third visit I noticed that there was a beer garden type area, here it is called an "imhoff"... so next visit we plan to sit outside if we can. On to the food, I have tried several different dishes here, and each time I have said to my wife how good it has been and the portion was of a good size! The quality of this food is simply outstanding! I have been greatly satisfied every time we have been here! I almost hate to write this review as I am a little afraid that others will discover this little diamond and it will become the next great Thai place... but alas.... you must try this restaurant!! Great atmosphere, even better food!!"

"the parsifal is a tempel of the desires - so it is praised and also explained by the owner at every table long. it should not be a simple restaurant, but to bring together the vision cultures. but we come to the foods - these are all delicious, the appetizers are a selection of cold and warm little dressed (sometimes fried), main dishes go over Persian dishes (lamm, hawn, vegetarian, garnel, ...) with special seasoning and very interesting taste to Indian dressing (choice of meat, ready for picking/selection of soaps we have ordered something from every area - everything was impeccable and very good. the service is very friendly at full days (on such a one we were in parsifal), but by longer talks about the philosophy of the restaurant with the host and its guests it is necessary to schedule some time. I was with friends in the opposite and we have discovered the restaurant per infestation - it was very surprised and we like to come back. service is good, however it took over half an hour until we could pay (after more times please do so and empty drinks), as the host often sat down with other guests to the table to chat (you know here)."

"We ate here (while it was half empty!) and the waitress was careless and not very customer oriented.Initially we requested her to clean the table cause it was dirty, but she forgot to and cleaned just after we insisted. We ordered a Pizza with 3 plates and potatoe chips. She brought a Pizza (which was not cutted in pieces), 2 plates, no cutlery, no napkins and no salt for the chips (the chips had no salt!).We requested her to cut the pizza and she was reluctant at first, then she brought it back and it was still not properly cut down! To what she replied "thats why I am giving you a knife" - seriously? I mean what kind of kitchen cannot cut down a pizza properly? Even the 1€ pizza-cutter from Ikea does the job! By the time we ate the pizza was cold and while eating the pizza we found Aluminium-paper pieces in the pizza! The salt and napkins she never brought and we had to ho looking for it ourselves.But we have been here many other times and it was always perfect. The food is also tasty.Just today this waitress made our stay really bad. *** We were seating outside next to the window - the waitress was small and probably indian... Try to avoid her. We noticed all other waitresses attended customers the way it should be."

"We were with 10 people in the Mediterranean Durlach for my birthday and were very satisfied. According to my assessment, the kitchen is scratching at the star level, only for sure the card would have to change more often. Very pleasant is also the professional friendly service. It is interesting that the two Mediterraneans in Karlsruhe (Durlach and Karlstraße) are quite similar to the concept and still have different maps, very positive. I find the kitchen in Durlach basser than that in Karlstraße, but that can be at the samples. Definitely the ideal location for all kinds of business dinners."
