"We are big fans of Eritrean food and this one is the worst one we've tried so far.We ordered two Veggie Platters (€11.00 each) and one meat platter (€13.50). The food was warm instead of hot, portions of the lentils, spinach, and potatoes weren't generous enough, and they all tasted very bland.We also ordered a bottle of still water which tasted awful! The only impressive dish was their lentil soup (€4.00) which tasted great.The service was okay, but didn't have a menu in English and the waiter didn't speak any English either. They didn't issue us with a proper receipt (was hand written) and they only take cash payments. Wouldn't come here again."

"For the first time in Café LUUC I was last fall and decided to add a Chai Latte big plus: there are also vegan milk alternatives in addition to cow milk. Also the other hot drinks at further visits I found very tasty (Pumpkin Spice Latte, Matcha Latte, ... . Only the coffee I actually found a bit bitter, but this is probably a matter of taste. In addition to hot drinks, LUUC also offers various lemonades. The Rhabarber Limonade I found very refreshing and tasty, with 5,70€ however also quite happy in the price. Before I come to dinner just a few words about the ambience and the service. The ambience I feel very pleasant and the café is really very lovingly decorated in the Botanical look. I felt comfortable in the green café. The service is (usually very friendly according to experience, however, this varies very much between the individual service personnel. I've already got very friendly people and those who were only moderately flaunted. Nevertheless, the drinks come quickly. You sometimes have to wait for food (only if it is full. Overall, I find the waiting times appropriate. Now for food: The selection at LUUC is for vegetarians or Vegans really huge. So far, I've only tried cakes and waffles. These are really a pleasure. I really can recommend the waffles, the Carrot Cake and the vegan cheesecake. I have heard only positive things about the Bagels and the Bowls so far from my accompaniments : In addition, the food is always super beautifully dressed. You can always see a variety of people taking their food. You can't blame them in the way it's done. One last big plus is that all allergens are listed on the menu. This is really very practical for gluten and nut allergy sufferers. All in all, I can only recommend Café Luuc, who wants to taste something new and/or enjoy a drink in a beautiful ambience. I was there more often to be productive and also to work for that, the LUUC is a good address."

"This restaurant was suggested to me .... so I went to check it out.... it is nestled along a narrow street, but there is plenty of parking at the end of the street near a park, then a short walk past a few shops and there you are. My first thoughts on entering were how clean it was! My second thought was that it was also very pretty, namely the tables and the decor. We were greeted by a smiling waitress, if she is there (i forgot her name-but she is absolutely the best waitress in all of Karlsruhe!!..in my humble opinion) and we were led to a table. There were a few other patrons here as well.... on my third visit I noticed that there was a beer garden type area, here it is called an "imhoff"... so next visit we plan to sit outside if we can. On to the food, I have tried several different dishes here, and each time I have said to my wife how good it has been and the portion was of a good size! The quality of this food is simply outstanding! I have been greatly satisfied every time we have been here! I almost hate to write this review as I am a little afraid that others will discover this little diamond and it will become the next great Thai place... but alas.... you must try this restaurant!! Great atmosphere, even better food!!"

"the parsifal is a tempel of the desires - so it is praised and also explained by the owner at every table long. it should not be a simple restaurant, but to bring together the vision cultures. but we come to the foods - these are all delicious, the appetizers are a selection of cold and warm little dressed (sometimes fried), main dishes go over Persian dishes (lamm, hawn, vegetarian, garnel, ...) with special seasoning and very interesting taste to Indian dressing (choice of meat, ready for picking/selection of soaps we have ordered something from every area - everything was impeccable and very good. the service is very friendly at full days (on such a one we were in parsifal), but by longer talks about the philosophy of the restaurant with the host and its guests it is necessary to schedule some time. I was with friends in the opposite and we have discovered the restaurant per infestation - it was very surprised and we like to come back. service is good, however it took over half an hour until we could pay (after more times please do so and empty drinks), as the host often sat down with other guests to the table to chat (you know here)."

"We ate here (while it was half empty!) and the waitress was careless and not very customer oriented.Initially we requested her to clean the table cause it was dirty, but she forgot to and cleaned just after we insisted. We ordered a Pizza with 3 plates and potatoe chips. She brought a Pizza (which was not cutted in pieces), 2 plates, no cutlery, no napkins and no salt for the chips (the chips had no salt!).We requested her to cut the pizza and she was reluctant at first, then she brought it back and it was still not properly cut down! To what she replied "thats why I am giving you a knife" - seriously? I mean what kind of kitchen cannot cut down a pizza properly? Even the 1€ pizza-cutter from Ikea does the job! By the time we ate the pizza was cold and while eating the pizza we found Aluminium-paper pieces in the pizza! The salt and napkins she never brought and we had to ho looking for it ourselves.But we have been here many other times and it was always perfect. The food is also tasty.Just today this waitress made our stay really bad. *** We were seating outside next to the window - the waitress was small and probably indian... Try to avoid her. We noticed all other waitresses attended customers the way it should be."

"We saw this restaurant not far from our Airbnb apartment and decided to walk over and give it a try. We couldn't be more thankful that we did that. We had Amanuel (I probably spelled that wrong) as our waiter. He spoke very little English but was so patient with us. He could understand exactly what we were asking for and he chose each of our dishes to eat and they could not have been more PERFECT for us! We got a bottle of wine that was excellent! Our boys caught up to us and he chose a pizza for each of them that they loved! This is truly a GREAT place and wonderful memory for us!"

"My daughter and I went to Veggiezz for breakfast brunch today and received a very friendly welcome. The breakfast was excellent and left nothing to be desired. It was prepared and decorated with a lot of love. The very friendly service lady was very attentive and warm. "Zunächst standen wir vor einer Eingangstür die nicht öffnete und nur durch einen Gast der die Gasstätte verließ konnten wir ins Gebäude. Im Gastraum angekommen(wir hatte reserviert)wurde uns an der Theke ohne Begrüßung gesagt wir können uns einen Platz aussuchen. Auf die Möglichkeit zu Getränkebestellung mussten wir 20 Minuten warten trotz nur ca. 25 Auslastung. Die bestellten Vorspeisen kamen schnell. Glücklicher weise wusste ich noch dass ich Bruschetta bestellt hatte was ich bekam waren kalte Brotscheiben mit kaltem Belag aus Grobgewürfelten geschmacklosen Tomaten und Zwiebelstücken .Die weiteren Vorspeisen waren Tzatziki was mit Sicherheit nicht frisch zubereitet war ,(so schlecht im Geschmack kann man es selbst nicht herstellen) Zu den Hauptgerichten: Dorfteller-bestand aus völlig trocken gebratenen teilweise total überwürzten Fleischstücken ..Rumpsteak war gut medium gebraten und geschmacklich o.k. Badisches Pfännchen war genießbar . Grillteller Total überwürzt Fleisch zum Teil völlig roh. Nachspeisen-Palatschinken mit Eis wurden kalt serviert waren wohl schon längere Zeit aus der Pfanne . Eisbecher aus Fertigprodukten war das Highlight des Abends. Erwähnenswert ist noch das Personal Der Jüngere Kellner war begrenzt freundlich ging jedoch auf unsere dort noch vorsichtige Kritik am Essen überhaupt nicht ein. Der zweite ältere Kellner war ein unfreundlicher Mann der im Service keine große Zukunft haben dürfte .Zusammengefasst ein durchweg negativer Abend den meine Familie und ich schnell vergessen werden. Uns wird man hier nicht wiedersehen"

"Exceptional restaurant that leaves nothing to be desired. The restaurant has a wonderful historical flair, combined with modern and stylish furniture, offers an enormously stylish, pleasant ambience. The exhibited art is also exceptional and beautiful. The service is gigantic and the food too. A selection of selected delicacies as you rarely find them among 4 Michelin stars. And very art and lovingly dressed. High culinary art combined with stylish furniture and very professional staff. I would recommend at any time! The Mediterranean must be regarded as high for good reason! We like to come back."

"Also meine Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden.. ok dennoch ein Tisch bekommen.. das überschwängliche oft beschriebene vom Patrone hielt sich in Grenzen ( zum Glück / vielleicht hat man hier dazu gelernt ) .. zum Ambiente .. ganz nett jedoch alt und billig, zudem sind die Tisch mit gefühlten 40cm tiefe zu klein .. Positiv : Sektgruss zum Anfang ( wer es mag / braucht ( ich nicht ) ganz nett.. als Gruß aus der Küche gab es zwei Mini Bruschettas .. Negativ : nerviges Telefon inkl. Nervigen Klingelton ständig im Restaurant zu vernehmen .. Hunde im Restaurant .. für 10 Tische 6 Kellner inkl. Chef und Chefin sind zuviel des guten .. jedoch alle sehr aufmerksam ! Schade das wenn man Gläser von Aqua Panna bekommt dann nur Evian auf den Tisch gestellt bekommt und auch auf Nachfrage kein AQUA panna vorhanden ist .. als gehobener Italiener schwaches Bild .. Das Essen war langweilig leider .. sprich null Gewürze .. auch kam keiner nach dem Rechten sehen oder bot mit Pfeffermühle an nach zu würzen.. ich hatte Lachs gegrillt .. dieser war gut aber ohne Geschmack .. ohne die Zitrone hätte ich genauso Tofu essen können .. dazu hatte ich Spinat .. auch hier keine Würze / Knoblauch oder sonst was und nur in Wasser gedünstet.. somit in Summe sehr fade.. Was aber den Vogel abschießt sind die geschnitzten Gemüse Stücke ( Karottenrose ) die man vom all you can eat Asiaten kennt oder aus den Türkei Urlaub 1980 .. hier sollte das Restaurant mal dringend bei Sterneköche lernen wie man Teller anrichtet .. In Summe somit für die preise eine schwache Leistung .. Das Dessert war gut .. Resümee war ok aber muss ich nicht so schnell wieder haben"

"Whenever I am in Karlsruhe, first dinner is usually here. And it's my place of choice whenever I need to have a good, tasty dinner close to my hotel. They have some all you can eat and usually the food looks great and smells even better. I would have gone for their all you can eat, but their rumpstake is too good to pass. They never get medium rare wrong... Even for their half a kilo rumpstake. 10/10 extremely delicious. Pics are just before and after... Meat was a deliciously pinkish colour on the inside and very tender."

"Restaurant with own brewery. I don't like beer, I like to come in because the food offered is always delicious. There are different offers every day. Sunday friday. Today, pork roast with cream sauce and late zle was on offer. Without salad 9.40 Euro. My goodness, two thick pieces of meat and a large part of latex. It would have been a part for both of us. But it tasted so good that we managed everything, the meat was soft as butter. A pilgrim for my husband, a raspberry limonade for me, were fully satisfied. After the host named by Mr Vogel, there are three locals of this kind. In Karlsruhe, Durlach and Ettlingen. In the latter there are live music from regional bands on Sundays. To go sleep well and eat forward, the bird tongue is not so suitable. Here the post usually goes off when the KSC plays you can see on different screens. On these days it is better to stay away, as not interested. This afternoon it was pleasant, we were served friendly, and the other that I described above. Opposite a historic cemetery, redesigned in the park. Here you can make a beautiful digestive walk, and a large parking lot is also included."

"the new shelter is located a bit away in the hardtwald and obviously still unfinished by the carlsruhern. the large terrace in summer offers a nice place with comfortable furniture, large umbrellas and surrounded by the green of the forest. the children can walk around, find a (old) playground and don't bother anyone.The map offers a very good selection of bathing and international cuisine to travel between 8€ (main dish, pasta) to approx. 16€ (main court, fish and meat). a changing saiosonal card also offers a mixed variety. the quality of eating is great, it always tastes good there.Because there is little going on at the weekend there, the waiting times are short. the pächter is very friendly and deserves to be recommended.My recommendation: who does not yet know it should try it out!"

"We were snuck right from behind, everything would be reserved. (where there were no boxes on the tables!! The nice operation(which was just as cut on before. came very friendly to us and wanted to make up for it, so we just ordered a drink. But when we didn't order anything to eat, the hostess came to our table, and measured us again, you would normally come to a place and would first ask if there was a table. She actually seemed to have forgotten that because she then (when she realized that all the other guests also listened, because I had answered as loud as demonstratively. We should have gone right away, it's not even worth leaving a euro there.The egg lifter should rather lift eggs and let them weep."

"Die Inneneinrichtung ist wenig ansprechend und auch etwas heruntergekommen. Sehr störend war die Akustik; es ist insgesamt zu laut im Lokal und man ist gezwungen die Gespräche an Nebentischen mitzuhören sowie selbst lauter zu sprechen. Die Bedienung hat ihre Arbeit gewissenhaft erledigt, aber mehr nicht, der Mann scheint dauerhaft schlechte Laune zu haben. Aber die Speisen waren gut! Wir waren zum Abendessen dort und hatten einen frischen leckeren Salat als Vorspeise, schmackhafte Nudelgerichte und auch der empfohlene Wein war fein. Insgesamt aber werden wir wegen der ungemütlichen Atmosphäre nicht mehr hingehen."

"we were in the bep xua for the first time again! the restaurant is very tastefully furnished, the service -sunmann the family? - very nice! we had ordered the summer rolls with garnels, which really surprisingly different and delicious crunchy warn inside. as a main dish, I had the curry duck that was excellent, my man eat in soy sauce with odour. this was not bad, but we both found my escape even better. the only manko are the long waiting times for the food, since always the table is cooked. you should plan 2 hours for appetizer and main dish, at least if the restaurant is full on Saturday evening. here, a support in the kitchen would actually be useful, as others thought before. Conclusion: we will definitely come back when the quality of the food and since ambiente have convinced us!"

"Located a short distance from the Schloss this apparently family-run establishment serves typical, traditionally prepared Italian food so do not expect a gourmet experience. Beer and wine are available with the open wine choices reasonably priced. Although pizza is the hallmark and the selections are almost innumerable, I chose to go with more traditional meal, veal parm with spaghetti which was served with a salad. The taste, ingredients, and preparation were comparable to what one might get in an “Italian chain restaurant” in the States. The veal was so-so, the mozzarella on the stingy side, and I would have expected a bit more spaghetti."

"Vom Service gut empfangen worden und einen schönen Tisch zugewiesen bekommen. Empfehlung des Tages war auf einer Tafel ausgezeichnet. Die Speisekarte ist nicht zu groß aber vollkommen ausreichend mit den zusätzlichen Tagesgerichten. Vorspeisenplatte war extrem lecker und ausgewogene. Hauptgerichte mit frischen Fischen toll zubereitet. Genau auf den Punkt gebraten und inn schön glasig. Fürs Dessert war leider keine Zeit mehr. Freue mich auf das nächste Mal. Danke."
