"We picked this restaurant because being a mixed group of omnivores and a couple of people on a vegan diet (me and the hubby), we thought a mexican would definitely offer both options... and apparently this restaurant is an institution in Kiel (i.e. has been there forever). The atmosphere is what you expect from a tex-mex place. Our waiter was super-friendly, and when I asked if the quinoa patties were vegan, he immediately went on to explain what on the menu was or wasn't or could easily be 'veganised'... I was very impressed. The starters were ready in no time (nachos with salsa and some rather interesting jalapenos chillies filled with peanut butter - hot!), but unfortunately the main course took much longer... a bit too long really (1h30 after our arrival). When it finally arrived, I must say the meat-eaters were very impressed with their kangaroo steak, chicken steak, satay chicken... as for the veggi fajitas... well they were composed of exactly 2 vegetables: baby corn and sweet potatoes (I actually had 2 mini courgette rings, but my husband had none). Since I'm not a big fan of baby corn, I was pretty disappointed. The whole thing tasted nice nevertheless, as the side-dishes (those which the meaty fajitas would also get: i.e. tomatoes, olives, guacamole, refried beans...) were excellent. Other very nice surprise: the bill: 105 Euros for 5 people! Verdict: go for the meat and order some starters (as the food might take a bit long!)"

"The snack does not look very welcoming from the outside. However, the rich selection of Chinese and Thai dishes convinces the quality of food (both Thai and Chinese dishes have tasteful restaurant quality) and the really very friendly service. Prices range from 6-9€ for main courses, appetizers and desserts, from 1.50€ to 4€; so everything is very affordable. The food can be either eaten on site or picked up or ordered via its own delivery service. If you want to eat your food right in the shop, there are several tables to choose from. Since there is no spatial separation between stove and dining area, food odours are not excluded in clothing. But you are served quickly in the square. The order with functionless functions, between the acceptance of order and the fresh preparation of the court in wok are rarely more than 10 minutes. Also the delivery service is efficient, the food is delivered quickly and hot. Payment on the front door must be cash, the card payment is not possible. I was served fair and friendly every time with my orders. Two small comments at the end: The portions are very large, often I couldn't eat a dish. In order to avoid unnecessary food waste, the portion size should therefore be agreed with the operation. The menu should also like to have some vegetarian dishes more, but the dishes dominate with meat. So who is looking for a somewhat spleny place with convincing dishes, services and prices is here!"

"This is one of my favorite restaurants ever. I live in Frankfurt and I eat out about 5 times a week, i.e. I have already tried a certain amount of restaurants. When I'm in my home in the north, I'm always trying to look over here. Have recommended the shop for countless times and have always received very good feedback. For food: Here are Supra. It means Georgian table and it is served similar to tapas a variety of dishes for sharing. In the individual dishes a strong Persian influence can be seen, a lot is worked with pomegranate, walnut and/or coriander I recommend a group of 4 people, as so the portions are still pleasantly divisible and you can try a lot. Depending on hunger, you should plan 2-3 dishes per person. Accordingly, together with the drinks, the bill is also quite high at the end, one should not come from expecting a reasonable meal. In my opinion, this price is justified. The restaurant belongs to the category something special for a very nice evening. An vegetarian and vegan: Estimated is just over half of the map vegetarian and, as far as I remember correctly, predominantly vegan. These are not any supplements or non-loved alternatives, but are ingenious and versatile dishes. Also I as a meat eater order mostly vegetarian, because I just love these dishes there like cauliflowers in walnut sauce, eggplant apples, various creams on polenta..."

"Lunch break at an event at the IHK Kiel. Madame proposed a visit to the “Bauch” where she was flashed a few times in the past, as she came to the lunch table too late. This time we were on the restaurant at noon and could already see numerous free tables through the windows. We were greeted by the staff behind the counter when entering, but otherwise we were not paying attention. Another employee who was responsible for the service rushed to us and asked about our desire. On our desire to eat something, he informed us about the available tables in the middle and the side of the guest room. To our astonishment, the tables were all reserved at the window front. So we chose a table on the side and had hardly taken any place when the young waiter came back to us and informed us about the recommendations of the day before he gave us the regular cards. The waiter who, at least at the beginning, only messed up the service in the entire restaurant was friendly and accommodating and had an answer to any question without having to look or ask. He had his eyes practically everywhere and he rushed through the guest room at a speed that meant to feel the air turbulence. Only towards the end of our stay, at practically full-occupied restaurant, the Tresenmann took a spot. Food The map is Mediterranean, there is a regularly changing additional map that can also be viewed online: [here link] The main card is also stored on the homepage, but the individual sections must be selected from the homepage. In addition, there is a lunch table with two dishes each, whose prices range from 5,00 to 8.00 €. During our visit, it was Spaghetti Carbonara for €7.50 and a vegetarian bratling I didn't remember. Spontaneously and without agreement, we both chose the spaghetti in the manner of the cooker and ordered a Cola light (0.2l for €2.20 . The waiter thanked and disappeared towards the kitchen. After about two minutes he came back with two bottles and two glasses, opened the bottles at the table and gave the glasses in half. After a certain waiting period, during which plates were taken from the kitchen to the tables in a constant cycle, our spaghetti was also served. The area of the not even small plates divided a respectable bunch of noodles and a no less large portion of mixed salad, to which the herbal mustard vinaigrette came separately in a small glass. The noodles were al dente, not quite as firm as usual with the Italian, but good. Speck pieces were recognizable, but at first glance the sauce was not visible. Only when looking more closely, I could see that every noodle was covered by a fine sauce film. In any case, the taste was excellent, the portion so large that I had to support Madame as often as I have. The salad was nicely mixed, the Vinaigrette tastefully very good. The only criticism of the whole food is that in salad there were some quite large (about 4 – 5 cm of iceberg salad, which you could have crushed better. Ambience The interior of the urban area is necessary but comfortable enough and cozy. The total of about 90 places are divided into two guest rooms, both with panoramic windows to the adjacent streets. The dark wood furniture stands on wooden floors, there are no curtains and no tablecloths in the front bistro area. The audience is clearly made up of regular guests, there are probably employees of the surrounding banks and authorities as well as the neighbouring Muthesius Academy of Art. Cleanliness The guest rooms worked clean and well maintained, there was also no reason to criticise dishes, glasses and cutlery. The toilets located a little hidden half behind the vault are not on the very latest level from the installations, but clean and well maintained, the footprints observed by me cannot be avoided with the snow mesh present this day."
