"Ich war jetzt schon öfters im Heidekrug und muss sagen, dass ich bisher noch nicht enttäuscht wurde. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker (siehe Bilder) und das dazugehörige Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Nicht nur die Hauptspeisen, sondern auch die Desserts sind immer lecker. Unten sieht man zwei Stücke der selbst-gemachten Kuchen. Für nicht Kuchenfreunde gibt es auch Panna-Cotta oder Minzparfait. Der Service ist, genauso wie das Ambiente und die Location, super. Genau das richtige nach einem ausgiebigem Spaziergang durch die Rieselfelder oder auch einfach so. Spitze!"

"I recommend the breakfast buffet in A2 am Aasee. We sat out there in the summer and had a table right on the water. However, this was due to the fact that there was nothing left in there I had previously checked on the homepage whether a table has to be reserved for breakfast, but there was only lunch and dinner. It only annoyed me a little when it turned out on the spot that it should be reserved, especially since it was my birthday: Then you could not do anything but sit outside, which was much more beautiful in the end). But it tasted well and the selection was ok, which is most important. For the price you could expect even more than what else is often included in the flat-rate price of a buffet breakfast, for example milk, juice), you had to order and pay here extra. But good, on his birthday you can do this!"

"We had lunch at this restaurant in June 2017 and when we visited Muenster ten years earlier. On both occasions we stumbled the restaurant by accident while looking for exhibit sites for the city's Sculpture Project exhibition. On both occasions we considered it is unexpected but pleasing find. It's located on the city's lake (Aasee) and has a pleasing, serene view of the lake. The restaurant was surprisingly empty but service was attentive and competent. Food was well prepared (in a modern German style) and fairly priced. The restaurant was quiet and the atmosphere peaceful. I didn't see any public parking lots nearby (although I may have missed it if there was one). We parked on the street but street parking is limited and the local residents use most of it. I would say it's a place worth searching out but be prepared to spend some time finding a parking space."

"... dieser Dreck, der einem an sooo vielen Stellen begegnet. Die Tische, wenn sie denn überhaupt abgeräumt sind, sind klebrig und voller Krümel. Wir haben dreimal den Tisch gewechselt und dann mit Mineralwasser und Tempos selbst geputzt. Und der Boden .... ganz schlimm. Lange nicht geputzt.Schade ist auch, dass das Personal - mit Ausnahme einer sehr freundlichen jnd engagierten Mitarbeiterin an der Salatausgabe - nicht wirklich Freude am Job zu haben scheint. Bei der Pizzabestellung waren zwar drei Personen irgendwie zuständig, aber so ins private Gespräch vertieft, dass ich sehr störend wirkte, als ich nach ca. 2 Minuten des Wartens gefragt habe, ob ich hier denn auch bestellen könne. Die Quittung für meinen forschen Auftritt habe ich leider auch bekommen. Ich musste seeehr lange warten bis der Rufton fürs Abholen der Pizza kam - meine Begleitung hatte ihren Salat schon etwas länger verspeist - und dann war die Pizza allenfalls mäßig lauwarm. Die hatte wohl bewusst etwas länger gestanden.Ach ja ..... was so über die Damen-Toilette geschrieben wird, stimmt und wird - für mich nicht verständlich - offenbar nicht abgestellt. Die Türschlösser klemmen definitiv nicht nur in einer Kabine.Trinkgeld habe ich trotzdem gegeben. Aber nur wegen der netten Frau beim Salat. Und wegen der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin, die unser Geschirr abgeräumt hat.Das VAPIANO an der Königsstraße hat da entweder bessere Mitarbeiter oder einfach mehr Anspruch an sich selbst."

"all dishes from the menu have been deleted to 14.02 and there were only three expensive menus for the selection (from 30.90€ per person without drinks.) for vegetarians who do not dessert eating, there were no options or discounts. during booking and on the website was not pointed out that the regular card was deleted on the day. the personal insisted on the expensive menus or they can go. we then went to the Italian next door and have eaten very tasty and at a reasonable price."

"Wir waren zu zweit und haben und bei herrlichem Wetter einen Platz draußen direkt am Hafen ausgesucht. Die Bestellung war schon etwas schwierig, da die Mitarbeiterin nicht in der Lage war, einfache Fragen zu beantworten. Ich persönlich fand Bedienung sehr unfreundlich. Leider schlug das Wetter unerwartet um und es fing an zu regnen. Da das Restaurant sehr voll war haben wir darum gebeten unser Essen mitzunehmen oder abzubestellen. Alternativ haben wir nach dem nächsten frei werdenden Tisch gefragt. Was wir dann von der Bedienung als Antwort bekamen hat uns sprachlos gemacht."Oh, es regnet? Dann müssen wir erstmal die Speisekarten einsammeln. Vielleicht später..." Wir haben unser Essen nicht abbestellen können oder es zum mitnehmen bekommen. Die Bedienung hat uns tatsächlich unser Essen im Regen serviert. Auf nochmaliges Fragen ob wir einen Tisch im überdachten Bereich bekommen können, haben wir nur eine patzige Antwort bekomme: "Sie hat keine Zeit sich darum zu kümmern. Das Lokal ist voll".Unser Essen war als es serviert wurde okay und dann irgendwann nur noch matschig.Ein Regenschirm hätte ja schon geholfen, selbst das hat das Personal nicht hinbekommen."

"Seit Jahren wenn wir in Münster sind kehren wir ins Pablo ein und essen dort. Auch gestern. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen bestellte ich mir ein Glas warmes Wasser. Als wir bezahlten , fiel uns der Betrag von 1.30 Euro auf, ich fragte nach und konnte es nicht glauben, mit wurde tatsächlich das Glas Wasser berechnet. Die Bedienung meinte das würden Gäste öfter machen ohne etwas zu verzehren, dies traf aber auf uns nicht zu. Ich bin immer noch fassungslos, natürlich werden wir dort sicher nicht mehr einkehren. Wo bleibt die Menschlichkeit und Achtung, geht es heutzutage nur noch um Profit? Einfach unfassbar, da kann ich nur sagen........SCHÄMT EUCH"

"Suddenly pleasant and clean enough in this institution. Restaurance is large enough compared to the other day. You can eat a little bite here or eat a fast Turkish kitchen (dryner, Duyum, Shurm) or eat a burger with potatoes, or maybe a pizza. Products are fresh (in front of you) cooking with you. The small tables are located in the big windows with a view to the living street. The toilet is in the basement, simple and clean. 5 euros can be very good."

"I was in freedom for the first time. the interieur is well managed and a mixture of the typical industriestile and cozy furniture for the harbour district. the parking situation is of course very miserable, especially at the weekend. the service was courteous and very friendly. Moreover, on a Friday evening, we had to wait not very long for our food. There are also some interesting beer varieties, such as a dark bayreuther. the prices vary from moderate to elevated and on the weekly menu were offered some seasonal dishes.My steak was very good through and also my supplements, as well as the bratkartoffels of my accompaniment, were of good quality. very recommended was also the white carving, which is prepared with sardelle and calf meat.Everything in all is the price and I can imagine that you can sit in the summer excellent at the ufer to the harbour.I guess I will come back."

"Das Essen war mittelmäßig, allerdings zu recht stolzen Preisen. Was aber den Abend wirklich zu einem Ärgenis gemacht hat, war das extrem unhöfliche und unverschämte Verhalten der Servicekraft. Andauerndes Bedrängen wegen Getränkenachbestellungen bei einer Gruppe von acht Personen, die gegessen und in normalem Umfang getrunken hat, sorgt für eine ständig unangenehme Atmosphäre, so dass man den Abend kaum noch genießen kann. Der "Höhepunkt" war dann erreicht, als, weil man offensichtlich auf keine weiteren Bestellungen mehr hoffte, einfach um 9.30 Uhr unverlangt die Rechnung gebracht wurde mit dem Hinweis, man müsse für den nächsten Tag eindecken. Laut Website ist das Lokal Samstags bis 12 Uhr geöffnet! Wenn wir damit gerechnet hätten, dass wie mit der Gruppe so früh gehen müssen - und das ohne jede weitere Erklärung oder Entschuldigung - hätten wir natürlich nie ausgerechnet dieses Lokal ausgesucht. Noch besser wurde es bei einem Beschwerdeanruf am nächsten Tag: Der Geschäftsführer (oder wer auch immer) am Telefon sprach sofort laut und aggressiv, wusste sofort, wovon die Rede war, behauptete, man "hätte fast nichts bestellt" (Nur Essen für sieben und Getränke für acht Leute!) und dann "Wir entscheiden das! Sie haben uns nicht gekauft!" Als daraufhin auch die Antwort hitziger ausfiel, wurde einfach aufgelegt. Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, wie man mit der Einstellung im Service-Sektor arbeiten kann. Definitiv nie wieder La Provincia"!"

"Wir waren in Münster und hatten Lust auf den etwas anderen Burger. Erstens läuft in diesem Lokal alles mit Selbstbedienung, wie in den anderen Burger-Ketten.Die Karte ist sehr übersichtlich und der einfachste Hamburger liegt schon bei 7€. Wir hatten 4 Burger, 2 Pommes und 1 Pommes-/Gemüsepfanne. 3 Burger waren falsch zubereitet. Statt Medium gab's die Burger sehr durch und der, der für ein Kind durch sein sollte, war noch teilweise roh. Die Pommes war einfach nur pappig und in der Gemüse-Pfanne wurden die Papppommes auch noch in Soße ertränkt. Das einzige "Namensgebende " an Gemüse waren die Tomatenstückchen. Wir hatten noch in keinem Restaurant soviel Pommes über, da die keinem geschmeckt haben.Die Getränkepreise sind überzogen, für eine 0,3l Flasche Wasser sind 3€ fällig, für ein Shake (Kakao- oder Vanillemilch mit aufgetürmter Sahnehaube) 5€. So einen schlechten Shake hatte mein Sohn noch nie.Fazit: ein Mal und nie wieder! Für 1/3 des gezahlten Preises bieten die beiden bekannten Ketten bessere Burger und Pommes an. Es wird zwar nett angerichtet aber geschmacklich ist das Essen teilweise eine Katastrophe."

"Das Dean & David bietet frische Salate, Curries, Suppen, Wraps & Sandwiches, frisch gepresste Säfte und Smoothies an. Alles sehr frisch und ohne Geschmacksverstärker. Man sucht sich sein Essen an der Theke aus und bekommt ein kleines Gerät, das einem mitteilt, wenn die Malzeit fertig und abholbereit ist. Da ich der erste Gast des Tages war und im Lokal noch nichts los war, wurde mir mein Essen serviert. Es gibt ein paar nette Sitzplätze, aber alle Angebote auch "To go".Ich habe im Dean & David mittags einen individuell zusammengestellten Salat gegessen. Nach einer kleinen Erläuterung des Konzeptes, habe ich mir einen Salat zusammengestellt und umfangreichen Gebrauch von den "Premium Extras" gemacht. Dem entsprechend war mein Salat auch preislich ein Premium-Salat, aber jeden Cent wert! Die große Schüssel kann man durchaus als vollständige Malzeit bezeichenen. Bei den von mir gewählten Shrimps und Rindfleisch-Streifen war man nicht geizig. Bei den Shrimps musste ich leider noch jeweils das letzte Schwanzende entfernen, so dass sie sich nicht einfach zusammen mit dem Salat aufgabeln lassen. Es wäre mir lieber, wenn sie ganz schalenlos daherkämen. Geschmacklich alles top! Nur das gereichte dunkle Landbrot ist nicht meins. Da würde ich mir 1 - 2 Scheiben frisches Baguette (wie man das z. B. im Vapiano in der Nachbarschaft macht).Sehr netter Service. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Das nächste Mal probiere ich evtl. ein Curry-Gericht."

"Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dem Restaurant. Die Karte ist klein und übersichtlich was mir persönlich sehr gut gefällt. Die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und wurde auch ohne große Wartezeit an den Tisch gebracht. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet von der Qualität und auch die Portionsgröße war durchdacht. Ich kann nur sagen so muss ein Steak sein !! Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und kundenorientiert. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall. Zu den Weinen des Hauses kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich mich nicht mit Wein auskenne und ein Wasser getrunken habe. Jedoch sollen die Weine hier sehr gut sein."

"Our last night in Germany, we thought that we would treat ourselves to steaks and a good bottle of wine and this restaurant was near to our hotel, The Factory Hotel. We looked at the menu first and were told that the steaks were excellent Argentian meats cooked by Peruvian chefs. Sounded perfect. We were served by a lovely Spanish girl who spoke good German and English. We ordered a brilliant bottle of Italian wine, a primitivo blend and it was superb. Some great garlic mushrooms to nibble on with good bread and excellent tapenade was a very good start. We both ordered fillet steaks and my husband who speaks fluent German was clear that he also ordered a fillet. We ordered the same.Our steaks arrived and looked completely different - his was actually a rump steak which he had not ordered and mine was a fillet.Mine was horrible, very fatty and lots of gristle. We didn't even know that fillets could be that bad as they are always the leanest cut.We spoke to our waitress who apologised and said that it could be replaced with a better piece of meat. If I'm honest I was past it by then as there had been a long wait and my husband wanted to watch a football match so we weren't keen to spend too long waiting but I agreed to have a new steak.My husband kept his but I asked for a smaller steak as I wasn't as hungry by then.It then took ages and by the time my new one arrived, my husband had completely finished his. Also I didn't receive a smaller one but the original size, because ' the chef said I should have the large one' but no new sides just a steak on a plate. The steak was excellent, one of the best I have had but it was all a bit late and I struggled to eat it all but didn't want to waste it. We were offered free coffee and desserts. We were too full for dessert but ordered 2 large espresso's which were tiny not doubles. We asked for the bill and were charged in full for my steak, not even the small size which I'd asked for. We had been told by our waitress that there was a really good new Manager but she did not speak to us once, preferring to serve ice cream and polish glasses and my plate with the fatty steak stayed in front of me for 20 minutes whilst the new one was cooked. Why couldn't we both have had what we ordered and steaks like the second one? We felt ripped off when we paid as it wasn't the experience we expected or were promised.Our waitress was a lovely girl but she needs guidance from a better Manager. Had we both received what we ordered and the fillets were like the second, this would have been 5 stars but to serve such awful meat then charge in full when I'd asked for a small steak was unfair and not Customer friendly and for the Manager not to speak to us was poor.We can therefore not recommend this restaurant and it needs to up its game as its in an area where there are several choices."

"I have to say, unfortunately, that you can never be sure about what you want to get into this restaurant. I order the 300 grams derecote every time in medium radar. at the first visit I was very enthusiastic about both the restaurant and the value/performance ratio. the steak was tasty and I decided to make the restaurant my new favorite restaurant in münster. during the second visit, this enthusiasm was still in place. the third time I was brave and ordered the bark fillet. this came in two discs that had already wondered me. that this was very overmarinated. that the filet was not as fried as I had ordered it, I accepted because we were hungry and had already waited one. the first disc was also very tasty, but after the second disc was very bad and I had to leave the restaurant. I assume that hardly one hoses the bark fillet, if this is considerably more expensive than the derecote and that it was too long from this ground. since I am not an inhuman, I once again tried, but this time again ordered the entrecote. is safe. this time, my flesh was cartilaged and had cooked too long. we had kids with us. after it was clear that there were no courts for children, they were given hot iron pots with burnt lasagne. for this they got sharp steak knives. I think the healthy human mind tells you that children might get a small teller on which they then get filled. since I had received the restaurant before my bad experiences my colleagues had decided to hold a Christmas party there. again I got a steak which I would call well-done, although I had ordered medium-rare. the remaining members of our Christmas party had different opinions from their eating. I realize, however, that I don't think I'm trying again with the L`Entrecote."
