"Awful attitude from "new owners" not wanting to honour vouchers already sold to clients. I was told very rudely that the vouchers I had bought several months prior were not valid and it was down to me to get a refund. Complete lack of professionalism and why bother losing a valued customer for something so small? Food looks overpriced anyway and if this is the type of treatment you get over the phone God knows what you'd get at the restaurant. Typical Swiss attitude."

"Probably the only Asian barbecue place in town? Overall not bad. The best is the fried chicken, didn’t really expect that to be really crispy and succulent. Rice is also a plus, real East Asian rice, not the usual Thai rice. Meat is okay, nothing worth mentioning. Service is okay, could be more attentive and responsive, but very nice and friendly. Did not have ventilator so can be a bit smoky and smelly, but that adds on the the authentic vibe I guess."

"My family and I were at New Delhi Indian Restaurant today 20 Aug 2023 evening, as we entered in and asked the person (the owner) to have us seated, we immediately realized the guy was not only unfriendly, but ill mannered too. It became clear to us as he came by later to take our orders, he was disrespectful. 5 minutes later after we placed our order, we approached the same guy (as he is the only person there to take orders and serve) with a simple question and the guy responded with rage (we were shocked) and highly inconsiderate, behaving absolute in an uncivilized manner. He was terribly rude, no customer would like to be treated in that way. You will never ever meet such an arrogant person in a business treating you in this manner ever, I guarantee that. There just cannot be a positive review about New Delhi Indian Restaurant, Lausanne, Switzerland. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It would be an absolute waste of your time and money, all you will encounter is a guy with a bad temperament that’s very hard to counter and you will be in no mood to eat after that experience. So just avoid this restaurant at any cost, it is not worth it."

"I came to eat today at noon for the first and last time. A truly unpleasant waiter to the highest degree. Really high prices compared to the food and finally the coffee is really not good. I am really sorry to see that today we allow ourselves to behave like this with customers. I was charged 4 perches with fries for 23. but when I say 4 it really means 4 mini perches. With this order I received fried squid that looked like chips and when I asked for my plate to be changed the waiter made a noise of annoyance with his mouth and left without apologizing or asking me if he could offer me something. something else, without asking my opinion he brings me the same thing less cooked! And they charge me for this horrible plate at 29.50 And to end up charging me 6.50 CHF for an ice cream for children when the price is 6. on the menu and when I make the remark once again at the limit of the rudeness. I strongly advise against this establishment, especially with children. And again the boss stood next to his server after my remarks and he pretended not to hear anything. "Im really shocked to have to write this.. I have come to Thai Orchidee a few years ago and really enjoyed their food, especially their pad thai. This time however, I decided to get take away pad thai and they showed me to the take away joint nearby. The service was really good, order promptly taken, there was a deal to get a tea with it that the server added, so far so good. I come home and am a little confused by the massive chunks of chicken on top of my noodles.. I try and eat some noodles on their own, they’re very clumpy and 2/3 dont have sauce on them still white), I try the chicken next, and my god it really smells off. The whole dish tasted really bad and nothing like a pad thai you’d expect : I’m unsure if the kitchen staff changed, if the takeaway has their own staff, but I’m writing this after a few bites of a dish I will NOT complete."

"We've been coming to Leonardo Bar and Food for several years now and we're always very happy with the food and the service we get. The last time we came we had a lovely dinner outside on the terrace. The starters were excellent (and came in big portions... and we also liked our main courses: the Tuna Steak with a pistachio crust and the Poulpe et Gambas à la plancha. The best thing was how the staff reacted to our choice of the white wine. We didn't realise it was a late harvest wine and very much on the sweet side, not at all ideal for the food we had ordered. Even though it was clearly our own mistake, they changed the wine for us at no extra cost and replaced it with a dry local white wine which went much better with the food. Merci beaucoup..."

"Obeirut is a very well known address in Lausanne but I never had the chance to go there until last Tuesday. The service was at first very slow, they didn't ask us for drinks and we had to call the waiter after 15min. They took our drink order, but not the food.. Had to wait again.. We took the menu, and it came pretty quickly. The food is ABSOLUTELY delicious! After the appetizers we were all almost full.. It has been impossible to finish the main dishes.. And then came the dessert . One of us didn't take the menu so had no dessert but the waiter generously offered him one. At the end, they offered the digestive.. Depsite we had to wait quite a bit at the beginning, the overall experience was Stunning and the staff super friendly."

"We first ordered drinks. My friend took a glass of wine and I asked for tap water. The waitress came with two glasses of wine and accused me of the mistake. I had a veggie burger. The vegetables were VERY greasy but the fries were...ok. My friend specified her order by telling the waitress she liked her pizza with a lot of tomato sauce and rucola. The pizza was the cheesiest we've ever seen and had no tomato sauce nor rucola. The cheese was definitely not mozzarella di bufala. Way too much salt: she ate the quarter of it. The waitress took back the pizza to add the oily rucola. She asked my friend if she wanted something else to make up for the pizza she barely ate... We felt very uncomfortable and rushed to pay quick. We paid for the glass of wine I didn't order and the food was really bad."

"my man and I go every week to different Taco sites, and this is one of the best if not the best! reminds us of the tacos in mexiko. service was friendly. when we went, a homeless came in and asked to have the rest of a finished table. the owner manager gave him instead a menu. amazing people!"

"I usually have the pasta dish of the day at around 25chf, it comes with a soup or salad as a starter. You also get a bread basket with their homemade mascarpone anchovy spread, which is nice. Service can be a bit patchy at times and pasta a little undercooked (I am familiar with the concept of “al dente” . I would recommend it nonetheless, as some of their dishes are quite inventive and their menu changes on a weekly basis."
