"Celebrated my big birthday here with 10 people. We asked by phone whether an additional 11th person could come. This was vehemently denied, it would be much too narrow, an 11th person would disrupt the service while serving. Okay, after all the table was originally only reserved for 10 people. In the end we had set a large table for at least 14 people and I had already had to cancel the 11th person because of the phone call. Very annoying! In addition, the service lady ruined the entire atmosphere. Simply embarrassing to say in front of the entire group that we should order food (we had ordered for 10 p.m. and ALSO clarified over the phone that we would no longer be ordering main meals at that time). She then wanted to squeeze us into a table of 6 with 10 people. Luckily we were able to say no. However, the mood was gone. The cocktails tasted really good but took forever. Even at 1am, when the bar was barely busy, we had to go to the counter to place an order. As we were leaving, the service lady mentioned slammed a birthday cocktail with a sparkler onto the table (which was generally very nice) and also as she was leaving said all the best in a bad mood and without even looking to see who was sitting there. Everyone at the table was uncomfortable with how inauthentic and annoyed it came across. In between we had other staff who were nice and tried to apologize for the waiting times and inconvenience. Despite good cocktails and a nice atmosphere, unfortunately it wasn 't a successful evening. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4"

"I stopped in here during a recent business trip to Germany, and have been back 2x since. It's a bar/restaurant, seems to be mostly locals, and serves a nice (not vast) selection of local German staples. My beef with mushroom sauce over spatzle was to die for, the fish with rice was delish, and on a bitter cold winter evening, the gluhwein hit the spot. If you're on your own, the bar or a smaller table is perfect, and larger groups have plenty of tables to choose from too. Know that it's busy, so you may have a few minutes wait, and the payment must be in cash. Prices were reasonable, so that 's not too big of a deal. Enjoy!"

"It has begun to include our order with a rather unfriendly and not exactly charming art. at just two ordered appetizers and two people at the table, the chef then did not know who had ordered anything when serving. then we remembered that we had forgotten to show our slemmer block at the order and did so before we had eaten the appetizer linked with an apology. the plumpe answer of the chef was: too late! later, he tried to explain to us that the financial bureau cancellations in the bank do not allow what I think is a ridiculous excuse. the main foods were then quite good and one could get tired of it. after eating we were relatiw sitting long, although only one more was occupied. Conclusion: so little cunning and customer-friendliness I have rarely experienced in our eyes a no-go!"

"because this grieche is close to us, we wanted to give him a chance and test himself despite the growing reviews. we were warmly welcomed and led to our table in the second room where we sat almost until the end alone and ate.The service was very nice and accommodating yet unfortunately somewhat inappropriately dressed. it does not have to be peeky but leggins, schlabberpulli and gym shoes are for a restaurant of my opinion after too sporty and casual.The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. Unfortunately, the dishes are inadequately described so that you have to ask a lot if you don't want to surprise.Well, my man decided to have a mixed barber who also tasted it, in front there was a mixed salad for him. I ordered some appetizers from which we ate together. an aubergine salad that was unfortunately with cream or cheese or something undefined. I should have asked before that, I don't like a little bit of a fairy-good thing and unfortunately it didn't taste us either. of the other we have ordered a peperoni spits, grilled zucchini and pitabrot. Unfortunately everything did not come at the same time as desired so the grill plate, the auberginensalat, the peperoni spits and the pitabrot (which was unfortunately not self-made) came in succession and the zucchini’s came much later. eating was not bad, I evaluated the overall picture and there are far better smells and therefore we will not return again."

"the place has unfortunately lost the pracht and above all the quality of the past days. eating was sweet and too expensive. the appetizer board consisted of high-quality products, tasteless tzatziki, a piece of fried meat, two pasties that were not identified were a mini part of seafood salate and four olives. the main food consisted of a bifteki, in which the cheese was more lacking of a pulp, similar to a smallest part of boiled carrots. we also had leber on the table with the same kartoffels and a questionable, aqueous red wine sauce. in the past, the leber was steamed in the baking paper with anis and kartoffel in the baking paper, which led to a odor explosion when it was opened. unfortunately it is no longer prepared. my man had the same sauce to the same tasteless potatoes. a further order of kartoffeln and tzatziki as supplement was served long after dinner and then calculated with €17.00! as said, the place does not try to reach the quality of the card of old days, and the price-performance ratio is an inconsistency."

"Lage Den Bahnhof von Ludwigsburg zu finden ist nicht schwer. Er wird gut ausgeschildert von allen Seiten. Dort angekommen, geht es gegenüber zahlreiche Stufen hinab in das Reich des Brauhauses. Service Ein Team von professionellen und engagierten Menschen, die es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht haben den Gast zu verwöhnen und ihren besten Service zu bieten, verleiht diesem Brauhaus Charakter. Essen Der Tradition der Brauereigaststätten folgend, wird im Brauhaus Wert auf regionale Küche gelegt. Außer den typisch, schwäbischen Gerichten gibt es bayrische und elsässische. Beliebt ist auch der Mittagstisch, ein Wochengericht oder die „Kulinarische Zeiten“ mit Variationen zu einem Bestimmten Thema. Wir wählen aus der Karte die Bierkutscher-Pfanne 12,80€ . In einem Pfännchen serviert, kommt das butterzarte Schweine-Haxenragout in Biersoße mit zwei Semmelknödeln auf den Tisch. Hier einen großen Dank an pensionist1937 für den tollen Tipp. Das zweite Gericht sind Maultaschen geröstet mit Kartoffel- und Blattsalat 9,90 € . Auch hier schön angerichtet auf einem herzförmigen weißen Teller. Geschmacklich sind beide Gerichte präzise zubereitet, köstlich und herzhaft. Das hopfenfrische hausgebraute Bier passt hervorragend zu dem deftigen Essen. Fazit Klassische gradlinige bayrisch-schwäbische Küche."

"The servers are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is also quite good. Large selection for vegetarians. Nice atmosphere. And now, with the temperature dropping, the second room is for smokers, divided by a glass door and some large glass windows that are extremely, extremely...leaky. And the heating is shared by both rooms. So, even if you sit in the “non smoker” area, by the time you leave, you feel like you were among the smokers. Your clothes, your hair, everything is smoke “drenched”. We understand that Germany is a country of smokers, and restaurants don’t allow smoking, unless they provide a separate room, but the division between smokers and nonsmokers is a joke. Sad, so sad! "My dad worked for a number of years for a German company, and loved coming to Bavaria for the delicious food. We were visiting Ludwigsburg for the weekend, and took a chance with this place. It was exactly what he wanted. The schnitzel was thinly...sliced, perfectly tender, and came bathed in a perfect sauce. Adding fresh cream and lemon juice to that had us in disbelief. That's how good it was. They also had a very nice salad to give us with our meal, that I didn't think I'd like because potato salad was underneath it. Sounds weird, but was delicious. It was finely chopped, with very finely diced potato, egg, cream, bread, and spices. It was unlike any other potato salad I've had since moving to Germany. The icing on the cake was that they had my dad's favorite Trollinger wine. He really enjoyed it. We were also really pleased with our waiter, as he provided exceptional service. We would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for gourmet German food. It's worth the slightly high prices because of the quality and service!"

"Mexican restaurant in the main area of Ludwigsburg. 10 minutes walk from Ludwigsburg bahnof. we had booked the tables 3 days in advance. we went to lunch in the afternoon. Looks like a flourishing restaurant in the area. there are no parking spaces, but the roads around which it might be possible if you are lucky. Now we are once in the restaurant ambience is attractive with half inside and half as a glass roof with abundant natural light. and it snows on the day we went, so it was a bonus view for us. Restaurant had a decent menu with different options. We used chips and dips, basically chips from tortillas with 5 different delicious dips. heavy starters, but still tasteful. Drinks are also on the menu, Kiba was really refreshing. for the main menu they have a la carte and menu for the daily meal. When I was a vegetarian, I took Burrito de verduras. delicious good spice level and very fulfilling meal. they have many vegetarian elements on the menu as well as service was fast, they speak good English. Yes, can be a little slow during the peak hour, but that's a natural one. Overall, I would recommend space for good spicy Mexican foods with good ambience. better if table is booked. Price wise not a cheap eat out, good restaurant for occasional expenses."

"Nice place. The steak was good, not like American steak, but good, seasoned differently and made to order. Service staff is kind and speaks English among other languages. Everything is homemade and the chef does a very nice job. The homemade pasta is excellent. Very nice ambience and you can eat indoor or outdoor on the terrace overlooking a small town square. Just outside their main door is the main drive through the city and a 5 minute walk to their downtown mall. Surrounded by shops and local eateries."

"Again we were there in this local restaurant with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. There is a good selection of regional meals, few of them are also available in small portions but cost about more. (This is no XXL restaurant though) There belongs two...more brewhouses to this one. One located in Ludwigsburg "Sudhaus main train station area) and Bietigheim (main pedestrian zone). Both have their own individual atmosphere. There is warm kitchen in Ludwigsburg until midnight (not on Sundays). The service was very friendly and prompt. The meals were very tasty, but some are maybe too opulent. Not all meals are available in small portions, unfortunately small portions cost a bit more. Anyway I can highly recommend this restaurant. As I am no beer drinker I cannot say much about beer, but they brew their own type and also offer seasonal beer. The menu is online in english and german."

"We went there for dinner during our business trip. You pay and that is all, than eat and and drink as you can. We were there on Friday afternoon at and it was not so crowded, later it become quite full. Originally it...is a Chinese restaurant however you can find big variety of meat and sea food. I tried kangaroo, wild rabbit and duck meat but they taste similar after grilling. There are small latches at your table indicating table number and you attach them to your plate after selecting your food and they grill it for you. You can find different type of beer and wine. Variety of salad, desert, coffee and tea also available. Free car parking provided. I liked and recommend you."

"I had a dinner with my coworkers in this place but all of us didn't like it. It was a Saturday, we were 4 people and we got a table at the side of the stairs to go to lower level. Area was not so...clean, I saw spider-webs in all corners. We waited quite long before to have our food. I ordered as starter a carpaccio di spada so thin that I can see through it. Main dish was a octopus with potatoes and a weird taste. To avoid any surprises, I decided to don't have a dessert and I left restaurant not being completely full. According to me unique positive note has been the bread, made from a soft crust of pizza."

"Had dinner here for the first time yesterday. I can only recommend the restaurant. We enjoyed it very much (we had Iskender Kebap and Adana Kebap). I've often eaten in Mannheim, which is supposed to have the best Turkish restaurants. But I actually liked it better here. We'll definitely come here several more times. The food is truly a 10/10. But I recommend everyone to make a reservation."

"We came to Ludwigsburg for a conference, of us went walking around the town looking for a place to eat and to taste some nice regional reislings. Emporio bar is in the main pedestrian area and seemed like a hip place to eat. Italian...food, seemed like a creative menu, and at least bottles of wine on display at the bar. So the of us sat down, ordered a carpaccio to share, a couple of beers and waited and waited and waited. Finished the beers and asked for the wine list, since the menu only displayed a basic assortment of italian wine red or white or rosé. The waitress informed us there was no wine list. We finally were served a person serving of carpaccio that had just been defrosted. We finally went up to the bar to look at the different bottles and indeed they had a variety of german reislings that we inquired about, and eventually, after a discussion, were served had a couple of different and quite good ones by the glass with our main courses, which again, took forever to arrive. At the end, the food was just okay, the service was poor and we got charged for a frozen carpaccio plate when we only wanted to share one plate between us. Misunderstandings and a lack of organization made for a less than great meal"

"Despite the arrival without a table reservation, the owner was so friendly and gave me a very nice eckish shortly after thirty minutes (time to go and see the nearby castle). the menu is wide and includes a lot of Greek cuisine. syrtaki offers a very clever choice to not order too many appetizers: the ouzomezze includes the traditional shot of ouzo likör (very tasty) and a selection of delicious mezzen. After leaving the necessary room to face the main meal, they can choose fish, meat, grill. I went for the mixed plate of the desire: really well made, with delicious fried calamares, delicious jumbo prawn, and a hot (zander) filet. a small crooked house-white wine accompanied the excellent dinner. efkaristo poli for the beautiful gourmet experience!"
