"The restaurant has a welcoming interior and feels good inside. I liked the overall atmosphere while we were seated in a quiet corner in the backside. So we enjoyed the relaxing view of the nightlights through the window. As for courses: Good pizza (nothing special, but quite ok), so so ravioli, good fish chips, nice desert (but tooooo expensive 13 CHF for a too small cheese cake not the superb one). We had a very polite and accurate service."

"We were walking around Lake Lugano and thought we 'd drop into this lovely (on the outside McDonald 's for coffee and a snack. The view of the lake from the tables was pretty, even in the rain. Please see photos. But, as I waited in line to order, I lifted my phone to take a picture of the interesting menu. All of a sudden, the dark-haired lady behind the counter, Italian-speaking, no English, started shaking her finger back and forth at me and yelling, NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! (I lost track of how many NO 's she shouted at me...wow. Whoa...what the hell? Too bad for her, I was taking the photo as she started in on me and am happy to post it here. We got our snack and left, but I must say she was absolutely the rudest person I met in our two weeks in beautiful Switzerland. I suggest eating in a more friendly restaurant while in Lugano."

"Cena di lavoro in 14. Prima di entrare in sala ci viene spiegato come affrontare questa cena al buio dalle due cameriere nono vedenti. Si entra nella sala formando un trenino e ci si ritrova subito immersi nel buio. Primi 5 minuti di adattamento e orientamento e poi si inizia a capire dove si trovano le stoviglie. I piatti non vengono presentati bisogna capire con l'olfatto e il gusto! Non indifferente la difficoltà nel riempire la forchetta e portare il cibo alla bocca. Le due cameriere veramente capaci nel servizio e nel mettere a proprio agio i commensali. Pietanze tutte cucinate ottimamente. Esperienza raccomandata. Complimenti a Unitas per questa iniziativa"
