"Cena di lavoro in 14. Prima di entrare in sala ci viene spiegato come affrontare questa cena al buio dalle due cameriere nono vedenti. Si entra nella sala formando un trenino e ci si ritrova subito immersi nel buio. Primi 5 minuti di adattamento e orientamento e poi si inizia a capire dove si trovano le stoviglie. I piatti non vengono presentati bisogna capire con l'olfatto e il gusto! Non indifferente la difficoltà nel riempire la forchetta e portare il cibo alla bocca. Le due cameriere veramente capaci nel servizio e nel mettere a proprio agio i commensali. Pietanze tutte cucinate ottimamente. Esperienza raccomandata. Complimenti a Unitas per questa iniziativa"

Esperienza da fare! Mi sento inizialmente strano, ma emozionante. Peccato per il cibo, anche se avevamo richiesto un menu vegetariano avevamo un tartare di manzo!

Esperienza davvero unica per provare dove i sensi devono esprimersi al meglio per una cena totalmente al buio e scoprire sapori. Accoglienza davvero speciale e piacevole. Buon menù con un dessert sublime.

I was in this restaurant and I must say it was really a good experience. you enter the train in the halls in the dark and you have lunch/dinner completely in the absence of light. the dishes are made well and allow to try to guess what are the ingredients of each course. waiters are unseen but they are really prepared, they know the job well, they make you feel comfortable and beyond all our group has had the opportunity to listen to the experience of one of the waiters who personally hit me. I recommend you try and compliment the initiative.

Take one of the 5 senses not only leads to light the others, but to meditate and reflect. "Me and my husband chose this restaurant to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. We came all the way from USA and I can tell you this place didn't disappoint us. Very nice location, close to the lake and easy to find. We started our 5 course chef's tasting menu from appetizers by chef. It was mix of cheeses in different variations deep fried, cream cheese, cheese truffle and refreshing gazpacho soup. 1.Our first tasting dish were amberjack ceviche with fresh mint, peach and lemon sauce. It was absolutely delightful. 2.Then we had poached egg in creamy pea puree and shaved with Belèer Knolle cheese. It was also one of my favorite dishes because it was so creamy and egg was a great addition to this dish. Also there were Bona crumbles sweet to balance the pea puree. 3. Next Paccheridi Gragnano halves with oriental veal ragout. unfortunately this pasta wasn't my favorite. It was too al dente and I am not used to such a thick uncooked pasta. We ask waiter and he confirmed that's the way it should be. Also too much peanuts overwhelmed the sauce and it felt you are eating sneakers. But I absolutely loved veal ragout sauce, it was rich with flavors and very nicely done. 4.Then our next dish was Red Mediterranean tuna with charcoal, teriyaki mayonnaise, cucumber and puffed rice with seaweed. It was the best cooked tuna that I ever tried. It was so tender and melting on my tongue. 5. Next was perfectly cooked Duck with cherries. I absolutely loved duck, it was cooked to perfection!!! 6. Pre dessert strawberry basil puree to refresh tasting buds and prepare for the dessert. 7. Vanilla cheesecake with apricot and carrot sorbet with prune compote. 8. And complementary truffle selection from Chef to congratulate us with our anniversary. Absolutely best anniversary meal. I also loved that service here was very open and nice. It was my first Michelin star experience and I didn't felt any snobbism, like in other restaurants in Milan for example. Nice presentation, and all dishes were properly described in English for us which is additional plus since my husband doesn't speak Italian. Absolutely worth the trip!"
