"Yet another high-level restaurant in Palermo, located in a very central position, in the court area. Very original, elegant and refined place, I loved the background music, soft jazz. I was greeted with a welcome prosecco and an appetizer of guacamole and excellent sea asparagus. I chose as a first course guitars with cuttlefish ink and ricotta, an excellent combination, and a really good orange-crusted croaker. To conclude I had a fried sphinx, a lot of calories but it was really worth it. Honest prices, qualified and friendly staff, and generous portions, in short, everything was perfect."
