"the place is well kept and friendly staff, but the food did not impress me. Obviously an Italian abroad who goes to eat in an Italian restaurant comes with a good dose of expectations, and pizzas were nothing special, I repeat, considering being in an Italian restaurant. the menu however offers a wide choice not only on pizzas (which can be composed by choosing the ingredients) but also on varieties of typical Italian pasta, which I did not have the chance to try but seemed good. I honestly expected better, if I came back I think I'd try a pasta dish."

"Arvu-Stuba offered a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for an early evening meal. The service was exceptional, with the staff attentive and friendly. The pumpkin soup was a standout, rich and flavorful. However, the pulled pork burger, while decent, fell short of expectations. The portion size was smaller than anticipated, and the bread lacked softness, the coleslaw too unbalanced on vinegar, however, the french fries were delicious, even though they came with a charge while I thought they were a side for my burger. My wife’s entrecote was unfortunately tough and chewy, a disappointing dish given its price point. The complimentary bread with herbs and spices was a thoughtful touch. While the restaurant's ambience and service were commendable, the quality of the main courses was inconsistent."

"Eclectic definitely describes this restaurant. Food is delicious. They put a huge effort into flavor combinations and unusual plating. Even able to accommodate Laktose free without hassle. The salad with salmon yum, beetroot lasagna delicious, surf and turf Devine, though pasta a bit bland and lacking substance. Sadly it took 3hours to be served a three course meal which is not acceptable when you have young kids and first people in the restaurant. Also children’s meals were way over seasoned, I don’t know many children who like heavily salt and peppered Schnitzel or vegetables covered in herbs (and my kids like vegetables). They enjoyed the homemade icecream Sunday’s, the highlight for them."

"My opinion concerns the restaurant, having not been to the hotel. The restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have visited, and not just because of the (excellent) quality of the food, but the whole experience. It was one of those restaurant dinners we had in the old days, which are becoming increasingly rare these days. An impeccable team (a big thank you to the entire staff team for the great time) extremely kind, a boss attentive to the smallest details and of course, succulent dishes."

"Today I was able to enjoy a wonderful pizza in the Chämi Stube restaurant. The Neapolitan style pizza was so excellent. At my request, the pizzaiolo Maestro Marco recommended the Marco's Special Pizza, which he had created. This pizza was one of the best pizzas I have had in my life and I have eaten many pizzas. I was unsure at first when I read the review of a certain Boller Bert. What this person writes is a huge cheek, is unwar and damaging to business. One could consider suing this Boller! Back to great food. My wife is Asian and ordered a Szechuan beef. This dish was authentically cooked, quite fresh and very delicate. I can only recommend that. My wife and I highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are very fair and not too high at all. I wish the Chämi-Stube restaurant every success, which they deserve with the excellent food and the very friendly and competent service. What I would never want to treat the Chami-Stuben team to again are such Boller guests! Many thanks to the Chämi-Stuben team and the pizzaiolo Maestro Marco."

"We had here our first dinner in Saas Fee as it was near to our hotel. The service is friendly and jovial. When we entered there ware not many people but as we started our meal, people came in and soon almost all table were...occupied. Nice pork saltinbocca and white risotto were my dinner whereas my wife had the spaghetti with big gamberoni. Prices are reasonable for this ski resort."

"Saturday afternoon, bad weather and the five of us walked to the daRasso restaurant to get something to eat. In the back in the corner there is a free table for 4 people, the buffet on the windowsill (5 chairs) is also free. As soon as we greeted the service lady, we realized we weren 't welcome here (it was because of the stroller, it was because of our hiking clothes). When we asked to come for something to eat, we were told in an extremely unfriendly manner that they had no space. When we asked if we could have something here at the window or at the bar, we were simply turned away with the reason: Everything is reserved, goodbye. The sound makes the music, no problem if you really don 't have space, but you could offer 5 guests with strollers something to drink at the bar and say: yes, in a few minutes there might be something free. I also hardly believe that the “window seat” is reserved. We will avoid the Rest. daRasso in the future, because due to the excellent location you apparently don 't need to serve every guest in a friendly manner."

"This is a great steak experience. We ate here twice during our visit, once for simple fare (burger, chicken), second time went all in with the tenderloin steak. The meats are served sizzling on a [very] hot stone. They will arrive rare and will continue to cook as it sits on the stone... cut your steak into smaller pieces if you like well done. Portions are huge... one steak will easily suffice two people. If one person eats the whole thing then they deserve a medal (and wellness counseling). This is more casual dining than your typical swiss restaurant and definitely family friendly. High top tables are available to if you prefer that. Definitely recommended."

"The boss “Kari” was extremely rude, he shouted at our friends before I arrived with my fiancé . We came to the table which our friends already had, Kari stopped us at the entrance and started yelling at us “that we should come together”. The whole lunch was ruined. However my extremely offended fiancé got revenge later, when we walked into the kitchen and told him that “he’s not a man”. He spoke English at the beginning but then claimed that he didnt understand English when there was an issue."

"I was there with a friend around 2:15pm. We stayed on the line for 15 minutes and we were the next ones. Someone screamed something in German that I didn’t understand . After a couple of minutes I requested someone’s help to find a table and I was told that it was closed !! next to us a couple with 2 kids in the very same situation, but they have payed 100 CHF just to get there to have lunch.. Insisted to have a table to have a drink and finally got one, I almost regretted it as I started a fastidious journey to have 2 draft Beers. The couple next to us got 2 hot chocolates for the kits and 4 bags of chips.. The view is really aamazing. And that’s it. If you go, make sure you have a reservation, or make sure the kitchen will be opened by the time you get there. I can’t comment on food as I didn’t have the chance to taste it, but comments I read were so so. Go to the restaurant at Längfluh instead. It’s not revolving view, but if you are looking for a nice meal is the place to go."

"Unter dem Titel Yoga House gibt es im Restaurant des Hotel Bristol seit kurzem auch ein Fondue Chinoise. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Angeboten in Saas Fee gibt es hier nicht nur Fleisch, sondern auch Fisch. Das bedeutet, dass auf dem Tisch auch zwei Töpfe stehen, einmal Fisch Fond und einmal BouillonAber vom Anfang an: Zum Start des All you can eat Dinners gibt es ein reichhaltiges und frisches Salatbuffet. Die sehr netten Mitarbeitenden erklären uns, wie unser Abend abläuft und was alles im Angebot ist: Beim Fleisch gibt es die Klassiker Rind, Schwein, Lamm und Trute und als Spezialität auch das kräftigere Wildschwein und etwas exotisch, aber sehr lecker auch Känguru. Beim Fisch hat es Dorsch, Lachs und Crevetten.Als Beilage hat es Reis und selbstgemachte, etwas gröber geschnittene aber sehr feine Pommes Frites. Bei den Saucen hat es eine sehr breite Auswahl von Herzhaft bis fein. Darunter alle Klassiker, aber auch spannende und sehr leckere Alternativen. Auch für den Fisch hat es einige Saucen im Angebot die Idee, Fisch und Fleisch gleichzeitig anzubieten setzt sich also auch bei den Saucen fort und die Kombination ist sehr angenehm und erfrischend. Unsere Befürchtung, dass es am Buffet einen Andrang gibt uns wir auf Nachschub warten müssen, hat sich nicht bewahrheitet. Das Angebot war immer ausreichend und frisch. Auch Reis und Pommes waren immer frisch und ausreichend vorhanden.Während unseres Besuchs wurden wir immer wieder freundlich gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.Wir wurden nach dem Essen gefragt, ob wir die Bouillon gerne als Suppe serviert haben wollten, was wir aber abgelehnt hatten, wir waren einfach zu satt. Denn zu unserer Überraschung gab es inbegriffen auch noch eine Kugel Eis für die Erwachsenen sogar mit einem Schuss Williams.Alles in Allem wurden wir sehr positiv überrascht. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal kommen und uns verwöhnen lassen."

"Was hier serviert wird, ist absolute spitzenklasse. Ich kam alleine zum essen und wurde vom sehr freundlichen chef persönlich beraten und bedient. "I would like to give it a 7*. Very friendly host couple, great sun terrace with a great view, the restaurant is very homely. Everything was very nice, well maintained and clean from the menu to the toilet. All dishes are fresh, homemade, whether salad, hash browns, apple pie etc. taste excellent, despite local food suppliers the prices are very reasonable. We were there for 2 hours and really enjoyed our time. It only took us 45 minutes from the Schweizer Hof. Up the zigzag path, down the toboggan run Wow, back again today, the Strokanoff is made from the whole fillet, amazing, the service from NL is great, the wines are only calculated with a factor of 1.5, it's a shame that these restaurants aren't in Aargau. Dear customers, please make sales, not just consume coffee, so that the owners feel like continuing"

"I was the first to eat here after a few years. weeping years ago was the quality of the food excellent and everything was delicious. the meatfondue with sauces was absolutely great. unfortunately, de service was quite overwhelmed. it was not only forgotten an aperitiw of three, but then also misplaced after being asked again. on our request we received the weeping card but then we would have to ask several times until we could also order weeping. Maybe a little too much was going on. the friendliness was there at any time and you appeared very hard, even though something stressed. but only because of the quality of eating absolutely recommended!"

"I visited this evening with my family. I wanted to leave a review as we had such a lovely welcome. The waitress was lovely, she made us feel at home immediately. The food we ordered...pasta for myself and my daughter, we ordered a simple pork steak, rice, vegetables and some fries...we had 2 large beers and 1 small, drinks for the children followed by a banana/ice cream split and waffles with ice cream. The bill was 104 SF. The food was all tasty and fresh. We ate everything and had a lovely quiet, relaxed meal. I have also visited for coffee, again the staff were most welcoming. The food is simple and well priced."
