So expensive but so good food. The Rösti is second to none. Hamburger superb. Staff pretty rude but what can you do??

Never experienced such an unfriendly boss. Waiters had to apologize for him. Will avoid this place. No support for such an arrogant attitude.

My favorite place to eat on the slope in Saas-Fee. The chilli fondue its really good, and spicy! The staff is si friendly, you really feel welcome there.

Beautiful place. Very nice service, deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately the boss is the unfriendly person in Saas Fee and we will never visit this restaurant again.

This restaurant is a gem in the heart of the Saas Fee area. The setting is simply remarkable, the cuisine of good quality and the service efficient. An address that I have frequented for years, always with the same pleasure. Special mention for the Valais plate that I cannot ignore during all my stays. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is only accessible if you ski or walk in but is worth the effort. The staff were unbelievably welcoming, the white gluhwien amazing and the view wonderful. Arriving after 11 in winter ensures the sun was covering the deck and made for a great respite from the slopes. We stopped here almost daily whilst on the slopes and will most definitely return should we visit Saas Fee again

Overall, the food was delicious, but completely overpriced! Service itself was okay, but the owner and main manager was incredibly unfriendly and treated us as if we were small children (group of 12 people aged 40-55). Incredibly cheeky and not happy. A pity. However, with the view and the food very good potential, the unfriendly operator really took away the good mood after he was totally stressed and provocative!

Not bad slope side pit stop for lunch. We hadn’t booked (early Feb) and got one of the last tables at 12 noon. Good, if brisk, service we had goulash soup (4/5), a mixed salad (3/5) and a croute jambon et Fromage (2.5/5). The latter was nice but was undercooked in as much as the cheese was barely melted. Not the Valaisan way! We were in and out in 20 mins which felt almost hurried. Overall, nice, but could do better.

This was our 3rd time visiting this restaurant. 3 of us arrived and asked the waitress if it was possible to add 2 chairs in 15 minutes because 2 friends were going to arrive. Question to which the waitress answered yes. When the 2 people arrived the boss came running exclaiming to the whole terrace that he was the boss and that he decided the locations. Indeed, the sympathy of this gentleman has no longer been proven over the years and he well deserves the term barn door as they say in French-speaking Switzerland, a region he is so fond of (irony). We knowingly come to this restaurant because we have already noticed how dishonest the owner is. We come for the food which is very good and the...
