"the local is very beautiful in its atmosphere. eating is ok and for a local that is very centrally located in the fishing district I would say that the prices are "in order". Unfortunately, the services are a pure catastrophe! after drinks and eating have been served, they were already gone and they came again only once again, the tellers were only taken to part of the table when we were finished and the tellers were empty! and they were not brought until we left. we were not asked a single time if we had another wish ( drinks or dessert) we sat almost two hours and saw the services again when we asked about the bill. as said the local was not full and we had the feeling that all were overwhelmed. I don't know how to get there when everyone is really busy. I have read the other reviews and, in large part, the critique of the services I do not know why this has still not changed :/"

"that the caffe si is a restaurant, I did not know until recently. years ago, this gastronomy was just a coffee house, where youthfuls were driving around. Today, however, I was totally surprised: the restaurant is nicely furnished, so you feel comfortable right now. the tables are simply and elegantly covered. the slightly darkened lighting gives the restaurant a tick romance. the service is very nice and accommodating. as an appetizer we were allowed to use ourselves from 4 different antipasti. although the antipasti were free of charge, these unfortunately did not convince me. However, since these were given as an addition, I will not be included in the assessment. as the main course we had lammrücken with grill vegetables and grill potatoes. was really nothing to eat! it was a super delicious food. I also found the chef who welcomed us after eating. we have paid for three with a drink 170€ each. as this price category concerns the upper middle class, additional supplements should be provided. without wanting to mecker, I just want a little more for this proud price! yet summarizing: top food, top service, top ambiente!"

"after there was a new restaurant in ulm it was clear that must be tried out. I was not quite sure at first whether I am right, the ambiente looks more like kantine than as a restaurant with a raised kitchen. but the impression is deceived! the food was very tasty and bear witness to creativity (e.g. the Swabian tapas), which fits price/performance ratio and I have become tired. who stands on sophisticated Swabian cuisine is right here. I will come back in summer to enjoy the great view from the terrace while eating. the kantine atmosphere (also very closely chaired) is not mine."

"I had read the reviews on TripAdvisor and cabbed over to this restaurant from a hotel near the Bahnhof as it was a comparably hot day in Ulm and I didn't want to chance the Stadt-Bahns. We had called ahead for a reservation and got a nice table. The service was extremely friendly with unmatchable ambiance as it’s one of very few air-conditioned restaurants in Germany. We were served crispy Pappads with different types of sauces before our lunch arrived. Our cab driver mentioned it was a hidden gem of a restaurant in Ulm that is mainly known by locals, so if visiting, make a reservation and enjoy the excellent food and service in a relaxed location. It is not so far from the Bahnhof, but much quieter in comparison, extra-ordinary food and far less expensive."

"This family run restaurant uses only the best and freshest ingredients. A difference you’ll instantly taste when you try their Pizzas. In my opinion, Ulm‘s best Pizzas are at Del Tufo. I personally like their Pizza Bufala, which is a simple Margherita topped with Buffalo Mozzarella. It’s simply divine! Make sure to book a table because the place is usually fully booked. The restaurant itself is very cosy and the staff are always in a positive mood. We always have a great time. "

"after a small tour in the fishing district we made in small group stop at caffe ulmer coin. the location is really idyllic and very cozy, however you should plan yourself some time for the visit..We had to wait really long until we were served at all, but for a longer time we waited for 5 cappuccinos and a tee! when it was then, the service did not read us a chance to pick up another order and we had to go to the caffe to order cake. last but not least, a vogel still did his necessary things about my tee :d. the hot drinks and the cake were however very good, but unfortunately did not make the long waiting times better."

"more tradition (family guided and very personal local) and good eating (presumed you like fish) is not possible. the fish house is well known over the borders ulms and so far. the snake at the cash register can go to the road. the foods are all very good and homemade. the price-performance ratio fits. the different fish soups are a ravine. contempt in front of the garlic soup - it keeps what it promises. at the next visit in ulm an absolute must! a local and a fishing business that you can recommend without restriction."

"Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Ich habe eine sehr wohlschmeckende Tomatensuppe und Spaghetti aglio e olio gegessen. Die Zubereitung der Spaghetti war leider nicht nach meinem Geschmack, da sehr viel Öl auf dem Teller war und die Schärfe leider gefehlt hat. Die Portion fand ich auch nicht sehr groß. Die Bedienung ähnelte leider eher einer Schlaftablette. Ich erwarte in einem italienischen Lokal mehr italienisches Temperament."

"in this restaurant we felt particularly comfortable from our arrival. the person responsible visited us personally, spoke to us in English and explained to us the details of the products and the food prepared by them, always in a very friendly and respectful tone. a pleasure to be a group of 15 people with children and therefore being a little loud was not a problem. all foods were of excellent quality. some typical dishes from the contrary we loved were the ravioli (with a grilled and grilled) and the lenses (with spices and late zle). grilled meat, carving and fish (bark) also very good. we also enjoy the desserts, especially the vanilla ice cream with hot red berries and some bratbles that are covered with sugar, similar to crack. the owner insisted that we should try the rhabarber, but even though he was good, none of us were thrilled. we definitely loved this restaurant. we will surely come back."

"in the pedestrian zone, near the busiest. few tables to sit out, inside much larger and very nice ambience.Fast, very warm service. the food is freshly prepared. as a main page a wonderful saffronrisotto with abundantly grilled Mediterranean vegetables.My partner enjoyed its swedish medallion.As well as very warm to children (from the neighboring) .Chowel opening time was until 21.30- but also against 22 clock new arrivals guests were still kindly served with food"

"so far I always liked to go to the Asian buffet restaurant. but the last three paintings were no longer so good. "Gustaff could actually be pretty. The interior is nice, looks big city and you can sit outside on the alley in beautiful weather. The coffee is its own brand and, let's say, it's its own. Prices are within the framework. What unfortunately does not go is the inattentive and ignorant operation there. I was there for the second time and it was always the same game. You come in, the room is about a quarter to a third. You sit down. Meanwhile, the two female employees work behind the vault and take care of what is happening to them. At the first time we were third, had a lot to tell, that didn't happen to be ignored. After heavy arm digging to the lady behind the vault about 2 m away, it was convenient to take a card (without any other comment on it). Then a few days ago, we were too two and sat alone in the interior of the cafe most people were sitting outside in the sun. The two ladies this time about 4 m away from us. Nothing. Again. No reaction. Pure ignorance? After we sat there for two lounge pieces, we stood up and went back. Without reaction of the two ladies. I've asked acquaintances here, they have similar experiences. "we were to be hosted as a group of workmates with a total of 9 people in the heart cellar. everything was great. the telephone-ordered table in the rustic stube was reserved for us on time. the foods and drinks were all served at the same time and were of very good quality. all colleagues were very satisfied with their food. this could also be recognized by all the teller "absolutely empty" went back. also the service was very pleasant and empty jars were quickly refilled. a highly recommended house with very cozy ambiente and a good bourgeois menu with very moderate trips. parking is only 1 minute away in the nearby parking lot salzstadel."

"Die beste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe. Neapolitanische Art. Am Rand hoch aufgegangen, in der Mitte superdünn und knusprig, ohne keksig zu sein. Offensichtlich handgewirkt, ohne Nudelholz. Durch die hohe Hitze des Ofens rundherum tolle Röstaromen. Beim ersten Bissen dachten wir, die Pizza wäre etwas wenig gesalzen, aber nein. Die einzelnen Komponenten hatten jeweils so ausgeprägte Geschmäcker dass mehr Salz einfach nicht nötig war. Perfekt. Der Espresso zum Abschluss war auch lecker. Essen kam zügig. Service herzlich und freundlich, allerdings wenig aufmerksam. Eher zwischen Tisch- und Selbstbedienung. Völlig in Ordnung und immer war jemand ansprechbar. Ambiente ist charmant unperfekt. Hierher kommt weniger die Laufkundschaft, als vielmehr die Kenner und Stammkunden. Bei unserem Besuch angenehm kurze (Pizza- Karte, daher wohl Konzentration auf das Wesentliche. Wir sind froh dieses Lokal durch Zufall entdeckt zu haben und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Geheimtipp und mindestens einen Umweg wert."

"again and again worth a visit. I know this locally for almost 15 years and if I'm not just in Spain on vacation, I'm going to take an evening trip to small spanies at the ehinger tor. The ambiente is rustic with bare wood tables, and there is a smoker and non-smoking area. the card has hardly changed but the quality has become better from year to year. be it the gambas al ajillo, with more than plentiful garlic, or the beef always on the point cooked or paella 1 times in the month or on preorder everything in the style of Spanish home cooking, or also classic pots that are always out of the card, is always tasty and authentic. so I know it from my many Spanish trips outside the tourist stream, either on the country or in the city from restaurants that are only frequented by locals.As well, there is a more than fair price-performance ratio, which is of its own in ulm (fl. wein 13 € or the roastbeef also 13 €).
