"Locking all the restaurants of Vincennes, La Bascule is without any of the beautiful steps tested to date. The formula from noon to 20 or 26 euros makes very accessible dishes very well prepared and without staying on its hunger. The poultry press with foie gras is very well made, accompanied by a chocolate sauce and a truffled ice cream that is elegantly balanced. The mushroom lamelles of Paris, in decoration, make a little incongruous. One can see in the image that pressing is very well done, so the flesh is not dry, the foie gras is generous in quantity. The sarda fridge with mussels, eight and bulots are amazing for a billing at 6 euros. A perfect alliance on boot cheeks with their lobster broth. This offers a travelling meal while being light. The beef piece is tender and particularly interesting by the excellent meat juice that accompanies it. Soaking candied potatoes is a little pleasure. The dessert plays the tropics between kiwi, passion and pineapple. Coriander will bring an extra tip of freshness to the sorbet. Decorate a little cold like the service that, so effective, could be a little more user-friendly. But it is true that the restaurant was full that day. However, we have an excellent value for a lunch with menus that do not play on congruous portions. Just try one night to see a full service. We are in the presence of solid knowledge in the kitchen, careful work, looking for balanced tastes. It is a pity that the photos of the site are disastrous and do not highlight the plates. Addition of 81.80 euros for two people. Texts Blog La Table d’Ogre"

"I came to dinner last night with my family at the Saveurs de Djerba. We were alone with a couple, it was a bit tristounet. The boss was very welcoming and helpful although he was alone. However, he brought us small entrances: the olives were really not good and not fresh, the taboulé came out of a box and idem for the red cabbage. It was reported that the olives were not good and the boss brought us more much better. We took 2 ball couscous and 1 vegetarian: the seed was very good, the average sauce and too spicy to our taste and the balls too dry. I asked for grapes: they were all dry and hard, it was really not great. We finally tried the eastern pastries that were not very fresh or of the day, except perhaps the gazelle horn that was pretty good. My aunt took a mint tea, the patron serves him a tea with "fresh mint": the mint was not fresh at all, on the contrary all blurry and the color of the leaves was closer to black than green. Moreover, the wait was really long between the dish and the dessert as well as to only ask for water or anything. The boss/server was completely absent from the room, he was on the terrace or chatting with another table so did not see us at the other end of the room. Even if the boss was friendly from the beginning to the end and offered us additional pastries, we will not return to the Savors of Djerba because the quality was not at all at the rendezvous."
