"I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. When I ordered food for delivery, the woman on the phone struggled to understand English, and I had to repeat my order at least ten times. After waiting over an hour, I called to check on my food and was told it was for collection. When I pointed out that I had requested delivery, I asked why they took my postcode if it was for collection. After another 45 minutes, my food finally arrived, but there were items missing from the order. The kebab was cold, and I was charged £9.50 for an extra-large chicken kebab when I only ordered a regular size, which had just four pieces of chicken. I called to complain, and they offered me my next order for free as an apology. I decided to give them another chance, but the free order was just as disappointing: it still had missing items, and the chicken tasted more like pigeon than chicken. I honestly will never order from them again. The food is awful—one star is being generous. I would recommend completely avoiding this place."
