"I visited this restaurant twice in one month as the food was so good. I would recommend the dips with the bread (the Fadi dip was my favourite). I over ordered both times and would recommend around 3 items per person (3 inclusive of sides). The Shish Taouk and the zucchini and feta fritters were particularly good. I had a home made lemonade which was tasty, and I also tried the ruby cocktail which was great. Both times I was too full for dessert. For a London restaurant in soho I thought the price of the food (for the quality) was great. Service was also really good. The first time I went we were sat in a corner and a chairs had backs, this was much better (and more private) than the long benches we sat on the second time. I will definitely be back."

"Absolutely love this pub, we have just bought a lodge in the area and luckily found this gem. We eat here for Sunday lunch and cannot fault it. The food is cooked to perfection with a good selection of meat snd vegetables. The staff are all lovely and nothing to much trouble. I totally recommend this pub."

"This is the 1st year my wife fought out of cancer and I wanted to do something nice for her so I booked your £18per head festival meal but as we arrived we noticed there were no Christmas decorations no festive music and we was handed menu's and when I asked for Christmas Dinner x 2 we was told there is no Turkey and they can make us something, they offered chicken so here's our meal dry chicken like rubber, carrots like rubber you can bend without breaking, cold Brussels the sweetcorn was not fresh. My wife left crying not eating nothing, now the young lady serving us did well to help but my wife was emotional and just did not want to chance another. We're not coming back sorry I used to love coming here...."

"Absolutely no parking in the complex not a surprise as it's shared with 5 other eateries, but as it's the restaurant for the hotel no parking is madness! While we appreciate that we are still in difficult times re Covid, I didn't appreciate being treated like a complete idiot when it came to selecting food from the salad bar. Being told to stand in a specific spot and keep your distance from me and I'll sort your salad. My daughter is gluten free and there was no easily visible menu to see what was allergen free for her. Told to look online no wifi available and no Network signal for any of our phones and we cover 3 different networks between us. Stuck up attitude from waitress on why we can't see the menu. Food was nothing great to shout about. We won't be back"

"we have booked online as it was bank holiday weekend, we strolled out of the premier inn and liked the view of what we saw. this little jewel was recently renovated. it was clean and welcoming. the menu fits all family needs. the personal was amazing, especially our server tanya. She has calmed my daughter who fights with many people and noise. she was friendly and attentive. the food was a good pub-grub!"

"Lovely welcome and waitress very smiley and willing to please. Food pretty disappointing though. Starters/tapas low quality, highly breaded deep fat fried and pretty tasteless so totally overpriced. This was true for the chicken strips, calamari, hallumi chips and mushrooms. The nachos were the only decent plate. Main courses were not too bad although chips/fries were all over seasoned and very salty. Ribs well cooked but chicken undercooked. Burgers seemed ok. We did not have desserts."

"Nice restaurant on the harbour with good service but don’t order steak. Tough as old boots they were with fat and gristle all through it. When they charge over £20 for the ribeye you would expect it to be nice and edible which it was not for my son who ordered that dinner. I had the Bird, Surf and Turf , the bird and turf was nice but again the rump steak was very tough. The steak knife struggled to cut both steaks . They did refund the ribeye dinner and the manager apologised as they could see for themselves it wasn’t an acceptable piece of steak."

"Ramp for wheelchair has been glued and no offer of help tied to my wheelchair nan. 3 of the group commands Burger and none ate them because they are really torn. When we told the staff, it was such a pain to get back our money and we had to feel as if we were lying.... We just wanted a nice meal and it was pretty garbage really. Such a shame as is usual. "Our table was booked for 7 pm for my family of 7 inclufing 3 children We had tobwait over 15 mins for s table to become free Once seated it took for ever for our order to be taken Was told salad bowls would be brought ton the table and waited over 10 mins and had to ask agsin Then we had to ask for our refill glasses so we coukd get a drink Our starters again took ages and when the wete brought to the table the srever would not put the dishes in front of us my son had to take them of the tray and pass them round and burnt his hands as the plates were piping hot Once again finished and waiting ages for our mains Table was not cleared and they wanted to put our dinner down gad to ask for the table to be cleared so we could eat Then the order for desserts again ages the kitchen even closed by this time and again waited ages for them to come out No staff two girls serving and another boy who dropped customers dinners Horredous service manager has no control I wont be going back and warn others to avoid We were in there for over three and half hours Awful experience ????"

"I am not happy that we are not allowed to help ourselves to the salad. I felt when I asked for more, I was being judged. I did understand when covid was at it’s worst, but now it is time to get back to normal. I had got up to the salad bar as I had forgotten somthing was the only one at the salad bar. "we're going here at least twice a month. tonight was a birthday party and unfortunately it was eating up to its usual standard. I have Cajan chicken that was so spiced, it just tasted like salt. the kartoffel was dry as if she was on the way all day. we asked for med rarely on steaks and from 5 was just one right. we didn't complain at that time, because it would have ruined our sonish birthday parties. service was 10/10 as usual."

"the waitress was very helpful and smiling. I was disappointed with the turkey dinner of children. the truthahn himself was moist, but the yorkshire pudding was burned/overdone and none of the children liked the gravy that pampered her evening meal. I had the cranberry tips, but they had been harvested from cranberry, served so simply dry and no other sauce offered. I was also disappointed by the sunflower, which only sash icy and chocolate sauce with a wafer cone above. all the others were satisfied with their meals, but none of them wept. many times previously visited and it was not particularly busy, but probably our bad visit."

"I enjoyed my meal at the harvesting machine. eating was very nice. I enjoyed the salatable. Unfortunately, the server was quite rude when he told me that I was too close to the person before me. the older man before me even turned around me and raised his eyebrows to me, then looked at the server and shook his head. I said I know. then he scrubbed his shoulders and sat down. I said to my friend so that the server could hear me. now it seems to be good here to be reordered due to covidence germs. does not have to get too close. However, all broth rolls will be discovered directly next to the waiting queue of people who for everyone to cough and snuck over. please cover their broth rolls or do not lay them next to a constant waiting line of men. put them somewhere else. train them also to ask customers politely to move back. not so that they feel as if they are told in school by the teacher. many thanks paula."

"the waitress who served our table was a bit hastened to serve other guests during our visit. After we had given our drink order, we waited long for the waitress to return to our main order. when we were able to go into the salatable, I was told that the white broth rolls had run out, I would be brought if they were out (self service is not yet allowed). the waitress was busy serving other guests, although the rolls were refilled, I had my salad to eat, so went on another waitress for a roll. there was a long waiting period between the order of our drinks and the waitress who returned to our food orders. After eating we waited for the waitress to take over our pudding orders. I had ordered a cod chips and the cod is soft and somewhat underdonated, which tasted fish as if it was used from frozen but a few more minutes. as soon as we were ready to pay the waitress brought our receipts (3 separated), but then went away serving said she will come back to the payment. finally could not wait for our taking longer into the bar patty before our departure. the restaurant was not full, so I think it was more a personal shortage than the restaurant very busy. we have booked our table for 12.30 clock and sit immediately. we're back at 2.40. we chose our courses from the 3 cursor menu."

"wait 17 minutes to book, was said to carry with them as the table needed to say from the manager to hurry as they are under pressure! starter came then told 2 times the ordered combo, but they had no rotisserie huhn, 4 x chosen jacket kartoffel option, but only 2 available, the 2 kartoffels that arrived looked like they had cooked all day and night and tasted terrible. would I recommend the manager should go on a course for customer service and manage or choose another person than the one in which he is not the job for him"
