"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I paid £12.95 for what amounted to just two tablespoons of overcooked rice, which was poorly presented in a small bowl that was only half full. The side salad was actually bigger than the main dish. When the girl at the register asked for my feedback, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the meal, but she simply replied, "Sorry, I'll pass it on," and went ahead to charge me the full amount. I would prefer not to leave a negative review, but the quality of the food was reminiscent of a roadside diner while the prices were those of a restaurant. Additionally, my complaint was handled carelessly. This reflects very poor customer service."
