"Overall I was really disappointed with my visit to Craft and Cleaver. It was the first time I 've been and I wouldn 't go again. The service wasn 't great, we asked the waiter to recommend a cocktail and he looked almost offended at the request. When asked what the slushie of the day was he couldn 't answer and just said 'i don 't know but I know it contains raspberry '. The food also wasn 't great, I had the beef and chicken tray which was disappointing. The wings were ok and the buttermilk chicken was nice but really small. The brisket which made up the most of the plate was not good. It was really tough and lacked flavour and brisket should fall apart, I can cook it better myself. It was not worth the money at all."

Slow service. The food was ok, although one bit of the beef brisket i had was tender , but the other bit was as tough as old boots!

Great starters and good food in general that you feel full afterwards. Nothing worse than leaving a restaurant and still feeling hungry. Only criticism is it’s not very child friendly, we had a small child and the high chairs are terrible, frankly. Staff very friendly. View menu

I celebrated my 21st birthday here and had an amazing evening. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our waiter, Kyle, made sure everyone was happy and continuously checked in to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great night out!

The restaurant needs to address the issue of the 5-foot bouncer with a bad attitude at the door. One of the patrons had a bit too much to drink and was escorted out, but the bouncer was overly aggressive in handling the situation. Another staff member had to check on the patron, but the bouncer seemed to take pleasure in the altercation. Overall, the restaurant needs to improve the behavior of their staff for a better dining experience.
