"AVOID AVOID AVOID ! I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger at Burger King, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. The male member of staff kept addressing me as love in a slimy tone like some throwback to the 1970s just ugh! I was handed the burger I had ordered and took it away. The burger was utterly rancid: Firstly it was cold. The bread roll was rock hard around the edges, stale, and inedible. The cheese slice was rock hard around the edges and was inedible. The burger was so cold the middle of the cheese slice hadn 't melted. The bacon consisted of a single tiny rasher which was cold and congealed in lumps of fat. It had obviously been sat around for some time before being served it certainly had NOT been made fresh and the state of it made me wonder if it had been made several days ago. As I really didn 't want a second encounter with the slimy sexist male I threw it in the nearest bin it was disgusting and unfit for human consumption. This place should come with a health hazard warning !"

"I've been visiting this restaurant for a long time, but I have to say I was very disappointed this time. The staff were not wearing face coverings. When we arrived, the tables were spaced more than 2 meters apart, but then they started moving them closer together, leaving less than 1 meter in between. Prices have increased, portion sizes have decreased, and they now add a discretionary 10% service charge to the bill, which isn’t a great way to attract customers right now. I’m not sure I’ll come back again."

"Chips are very poor quality. Was looking like burned left overs from cleaning oils. I have asked the man behind the counter to change. But he said in nothing wrong withe chips and I'm not changing. He said if you don't like go and get Mcdonald chips He was very rude and shouting on me and acusing me being rude just coz I asked him polite to change them dry and burned left over chips. I'm paying money, so I obviously wanna receive food in quality that's is actually possible to eat. Not the ones that he try to sell me "

"Customer service really slow and the staff ain’t that great a making you feel welcome. In fact they make you feel like your a bother. Once you get your food and go to site down you then get a true picture of the place. Tables...had left over food on it where they couldn’t be bothered to clean the tables. Customers leftover trays not cleaned off table. Food on the floor... Yuk. The toilets are locked and when you ask how to get in the staff answer so abruptly like your nothing. When you get in there, Oh My God IT SO DIRTY and your afraid to touch the taps cause it’s so dirty. The District Manager should give them a surprise visit at lunchtime. I’m sure they’d be shocked. I wish I’d taken a picture of all the stuff I mentioned above. Would put you off for life"

"Early Thursday evening arriving in Aberdeen beach at around 1900. Burger king looked like a good place. WOW were we so wrong. Whopper and a plain cheese burger no coffee or tea, just juice or milk shake. The Whopper was cold and lifeless. The plain...cheese burger had everything on it and this had died about a week ago. It was dry and cold. Should have guessed it would be bad as only about 8 other people were in it and only 4 sitting in."

"I asked for plain chicken with BBQ sauce. The guys were on the phone having some funny conversations, at first they didn't even want to notice me I guess.. after I asked for chicken BBQ pizza, one of them said no we don't have.. I get out and the other one when he finished his funny conversation on the phone came out to ask me what I wanted, he said yes they do.. I shouldn't order it as for the strange behaviour, but I guess when we're very hungry and tired, we want to trust them. Unfortunately this guy is not to be trusted at all in any way!! I got some kind of marinated precooked chicken in tikka masala so much sauce it was just sliding from the dough, cheese partially mixed up with the sauce.. very oily and very painful to eat, bland tasteless, they also charged me extra for maybe olives as I couldn't have sweetcorn, but that's I find out when I looked on my bank statement.. however I was hungry, I was able to force myself to eat a some, but only to get something into my stomach and I was far to get back to give back, I have diarrhea and stomach pains so the rest going to bin.. couldn't get anything else from other place as I can't afford it.. £12 totally wasted!! Deffo needs to check your pizza before you go "
