"The food was mediocre, but the service was lacking. Two out of the three drink machines were empty, and the one that was working only had regular Coke with no flavors. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they ignored me and walked away. I requested a different drink and was given a 250ml Capri Sun (only black currant flavor) with a paper straw, which is typically a drink for children. It would have been better if they had informed customers of the issues before purchasing or at least put up a sign. I won't be returning to this restaurant."

Wonderful location with outdoor seating. Fantastic service from Sammie who was bright and bubbly. Right beside the Spinnaker Tower and great shops.

worst fast food outlet i have experienced place was disgusting, staff rude, food cold and poorly prepared. salad was old and hardly anything in the sandwiches. no fizzy drinks or ice cream. Company should be ashamed of themselves.

I visited this restaurant with my family and was disappointed to find it in a messy state, with trash both inside and outside. They didn't have any cold drinks available, so I had to settle for ordering a coffee on a hot day. Additionally, I was concerned that the staff were not wearing gloves while handling our food. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my McChicken sandwich and decided not to eat it. Overall, this experience was unpleasant and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
