"came after the lunch break, so we were the only people in there. the manager was super friendly and helpful. the pizzateig rests in the dishes behind the preparation counter and the mischer worked hard in the background. the chef took the job and began to hand-developed the teig, which is always fascinating to observe. both pizzas were excellent; the crust tastes natural, the cheese is perfectly melted and they are packed with fresh aromas. really enjoyed. we shared a tiramisu and it must be the best tiramisu that we have tasted for many years! recommend this hidden gem in harpenden."
