"We met close family to celebrate or 50th wedding anniversary, and can honestly say this was the best afternoon tea we have ever had. From the minute we opened the door till we left we found the staff extremely attentive and very friendly. The food was outstanding, the surroundings superb and the whole ambiance of the Drawing Room was perfect. A totally delightful afternoon. As we live in the north of Scotland, it will probably be a while before we are back in London, but when we are The Drawing Room at Browns is a must. "we go to lunch or breakfast. salatbox is amazing so filling and it is different every day, with different types of chalk and vegetables. such a large selection of juices and smoothies and all are so delicious. they also have breakfast smoothies that fill out very and it is my new favorit. the only thing I would really appreciate is if they introduced half-sized salad/sew boxes because they are much too big for a regular person and I can never finish it. I would really appreciate it if I could buy half a share. otherwise I can not recommend this place enough that we stop cooking just because we live next to this place"

"My missus wanted to go somewhere for brunch, so picked this spot. It did not let us down. Good parking availability on a bank holiday, and we all enjoyed our meals. My burger was cooked a perfect medium, and the gherkins were cut super thin (thick gherkins overpower/ruin any good burger), and the cheese was melted onto the burger Just how it should be. The Aioli the fries were served with was either freshly made, or very high quality pre bought. Fries were crispy, too. The full English wasn't the best, as the sausage was overcooked, and we received fried eggs instead of poached. That being said, mistakes can happen. The service staff (not one, but 4 of them) were phenomenal with the kids. They all said hello, offered the little ones high 5s, and we're very cheerful with the kids. I don't know if this is a rule from management, we just happened to see the right 4 service staff, or my kids happen to be cuter than most But I'm going to go with management expecting their staff to be friendly with kids. Prices were good for the area, but a little overpriced for the food, so no complaints there. Would I visit again? Yes."

"We came here for brunch and it did not disappoint. The menu is great so much to choose from which all sounds delicious. The restaurant is fairly compact inside but it had a nice atmosphere and there were outdoor tables under heat lamps which gives it a nice European feel. The food was brilliant. We had the salmon, vodka pasta, halloumi fries and the cookie. The halloumi fries and the cookie were incredible but we enjoyed everything. They also had whispering angel can't go wrong. We will be back."

"Visited for dinner on 22 Dec and was underwhelmed by the experience. The menu and food were passable but not exceptional by any standards. The staff were courteous but lacked any empathetic skills, going through the motions like disinterested drones. Noise levels were obtrusive on this occasion but I put that down to a large group of diners with young children, who were not making any attempt to keep the children quiet. The lady who seated us did apologise and try to seat us at a quiet spot Disappointed. Very disappointed."

"we visited with family. the restaurant was super helpful in explaining food options. there was something for all dietary requirements we had. food came timely, beautifully presented, fresh and very tasty! the range and variety is great, all the food had something unique about it which made the meal all the more interesting to share across us all. good value for money and highly recommended to visit! also to say a lovely atmosphere, welcoming, professional and just right service from the team, great for having a conversation while you eat, lovely colourful vibe, interesting to look at decor, cared for and super clean. could not fault Cafe Brazil :"

"The staff were all extremely pleasant and attentive without being too intrusive. Due to the restaurant being fairly empty, we had multiple members of staff with which to deal, though this just ensured speedy service rather than errors being made. Whilst the menu choice was not the best, there were a sufficient number and type of dishes from which to choose, so that everyone in the group (4 of us) was happy with the options. The tapas portions were large enough that we all had a decent taste of each, and apart from the traditional Pide (which received no likes) the consensus was that the food was tasty All in all we had a very enjoyable meal, which, with a cocktail each and two bottles of wine came to a very reasonable £225 (with service charge) ."

"booked via Booking.com last minute. we celebrated our 15th anniversary. Meg. Andrew,Luke and the team could not have been more friendly and friendly, and made our stay so a relaxing, wonderful holiday. we have booked a spacious room and it was really spacious, luxurious and decadent. it was so comfortable and impeccable clean. meg helped us with our luggage and brought us a glass prosecco for our jubilee, it was so friendly and very appreciated. luke helped us with our luggage at the departure and gave us 20% discount from our parking lot on the nearby safe q park on hannover st, right behind the hotel. eating is amazing with a fantastic brunch menu, recommend to book a table as it is very popular, eating is so good, we loved the eggs royale. also at night we gedimt and the pasta dishes are delicious and plentiful. loved the lemon balm cocktail! the chocolate brownies made with home at just £3 are all delicious, I had to bring home with me! beautiful small boutique hotel with bar and kitchen and in a great location near all the best liverpool sights, albert dock practically in front of the door, recommend the beatles magical mystery tour, ferry over mersey, cavern club and candlelit jazz in the big shankly hotel and the whole. highly recommended! it was great."

The service all evening with impeccable and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating from the minute we came through the door. "wowowowoowowowwo. a super cosy, dimly lit Italian tapas bar in the heart of the West End. but wait, there 's more. the underground cocktail bar. the super lovely wait staff. the chef that comes out to chat and what 's this? the majority of the dishes are under a tenner? we had just about everything on the menu, because it would have been rude not to, right? highlights include the seared steak with truffle oil and the chilli crab linguine. oh, AND the cauliflower in GORGONZOLA and parmesan crust OMG it was to die for. want a quite bite? maybe try the Soho branch as this one was quiiiite full and we had to wait about 40 mins for a table. worth every minute though, and the bartender made sure we were more than looked after in that time, with delicious cocktails and bar nibbles a plenty."

"We booked without checking the menu, and didn't realise their main course is build around rotisserie chicken. I don't eat meat, so we opted for some starters and salads with sides a burrata salad with a side of new potatoes for me, and a cesar salad with extra shredded chicken and a side of truffle mac n cheese for hubby. Food was delicious and well presented. Cocotte spritz is nice and refreshing, and they can make a **** mary which isn't on the menu but is very good. It got a bit noisy so if you would like a more private dinner ask for a quiet table, there are a few standalone ones."

"Went for the Jan half price deal. I don’t think I’d go normally because the menu is so expensive, but the food was admittedly very good, couldn’t complain about any of it. Would have preferred if the beers and ciders had the amounts (500ml or 330ml for example) on the menu, as £6.80 for a 330ml bottle of beer is not good value in my opinion. The downside from our dining experience was the service. My girlfriend described it as “terrible service with a smile”, because while everyone was very welcoming and friendly, our servers would frequently forget drink orders and be less than attentive. It seemed like there were a lot of new staff members and that the system was disorganised which would be a management fault rather than the fault of the servers themselves. So all in all, I enjoyed the food, but the service needs improvement."

"We decided to go to the Victoria Inn for a date night and had a very enjoyable time. There was an excellent selection of starters and main courses starters were particularly inventive and our chosen dishes were delicious. Its been a long time since I've had such a good risotto and although the mushrooms were truffled, the flavour was subtle rather than overpowering so full marks to the chef for that. "I went to the Luton branch with is newly opened for breakfast. I made a reservation the night before. On arrival we were met with 4/5 workers saying they didn’t have our reservation! We informed them it was reserved yesterday and it was all confirmed with a gentlemen. The tables were empty apart from one family, no reservations notices on the table and they’re telling me we can’t sit because We don’t have a reservation. The woman at the front with the glasses is extremely rude! She will say no even before you tell her your name! They seemed really annoyed, they then told us we could have the back table, we sat down. We ordered breakfast, we were served by Ella, who was absolutely lovely so attentive. We got our tea well before breakfast, so the tea was cold by the time breakfast came. I wouldn’t go back to this branch again as I found some of the staff rude and annoyed as they assumed we didn’t have a reservation! Another couple came and they were also questioned about their reservation which they also had made! They tend to turn people away even though tables are empty! At least if they have the reservation tickets on them you know they’re reserved. I wouldn’t go back here again because of the staff attitude."

"I treated my father to a birthday dinner here, and it was fantastic! The service was outstanding; they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely evening. "Even though we had a reservation, they initially claimed they couldn't find it. However, they were accommodating and managed to arrange a table for us. Our order of seven drinks took a bit longer than expected, and while the latte art didn’t quite match the impressive photos on their website, the coffee itself was delicious. They also forgot to bring the water we requested and missed one of the cakes we ordered, but overall, we had an enjoyable visit."
