"Ordered pizza, nuggets and 2 x Cans of Coke. Food was bang average, drinks didn’t come. Rung the store and was told the drinks were missed by mistake and were being sent to us. 45 mins later, rung the store again to be told by...the ‘manager’ to ”stop wasting my time” and “sort your own problems out”. Did a second order to make up for not receiving our drinks and got some ice cream. 1st Photo: We ordered 2 cans of coke and Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream. 2nd Photo: We were sent 2 cans of zero sugar coke and Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream. This perfectly demonstrates how poor this place is!"

"I recently visited this restaurant and tried the vegan nachos, which were decent. However, they also offer other delicious options such as a vegan burger (just ask for vegan cheese), vegan curry, mixed salad, and vegan gyoza dumplings! I was a bit let down that there were no vegan desserts available, but hopefully they will add some soon. The restaurant has plenty of seating, including a small outdoor area on the main road, and they also serve fantastic cocktails."

"Today, it seemed like the staff at this restaurant were in a bad mood and seemed to dislike the customers. They ignored the queue, chatted and laughed among themselves, and then looked at us as if we were inconveniencing them. It was by far the worst out of the 14 cafes in the town center. The other cafes are putting in more effort and providing better service."

"I used to go here on occasion; they have a couple of friendly staff a lady called Liz in particular who is charming but sour managers and really bad service from some staff who can't understand your orders and then can't be bothered when they screw it up. it seems like, whatever, we'll muddle through (realizing that this is fast food, but it's still £8 of my money). Never again after the last order that was totally not what I wanted and the manager had the gall to say that maybe it was the way I spoke! I'm a native speaker of English, for heaven sake, I was speaking English, although he then tried to get me to replace the burger and I was like, so you can chuck food away (as they did on previous wrong orders, under these circumstances for o many, now wasteful). I've eaten BK in America, Indonesia, Singapore, many places, but this is the one that made me decide, nope, never again (which is probably a good thing forme and my sizeable girth)."

"1st vist here, although passed had good reports from friends, hence thought I would try for breakfast. Ordered swiftly, 1 tea eggs Royale. Tea arrived quickly, with 3 sugar satchels in saucer. Requested sweetners/ saccharin since diabetic. Lady returned, they don't have any.... requested if they could get some for me....which I would be prepared to pay for (money in my hand) .... not willing or prepared to do, just apologised.so told the waitress to take the tea away. On another note however the eggs Royale was lovely well cooked at £9 an average price for eccy Road.. This is Not a place I would return for a couple of reasons 1 asking for sweetener is not something out of the ordinary in an establishment like yours... if you don't have you could have obtained. 2 I am more than aware the young lady in all black who appeared to be front of house, clicking away on lap top thought I was being awkward wafting past me towards the kitchen with the tea is just pathetic."
