"Today, it seemed like the staff at this restaurant were in a bad mood and seemed to dislike the customers. They ignored the queue, chatted and laughed among themselves, and then looked at us as if we were inconveniencing them. It was by far the worst out of the 14 cafes in the town center. The other cafes are putting in more effort and providing better service."

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly friendly and professional. They served amazing coffee and had relaxing chill-out music. It was a peaceful oasis perfect for relaxing and enjoying a fantastic cup of coffee.

Good coffee. Pleasant staff. Food average..... usual selection but nothing out of the ordinary. Lovely location with a nice seating area outside. Or order takeaway and sit io the bench a few yards away outside Waitrose supermarket.

Lovely, quick service that when me and my girlfriend went in to order 2 different cold coffees we had them in our hands within the next minute. Only let down by the hilarious fact of getting my name right and her name completely wrong. View menu

It's a Starbucks, they are all quite similar, but here they know your name, your drink, they'll bring things to your table and chat if they're not too busy. It's more homely than many and with coffee, power, wifi and toilets, what's not to like.

All the usual fantastic Starbucks coffee and food but this store sets itself apart for its cleanliness and staff who are all well managed bu Sue. They are so welcoming to all their regulars as well as new customers. Way above the norm for coffee shops

This coffee shop is very convenient. It opens early, making it a great spot to grab a good cup of coffee and something to eat if you're up early. It's particularly convenient if you've been waiting outside 101 Collectors Records all night for Record Store Day. View menu

Brilliantly friendly Starbucks with attentive staff and skilled baristas. On my visit the barista was herself dissatisfied the flat white she had just made and insisted on getting it just right. The restaurant has a tight footprint but seating was available and there is a good bathroom.

Not a great favourite of Starbuck, Costa or Cafe Nero but the the wind was bitter and we settled into Starbucks. My wife had mini cheese and ham toasted sandwiches and I went for the doubled sided cheese toastie, both excellent. The coffee was also very good and I am suprised in saying that I look forward to our next visit
