"Food was nice. What totally let this place down was the staff members sloppy attitude to hygiene. No hand soap in any of their 3 toilets. Having tried all three, one of their taps were running on full, I tried to turn it off but it was too stiff. I told the front of house staff member of the lack of soap and the running tap and she told me she knew about both but looked unwilling to do anything about it. If they want more than one star from me then they need to sort out their facilities. I had to wash my hands in their kitchen area, not ideal to say the least. A family member recommended the place and felt the need to apologise following that experience. Your guests shouldn't be embarrassed about recommending your business, shame on your staff for not addressing the two very basic issues. Brighton and Hove health and hygiene team must be very sloppy for giving you 5 hygiene stars."

"My wife and I decided to go into this place for a quick bite before the long drive to South West Scotland. We ordered 2 x Spicy Bean Burgers and a large portion of fries I had a large Fanta. Having not been in a Burger King for years and remembering their original Spicy Bean Burger as good, I was anticipating better. The burger was dry and stodgy and left a funny taste in my mouth. My wife, also didn't enjoy her's. The place was soulless and the staff I saw were obviously not enjoying their jobs."

"My partner and I just wanted to grab a couple of takeaways coffee 's last Sunday morning at 11.30am so walked into the restaurant to head to the bar. We were then stopped halfway in to ask what we wanted and then was told to come...back outside and order with a front of house person. We assumed this person was dealing purely for seating at the front outside as it was super hot and lots of people wanting that. We didn 't appreciate the sarcastic comment that we came from the young girl who was manning it when we said we didn 't realise and her response was well that 's what I am stood out here for ..So we said we will leave it thanks to which she then rolled her eyes and huffed! We next door to Poppins who couldn 't have been friendlier. I am sure she doesn 't reflect all the staff but that was our experience and don 't feel like we would want to return."

"Good food, good prices! Sort of regret getting such a bit meal, but it was VERY cost effective and very good, just not really able to eat some of the larger meals. I think I got the XL Bacon one which was like £7? Absolutely massive, had to forgo my chips, but it was VERY good."
