"I have visited this restaurant many times, and the experience can vary. Sometimes it's wonderful and other times it's disappointing. There is a waiter named Luke who is exceptional. He takes orders efficiently, delivers food quickly, and always offers to refill our drinks. Luke even made a custom pizza for us when I requested pepperoni only on the top, something other staff members claimed they couldn't do. I had to ask for the manager when my pizza arrived lukewarm, but they promptly replaced it with a fresh one. Although there is a delivery service near me, I prefer to travel to this restaurant for a freshly made meal. Overall, the quality of service and food can depend on the server, and it can get busy at times. Some staff members may claim to be too busy to accommodate special requests, like my preference for pepperoni on top, but I believe good service should always be a priority."
