"Everything about the visit was pleasant from the greeting by staff at the door, to leaving. The young lady that greeted us was very polite and attentive as we worked our way through our first time using the online ordering system. We arrived after 9pm on a Saturday night and there were only a few people in, but we were still pleasantly surprised when our drinks were brought over within seconds of ordering and we didn't have long to wait for our food which was piping hot and well presented. Not one bad thing to say about the experience."

The staff here work incredibly hard to make sure everyone has a great meal, but I'm not a fan of having to order via the app, just takes something away from the experience of dining out x

Very friendly staff, asking how our food was and if we needed anything else. Plenty of choices on the buffet. Pasta was lovely and still very hot along with the pizza. Plenty if choices too.

The food was fine. Pizzas weren't rotated quickly which left lots of people who had the buffet taking 4-5 slices once the pizza came out. But then you'd have to wait 10-15 mins for a slice and had to be fast!!!

Plenty of space and staff were great. Food was good. Ice cream machine is good but the ice cream melts way too fast. Pizzas only come in 2 sizes which is a shame. Price could be cheaper though the salad bar is great.

There was a loud kids party happening at the time which did ruin the atmosphere a bit, but not the stores fault! I was visiting on business and ate alone, the staff made me feel welcome and I would return if I'm back in york

I was family of 7 so bill came to £110. food was what's expected. BUT when pizza hut doesn't offer table service you got to order off app I strongly feel visit any restaurant it should be waiter service. Its like pizza hut on cut backs Pizza hut needs to put customers first. It's a joke

Went to York city centre pizza hut with my two sons. Was shown the table by the manager. Ordered the buffet meal and advised him we are vegetarian as there was only limited choice in the buffet. He was so accommodating/friendly and full of energy! (No wonder he was the manager) he made sure there was plenty of choice in the buffet and ensured we knew when more pizza was ready. Thanks again for the wonderful experience! Manager needs promotion!!
