"If there was 0 star I would put ordered twice now and pizza has come stale and freezing cold where it’s been sitting under the heater for ages before getting delivered !! When u call and complain the response is sorry we was busy We can send u another one but a hour wait wen I’ve waited over a hour !! that’s not my problem get more staff and drivers !! "The food was terrible. I ordered a focaccia starter, with olive oil and rosemary. I'm not sure what they think focaccia is, but all I got was a bit of overcooked pizza dough, no different to the garlic bread or any other pizza. I had the mushroom tagliatelle for a main. It's a real shame when you think you can cook a better meal for much, much cheaper. I am not convinced the pasta was fresh, and the sauce just tasted like lemon, I don't even know if there was lemon in it! Just so bland and boring. Service was so sub par. Clearly the restaurant just uses the local university students who just want some extra cash and don't care. Had to ask for water multiple times, cutlery, to take dirty plates away. I'm not sure there was much proactivity. The only thing they cared about was making sure we gave the parmesan back, stood there staring at us the whole time, would have been nice to be a bit more attentive to other aspects of the meal. I certainly won't be coming back, nor recommending. Not good value for money. If you want a good Italian, there are plenty of family run businesses in Brighton down smaller roads with good food and great value."

"So I went to place my first order and was very disappointed by the service and quality of the pizza. It clearly states on the leaflet buy one and get one free but apparently that’s not the case, I was told that on the 18inch the offer is not available and was also told that Margherita price is higher than that stated on leaflet , I questioned it and the guy couldn’t find it written anywhere on the leaflet so basically I ended up paying for two pizzas !!! So much for the offer lol.... i did point out that the leaflet offer is very misleading !!!it’s my fault, I should have stuck with Dominos, cheese on these margaritas is really cheap , tastes like plastic, I’m afraid I won’t be going there ever again"

"We went to eat out. As it was a nighttime, not many restaurant are ope. As it was near at our hotel , we went to express pizza. The waitress are friendly and efficient. The food and pizza are delicious and tasty .the place was full even it’s after 8pm. May be because it’s Saturday. I cant comment further As we’re satisfied with everything."

"we stopped at L’Osteria for lunch while we visit the city for a shopping trip. the personal and service were both excellent and the surrounding very modern and well maintained. we had a pizza and a pasta dish and both were really delicious the pizza must have been 14 and while thin crust it was a challenge. it was a little oily, but not too much and it didn't spoil the court, but it was a good job that I had not eaten 5 hours before otherwise I would never have finished it. that was our first meal in this chain and we were pleasantly surprised. good food, cheap and recommended in the center of city shops."

"Ordered pizza, nuggets and 2 x Cans of Coke. Food was bang average, drinks didn’t come. Rung the store and was told the drinks were missed by mistake and were being sent to us. 45 mins later, rung the store again to be told by...the ‘manager’ to ”stop wasting my time” and “sort your own problems out”. Did a second order to make up for not receiving our drinks and got some ice cream. 1st Photo: We ordered 2 cans of coke and Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream. 2nd Photo: We were sent 2 cans of zero sugar coke and Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream. This perfectly demonstrates how poor this place is!"

"Dreadful and outrageous service. We arrived within minutes of our booking time, to be advised that our table was not ready. There were several tables available, and we were reluctantly shown to one! We ordered two beers and two medium rare rib eye steaks. The drinks arrived promptly. One steak arrived with a tiny amount of undressed salad. This dish was priced at £25.50 and as we were advised did not include even a few chips. Actually I was asked if I had read the menu clearly not well enough to realise I’d ordered a thin uninspiring steak with a minuscule quantity of salad. I was provided with some oil and balsamic. We did ask of there were some chips to accompany the dish, and were told this was extra we politely declined. The second steak arrived with the same mediocre and frankly appaling presentation. Bizarrely, two portions of chips appeared as we were finishing what passed for the main course. When we enquired again if these were included, we refused them on the basis of the the unreasonable extra charge. We decided to leave without further ado, and asked for the bill at the front desk. The gentleman who appeared to be the manager/owner was surprised when we refused to pay the additional service charge. The food and service was dreadful, and I would suggest you consider the many other restaurants in Twickenham before booking here. I will not be returning the attitude and lack of service was staggering and a grave disappointment bearing in mind I had been recommended to this establishment."

I didn't know what to expect honestly. great surprise, the restaurant has an air of the old trattoria restaurant, but what was a beautiful surprise is that the music was well chosen, the lights were dimmed with candles on the tables and a busy terrace. service was friendly. eating was amazing. in one point the music was quite loud, I ask the manager, a bit the music he kindly did. the manager, gabriel had a chat with us to see how we feel when we enjoy the night, I would like to thank them for giving a warm personality, knowledgeable and professional, quite surprised that this type of people still exists in restaurants. well done! recommend this place to everyone."

"We met the rudest waiter ever. We sat on a table outside and the restaurant was more than half empty. We waited for 5minutes and no one came. Then we saw a waiter inside serving clients. When i came near to him to ask how to proceed, he said that we did not have the right to sit if he did not allow us to do so. He was then very impolite and kept on repeating the same sentence. We left immediately after that incident. I travel a lot and always go to restaurant and never saw such behavior in other places."

"A bare bones type of restaurant that also serves as a take away pizza place Environment Very small. Only seating for 25 people. So come early or book (or take away). The decor is very basic. Tables, chairs and pictures. It doesn 't have a cozy feeling as it is too bare. Location is very good. Just in the corner of Ealing Road and Pope 's Lane. Few minutes walking from South Ealing. A few buses get you there easily. Food We started with Focaccia and olives, soon to find out that it is completely overkill. After the order it takes around 10 minutes for the pizza to come, so might as well wait a bit longer for them as they are huge. I had the Toto , with cured ham, cheese and some fresh herbs. Basic stuff, still, like pretty much all *Italian* pizza, it 's the real deal. Fantastic woody taste in the dough. And after that, a slice of tiramisu. It had just the right texture. It wasnt dunk in liquor, like most are Value At the end, a meal for 3 was £50. Which included drinks, 3 pizzas, starters and a dessert. Can 't really beat that considering the overall quality of the meal."

"I booked up to stay for a night and wow what an absolutely beautiful place, amazing and friendly staff that catered to our every need, nothing was ever too much, service always with a smile, the food was out of this world the place itself was stunning, I stayed in the shepherds hut for a night and I will totally recommend it to anyone the best nights sleep ever,, everything about the masons Arms was so very clean, the shower blocks are probably the cleanest I’ve ever seen, such a beautiful and friendly place will definitely be returning"

"I would like to clarify straight off the bat that the five star review is for the chip shop portion of the shop only. There’s a lot of chat online about how this place does the best pizzas in Edinburgh. Well that’s up for debate. Granted, the pizzas are better than your standard chip shop pizza but I would be hesitant to claim these are the best pizzas in Edinburgh. I would have no problem however, claiming that this is one of the best places for fish and chips in Edinburgh. I would serve these chips at my wedding. Exactly what you’re looking for when you’re looking for a typical chippy and none of this posh chips hipster nonsense. Their battered sausage is nothing short of perfection. I’m vegetarian but I had to make an exception for the battered sausag- ok I’m not really but you get the point. The battered haddock is also superb. One of my top 3 chippies in Edinburgh."
