"During our shopping trip in the city, we decided to have lunch at L’Osteria. The staff and service were wonderful, and the restaurant had a modern and well-maintained atmosphere. We ordered a pizza and a pasta dish, both of which were delicious. The pizza was a challenging 14” in diameter with a thin crust, but it was not overwhelmingly oily. Luckily, I hadn't eaten in 5 hours, otherwise, I may not have been able to finish it. This was our first time dining at this chain, and we were pleasantly surprised by the good food at reasonable prices in the heart of the city's shopping district. I would recommend it."

"Ordered pizza, nuggets and 2 x Cans of Coke. Food was bang average, drinks didn’t come. Rung the store and was told the drinks were missed by mistake and were being sent to us. 45 mins later, rung the store again to be told by...the ‘manager’ to ”stop wasting my time” and “sort your own problems out”. Did a second order to make up for not receiving our drinks and got some ice cream. 1st Photo: We ordered 2 cans of coke and Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream. 2nd Photo: We were sent 2 cans of zero sugar coke and Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream. This perfectly demonstrates how poor this place is!"

"We were meeting in Liverpool for a family weekend and booked here for Friday night. Traffic delayed 2 of our party but it wasn’t a big issue. Once we ordered food it arrived in good time and everything was delicious. 2 couples each shared a pizza and pasta and they split the pizza onto 2 plates. We were celebrating a birthday and they brought the birthday boy a delicious dessert with a candle in without us asking. It was busy but we were upstairs where I definitely didn’t feel crowded. Would definitely recommend and we would certainly return if we were in the city again."

"We met the rudest waiter ever. We sat on a table outside and the restaurant was more than half empty. We waited for 5minutes and no one came. Then we saw a waiter inside serving clients. When i came near to him to ask how to proceed, he said that we did not have the right to sit if he did not allow us to do so. He was then very impolite and kept on repeating the same sentence. We left immediately after that incident. I travel a lot and always go to restaurant and never saw such behavior in other places."

"that is not an Italian restaurant, but a napoli restaurant and it is amazing. offers a large selection of pizzas veggie and child-friendly. we had the toto pizza and the sophia lauren veg) and both were delicious. really, soft, light and he sauce is very tasty. 4.5 is coz it wasn't enough.) don't go without having their tiramisu, it's the best I had so far. I would also recommend to accept her offer of the Limonchillo shoot, which is very refreshing. the service is a joy and they will not regret to visit this place a bit. highly recommended!"

"No record of booking on turning up, therefore no allergy on record. Staff inattentive and largely absent. We were shoved in a corner next to a wall. Forgot my half of the drink order; I asked for coffee and they brought out a cafetiere with just water in it. Food came out well into booking time, items removed (not substituted) because of my allergy even though I flagged it on my booking. Toni was great in checking in after and boxed up what we felt we couldn't eat because we had run out of time. Wasn't sure what to expect price wise because it's not clear on the website but have had much better teas for that cost. It's a shame because we hadn't been before. Is the missed booking because you take from multiple booking sources? A bit disappointing, we probably won't do it again."

"I would like to clarify straight off the bat that the five star review is for the chip shop portion of the shop only. There’s a lot of chat online about how this place does the best pizzas in Edinburgh. Well that’s up for debate. Granted, the pizzas are better than your standard chip shop pizza but I would be hesitant to claim these are the best pizzas in Edinburgh. I would have no problem however, claiming that this is one of the best places for fish and chips in Edinburgh. I would serve these chips at my wedding. Exactly what you’re looking for when you’re looking for a typical chippy and none of this posh chips hipster nonsense. Their battered sausage is nothing short of perfection. I’m vegetarian but I had to make an exception for the battered sausag- ok I’m not really but you get the point. The battered haddock is also superb. One of my top 3 chippies in Edinburgh."

"our favorite restaurant by far. we have been driving for about 20 years 8 times a year to terra mia and celebrate every family birthday there. I also eat with friends there and we sometimes meet with other families on terra mia. eating is great and the bill is always a beautiful surprise. the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. that is up to the great staff. we celebrated the 17th birthday of our son last week and I'm trying to work when we can go back."

"This restaurant is a great spot to satisfy your craving for vegan junk food. They offer one vegan option on their menu, and you can swap cheese for vegan cheese for an additional £1. It's nice to see places like this working to make vegan cheese more mainstream. My only suggestions would be to lower the cost (although it's not expensive) and to use separate cutters for the vegan and vegetarian pizzas, as they currently use the same ones for all pizzas."

"We almost gave up trying to find the place, because that part of the road is partly on this, partly on the other side of a big crossroads and our sat nav refused to find it, so we walked for ages. It is a nice cosy place close to the Asda, so if you have the same problem, just try to find your way from Asda and you'll find it. The pizzas appeared to be quite expensive, but when they arrived, I saw why: They are giant. I only managed half of mine (but this was also due to the fact that I had a cesar salad as starter . "I've been to this place before but was boring and got a spag bol lol that doesn't mean that it wasn't scrumptious though. This time round I got a parma ham salad (not on the menu) with cheesy garlic bread for starters and just that alone was a roll me over moment. I was glad that we got a break between the starters and the mains. I had a tiger prawn pasta in a tomato sauce...OMG...GUYS!! It was soooo good. The tiger prawns were cooked just right and that sauce was not your average tomato sauce (well not when I cook it) the flavours all complimented each other and the portion was a good size but the meal beat me and I had to take the rest home. Will defo be going back to this place for sure."

"We found this place quite by accident, looking for somewhere to eat close by the Balham Travelodge. We thought it looked closed at first until we were right in front of it, it was about 10 pm at night and we had had a full day at the tennis in Wimbledon. Lucky for us they were still serving. It is a gem of a place, small, excellent service and the food amazing. Would recommend to anyone who loves pizza!"

"My order was only partially correct when it arrived, with two pizzas instead of kebabs. When I called to inquire about the missing items, I was offered a £6 refund instead of the kebabs due to a long wait time. Despite agreeing to wait, we were disappointed to find that the pizzas had dry, supermarket bases when we opened them. I called back shortly after to accept the refund, but was told it was too late as the driver was already en route. When the driver arrived, he only had two small wraps with salad inside, which was not what we had expected. It was a disappointing experience and I regret spending money on this takeaway for my family."
