Juicy baby back ribs, slow-cooked and glazed with a tangy barbecue sauce.

"The dining experience was quite pleasant, though I found it to be on the expensive side. We tried the black dishes and the lamb, both of which were of excellent quality, well-prepared, and satisfying. The food was beautifully presented and freshly cooked, which was apparent. The atmosphere was lovely, and the establishment was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I did notice that there could be more options on the menu, but it wasn't a major issue. If you're staying at the hotel, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Overall, it was a good experience."

"I booked a table here about 2 weeks in advance, when we arrived we were shown to our table straight away. The kids were given a menu and activity pack and the adult menu we had to look at on our phones using a QR code. The food and drinks arrived promptly and was well presented. It all tasted really good and we all finished everything. Whilst there is a really good choice for Mains there are only 2 desserts so I didn't have one but the kids enjoyed their ice cream sundaes which were huge for the price. The restaurant was lovely with great music and the usual outfits of the rich and famous on the walls. The toilets were big, plenty of room and clean. I definitely recommend, make sure to book ahead as it was busy."

"Nice place with fun decor a DJ over brunch which gave it a good atmosphere. The girl at reception was really helpful. The quality of the food was good and well presented but the portions very small. Although the brunch included a bottomless glass of prosecco I would rather pay for things separately to have more food and just pay for the booze that I wanted as after it I was a bit hungry although quite merry"

"Went there on a Tuesday night. Can 't say I will ever be going back. For a place that boasts about its burgers, they were pretty generic and bland, overcooked and small patties. The chips portion is generous but that 's not what I came for I came for good meat and didn 't get it. Dessert was a disappointment. The restaurant was dirty tables and floors. I know it 's going for the distressed look but that doesn 't eliminate the need to clean. Waitress was friendly but inexperienced. Tip: Don 't ask customers 'when are you leaving ' following their meal (when there are plenty of places). Won 't be going back and until the food improves and the hygiene increases I wouldn 't recommend others do either."

"It's was ok. When we got there we waited a while to order drinks. They came back and took our food order and offered us drinks again.. even though the first ones hadn't come yet. We saw 2 couples come and go as they had to wait to long before being seen to (and it wasn't that busy either) the food was quite tasty, loved the flavours, Food also came quickly. My partner's ribs was lovely, the brisket was quite dry and not moist, sadly didn't pull apart. And the buffalo wings to start was basically dry cooked wings with a drizzle of sauce which was a little disappointing as we love them saucy. And the crackling is just fatty not much crunch. We LOVE American BBQ, this didn't live up to that. Food could use a little work but mostly they need a little front of house management here... The staff seemed stressed and poorly managed meaning there being disrespected by customers (which was sad to see as they seemed lovely) but direction is needed to support the staff. I couldn't tell if there was a manager there as no one stood out as being helpful to the staff."

"Well... there 's a reason the staff don 't ask you how you 're food was. Not only are they clearly all dead behind the eyes, they know the food is massively over stated. The menu tantalizes you like a siren calling a sailor to his doom. £16.50 for a rib platter that comprised of a singular rib with less meat on the bone than if they pulled it off the carcass of a starved dog. £15+ for brisket which was 2 thin slices of beef with less flavor than a hookers panty liner, each mouthful brought less flavour than the last. For the price, I wouldn 't expect to get better at a Toby Carvery, but you certainly can! Each dish was served with roast potatoes and a pickle pot... A PICKLE POT!"

"I had a great experience with American food at this restaurant. I ordered the diner chicken burger, fries, cheeseburger, and a salad with a dressing that was a mix of ranch and something else. Everything was delicious."

"The restaurant has a fantastic location and the staff is very friendly. It's a great spot for a quick meal if you're out shopping, sightseeing, or visiting The National Gallery. I ordered the beef dish and it was delicious."

"To be honest, the restaurant was disappointing. The brussel sprouts were undercooked, the macaroni was bland, and the ribs were just okay. The only redeeming aspect were the drinks, which were good."

"Stayed at the LHR Marriott for a night and wanted to try some local food. I had the garlic/chili shrimp as an appetizer and the lamb/mint burger as my entree. Both were super delicious and a great value for the taste and portion. I wanted to get in/out quickly so chose to order the food at the bar along with a beer. Doing this was a bit cumbersome as you can’t order food directly at the bar. There was a separate station where you placed your order. Thankfully the food was delivered to the bar and I was able to pay at the bar also. If you’re in town and near LHR airport, give this place a try."

"I recently visited Chicago Rib Shack on its opening night in Twickenham, and I must say that the young staff did a fantastic job. There were no signs of opening day nerves, they managed the seating times perfectly to prevent overwhelming the kitchen. Our waitress informed us that most of the staff were new, but the cooking team had experience and demonstrated their skills in preparing delicious food. After enjoying a drink at the bar, we ordered a round of starters. Getting three starters for £14 was a great deal. Twickenham has not had many new and trendy restaurants like London, so it's refreshing to have these newer options available now."
"This restaurant offers a great interpretation of American cuisine. I tried the diner chicken burger, fries, cheeseburger, and a salad with their unique dressing that resembled a blend of ranch and another type of dressing."

"Upon our arrival, it appeared that the restaurant wasn’t aware of our reservation, despite having booked weeks in advance. We were welcomed by Paul, who was very helpful throughout our visit. We ordered our meals, but while some items were advertised as gluten-free, they were unable to provide gluten-free bread. The waitress seemed uncertain about what she was serving and had to make multiple trips to the kitchen. However, the food was delicious, served hot, and came on generous-sized plates. If you're looking for value for your money and are quite hungry, this is the place for you."

"We had our wedding reception at St Barts Brewery and couldn't have asked for it to be any better. Victoria was fantastic on the run up ensuring all our needs and requirements were met and the team on the day made everything seamless. The venue layout was perfect for our number of guests, the food and the drink options we choose at the tasting were great. I would certainly recommend hosting a wedding party with the St Barts team."

"The restaurant had lovely decor and a delightful menu. However, there was only one waiter working who was the worst I have ever encountered. He had poor English language skills, was miserable and grumpy, and had no idea how to provide good service or create a pleasant experience. The manager on duty tried to be helpful but could not make up for the terrible service. The food was tasty, but it was a shame about the poor quality of service."

"What a fantastic discovery! It's located so close by, yet I had no idea it was there. The food was amazing and the portions were very generous. I really enjoyed my experience and I will definitely recommend it to others and bring my family next time."

"Excellent vegan jap chae and tasty vegan cauliflower wings! I also had the tofu lollipops, which don 't really match their menu description as lollipops , but they were fine the way they were and came with an average sauce. I 'm definitely all about ordering the jap chae and cauliflower wings as soon as I can again! I loved that Jinjuu 's jap chae had several veggies too. The restaurant had several vegan items marked on the menu."
