"Not sure if this venue has changed hands but its definitely took a nose dive. Slow delivery, driver didnt have right change and we ended up out of pocket. Forgot some of our order too! Ordered a Margarita Pizza and ended up with Cheese n...bean Pizza! Why would you? It was awful. Chicken was dry and inedible. Shame as it's location is prime and very visible. Cleanliness has always been good, as is the price, but serve up poor quality food and you'll end up out of business. Not a good experience.... "I dont know about the fake 5 star reviews on here. But as you can see by the rest it 's a horrendous mistake. Yyyyyyep you guessed it, 3 hour wait. Food was like cold casting resin that looked better in the bin. Wasn 't surprised at all to find the other reviews. Multiple people phoned to enquire and were given multiple different excuses including that a driver had been in a car accident. I reckon I 've got more chance of pulling my mixed chicken out my backend than I 've got of a refund tbh... The local brothels will be seeing an awful lot more dodgey kebabs than usual. I 'd give you the whole never again barks but I hate thievery more than anything in the world so I 'll just leave it at Fuk off."

"Wow !!!! Knew about the venue but never been until last night. I took my wife Michelle to celebrate her birthday and what a meal we were served. The service is first class and the food was top class and plenty of it, I did ask if a sauce could be substituted and asked for a dianne sauce the chef said it could but because he only had english mustard it would not taste the same. He was right, that info told me this chef knows his sauces. so we declined The starters came out and enjoyed. the mains Wow. the T bone was perfect Michelle’s Fillet just as good. If I have a n issue it is the parking but that just shows how busy it is. also the outside area could do with tidying up first impressions). All in all in my humble opinion you will need to travel a long way from Wolverhampton to find a better meal. And the staff were just as good as the food. Thank you Fiume for making our meal the best we have had in a long while. we will return."

"Gladly giving one gold star to Pizza Italia, because as a last resort it was better than a pot noodle. Truly bad food ordered through Just Eat, but gotta admire the audacity of the delivery driver asking for an extra fiver when he arrived with the order. Particularly liked the option to select a single salad item to accompany my cremated parm. Opted for the white cabbage, which was soggy enough to balance the dryness of the chicken. On second thoughts, I should've stuck with the Bombay Bad Boy."

"Ordered via Deliveroo.... Firstly, the order was late (this is the second time now) The breaded mushrooms were over cooked and tasted like the oil used to cook them was old. The bottle of Pepsi was flat. The lamb was over cooked and so dry. The chips were overcooked and oily. The pizzas tasted strange, like the dough was not fresh before making. The Nuggets tasted like they'd also been cooked in old oil. Plus, it was all cold. Everything to be honest was very bad and was basically put straight in the bin. considering spent over £50 is not acceptable. As I said this is the second time I ordered from them and it was late, again but I thought I'd give them a chance, after this never again."

"we thought we would avoid the Saturday evening rush and order around 16:10, so we didn't have to wait forever until it comes. this was the first time we used 'best kebab' and will be the last. uber eats said it would be delivered 16:50-17:10... the seemed a bit overly for the £20 order (1 x kebab, 1 x burger, 1 x cheesy chips and 1 x mozerella sticks.) but it is what it is. it will be 17:10 and we will wait. it is until 17:30 and we are waiting. 17:35 And we clink, they say they have a problem with their rides, and there will be 10 minutes, no apologies, nothing. eating came around 17:45, no apologies, nothing. eating was in the average. my partner “Special” burger (bef mit donnerfleisch) had 4 pieces donner on a lukewarm but crispy burger. my kebab was also lukewarm and I had never had so chewy meat in my life. the chips that were in the box were divided into two layers, the lower half closest to the box was like a red musk (obvily at any place it was hot and simply shaped into one with the condensation) and the upper side were hard as nails and cold. Mozerella sticks needed to heat as they were fixed and the Cheesy chips were only lukewarm with a mass of cold, solid cheese up. if they can not provide a delivery grater to ensure that their warm food is delivered immediately (we live about 6 minutes away) then they do not offer any delivery. do not pack their food ready and leave it easy until someone appears to deliver it, otherwise they will their customers inedible sh!t. revolver with our usual choice of spire pizzas. can not recommend this enough, along with express kebab house, which are just around the corner of this “business”. I will never use “Best Kebab” again. do not make the same mistake."

"What a find!!This was my first visit on Friday night. . .Sheradens was recommended to us . Very friendly place. Very busy too so theres a fast turn over and the fish had just been cooked. Really lovely fish and chips. My only criticism was the mushy peas were very watery and had no taste . We would highly recommend Sheradens. You pay a bit more for a very good reason!!!"

"we get our home delivered pizzas from this place, and have been supplying for many years, the permanent bogof offer makes them competitive, and they are always delivered instantly and are delicious. last night we had a problem with our order (the first time we had a problem with sobs) I called them, they treated it very quickly and efficiently. I see it doing with a problem properly, like the sign of good customer service. very happy 100% recommend sobs 7 dials pizzas. we have never ordered a kebab from here, so can not comment on their kebabs, but after reading some of their other reviews, I find the negative hard to believe, maybe there is a culture with fast food supplier companies to write negative reviews against each other. not justified against sobs."
