"we will never use this takeaway ever again i ordered a donner kebab to which they replied sit in your car and we will bring it out to you !!we sat in our car right outside the takeaway and to our amazement they were making up orders and at times there were 3 of them handling the food orders and the hygiene of the people making up these orders was shocking one minute they had there hands in the bins ,then handling what looked like raw meat ,then making up kebabs with the hands they had previously been handling raw meat !!!!!! please for your own safety do not use this food outlet unless you have iron guts!!!!!! when i got home the donner kebab had been cut so thinly and the portion size for what they charged for was a total and utter rip off please be warned this review is for your own good and for you to be not disappointed like myself and many others who have been ripped off by this supposed food outlet,,,, once again shocking ,the food went into the bin as i was not prepared to take the risk of being ill .!!!!!!"

"was never here before. we came later in the evening, so I didn't know it was like a little nightclub. the lights go low and the music continues. I enjoyed my evening and they had $7.00 margaritas . they also had $2.00 tacos, at least 3. I had these and the BBQ chickens with the fries. the pommes were good. the steak tacos were tiny, but the taste was great. the chicken taco was bland so I would recommend the steak. the chicken BQ channels were okay. this margarita was definitiw loaded with tequila I only needed 1! all ok place. they had a lot of food to choose so if they find burger, pasta or tacos they like it here."

"Family meal out. Definitely a hidden gem. It was absolutely delicious. Everything is freshly cooked to order. Food was mouthwatering and very well presented. Had a few takeaways from here and in my time but sitting in the restaurant is a different ball game. You get all the pleasant aromas of the food cooking. Premises are very clean. Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. Great for kids too as there's a kids menu and there's always pizza for the older kids!! Definitely be back in the future and fingers crossed at the awards. Good luck"

"I tried this restaurant for the first time and was very impressed. It is definitely the best breakfast option in town. We ordered sausage, egg, and cheese batons, which were delicious with perfectly cooked eggs and tasty sausage. "Me and my partner came with a table book and we got turned away the bouncer was rude and disrespectful and the lady who was doing booking lied to us about how many people were on our table tuned us away and didn’t even speak to us she just walked away the bouncer was forceful and was making us move out of the way even though we had a table I am very disgusted with how your employees treat people and they should be spoken to about how they treat others."

"Good burger selection and burger varieties. Service is quick, the place is clean and there are some amazing views out over the bay. It's a bit of a family place so not somewhere I visit often. Wish a bit more attention was spent on the decor just to make it bit less bland. Also they offer drinks refill packages so you don't have to flag down wait staff when you want another coke."

"it was extremely disappointed by the managers and incapable of correcting their mistakes. we have booked a table after we offered a nice set menu online with a offer of curses for or three courses for eating on this set menu looked very nice and healthy when we arrived at the restaurant and asked after the advertised menu that we had seen online and that was displayed on a wooden poster in front of the restaurant, the waiter told us that they had another set menu and a table that had a table. that is not at all what we wanted to eat and when we challenged the manager for their wrong advertising, she said that she had made a mistake so we asked her to honor the advertising and let us have a two cursor from the menu, for which we seemed reasonable because it was the basis on which we decided to eat in this restaurant. the manager refused and tried to tell us that we should eat the meat pottery. (we are vegetarian). the at least what she could have done is thankful that we point out to her mistake that she incorrectly advertise a better menu and better deal online. we were so outraged by the way she treated us that we went and went into a beautiful Greek restaurant next door went truly disappointed by how this woman treated with the situation. the restaurant is not recommended."

"I recently ordered a platter of mixed meats from this restaurant, expecting a generous portion. However, when we got home and opened the box, we were disappointed to find only a small amount of chicken, 8 pieces of kebab meat, a bit of salad, and nothing else. It seemed like they were trying to shortchange us, but we noticed right away. We called the restaurant immediately, and they said they would bring us another platter. We will wait and see if they follow through."

"In the States, you could probably expect to find a handful of great burger joints in every city. Unfortunately, Brighton only has a few with one of the most consistent being Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Situated smack in the middle of the North Laines, GBK is a lively place that's quite busy in the week and rammed at weekends. They have seating indoors and out and the large dining area makes it perfect for big groups and kids birthday parties. The steep prices mean parents that decide to treat their kid had better check their wallets before inviting along the rest of the class! There's 28 different burgers on the menu, all made from tasty Aberdeen Angus steak apart from the organic Laverstoke Park Farm range (which includes buffalo and wild boar). Seasoning wise, you can choose from cajun, chilli, BBQ, mexican and satay to more yuppy varieties like avacado and bacon. Vegetarians have a choice of falafel, puy lentil, mushroom or aubergine burgers but having sampled these, I'd recommend sticking to fries and milkshake. Really. The price of burgers range from £6 £8 but they charge an extra £2.75 for fries and an extra £1.55 for dipping sauces. The sauces are hand made allegedly but I still think it's a little mean to charge for such small quantities. They also sell a small range of beers, wines, sodas and milkshakes. Don't go expecting a diner milkshake made from ice cream, milk and valhrona though these are much thinner and flavourless, hence 4 stars instead of 5!"
