"this place and it's beautiful inside. two employees. waited old for drinks and were in cash for almost 10 minutes (may she see) so I went to the bar and took my own drinks back to the table. chap has apologized. drinks were...good ordered eating with wait 30 minutes (no starter) only about 16/20 customers in this time. then barman came by and said we were ready to order? again apologise and said our eating priority. when came over 50/60mins: the food was good and was not in a hurry (fish chips and a sweetheart) while there the police came, table next to me 4 older young had stolen phone from their table! chap went with just eat gang, wandered around the restaurant then took his phone and ran out! I arrived shortly before our arrival and my phone was on the table shortly before her table, so fortunately a situation hit there and a possible violent change def as I would have been after him. also was a situation with a worker (I will not go into them) that I and another customer helped (also eat ready to go to other customers) we helped when she was really upset. was also a beautiful girl, really hope that she was ok x just a strange night, but would go again, eat well, and I feel sure that this was not a normal evening."

secret service. I asked me to pay a service fee before I got my food.

best pork chop I've ever tasted, but terrible service, unattended, then the waiter tries to remove the half empty wine bottle.

It's hard not to feel a part of something here the very ethos of the club whisks you away to a time when people made and cared for news with such an ambience, it's hard to imagine the food and wine can compete, but they do in spades. View menu

Had our post convocation dinner here. It felt like it was one of the best in London where you are encouraged to feel your opinion matters. Ingredients from the farm were fresh and well cooked as I had the quail. The dinner dishes came with a very good taste and pleasant surprises. Lovely wine. My classmates and I were searching for a venue for a pre party dinner. This restaurant should be enjoyed with friends who are very much into current affairs or not, there is always good wine!

my gloomy. apparently foreign correspondents like to eat with their colleagues. they can imagine if they taste their nice eating. good old-fashioned food excellent with modern whirlpool or without prepared. we had both fried fish, not broken on the bone, only fried. not messed up and finished. not too long or too short. lump-free, creamy maic without the slightest hauch of glue. also, does not melt around. no cheese in it or olive oil or sun dried. vegetables perfectly steamed. in the round is eating as they cooked their mother. but this is just the main course. Actually, we are not desert eaters....read more

Hosting more than 200 events per year with topics as diverse as for instance the upcoming talks on β€œ Reporting from the World’s Deadliest Places β€œ, β€œ Iraq: Escalating Violence and Sectarian Division ” or β€œ Slavery Inc ” (about the international sex trade) it is the place to go if you are interested in current affairs and intellectually stimulating discussion. I ended up at a talk about the abandoned revolution in Bahrain which was very interesting, even for me whose newspaper study usually just focuses on the culture pages and cooking features (shame on me!). That’s all good, but then there is the restaurant associated with The Frontline Club . We went for a pretalk...read more View menu

Frontline prides itself on making food from locally sourced produce. The menu is quite small but has sufficient choice. On this cold winter's day, there was no doubt what was needed; a bowl of hot soup! On the menu was celeriac, Bramley apple and whole chestnut soup. The combination sounded a little strange, but I thought that it was worth a try! Whole chestnuts, chunks of apple in a creamy celeriac based soup! Surprisingly, the sweet and savoury flavours worked well together. It was not too sweet with the apple. A small brown crusty roll was served with the soup. It tasted like it had fennel seeds in it! I skipped the main course and went straight for the dessert! Crumble has always been......

where do we start? What an amazing discovery! the four of us spent a cozy evening together enjoy excellent eating (scallops are to die), delicious wein and friendly service from a beautiful guy named ollie. 10/10 we would return without hesitation and what does. it is even more special the connection between the front line and its generous contributions to the next love. P.S, when we say excellent eating, we mean the amazing bacon burger with its smokey taste and crispy kohlenpatty with airy brioche rolls it was just delicious? pp. s the sticky toffee pudding was delicious because it not only bake a business that tastes nothing it was an amazing ingwer zimtpudding with a beautiful tffee sauc...
