"I used to go their when it was the hythe brasserie, which was my favourite restuarant in hythe. With the new owners they have pretty much tried to keep it the same and its still fairly good. As with the old restuarant the ambience is fine and very relaxing, but as before the decor is a little dated in its look. It didnt seem as full as before, and the dinner menu was fairly limited compared to before, with no specials offered. The wine and fresh bread was excellent, and the dishes were generally good, though some basc veg like potatoes were extra, and the spagetti style corgette side to the red mullet was tasteless. Hope they will improve and will probably go back again. Still one of the best restaurants in hythe"
