"My boyfriend and I have visited several times and make the journey from Morecambe because we love it here! The food is fantastic with generous portion sizes. We can never resist ordering two starters to share, and my absolute favorite is the chicken Milanese, while my boyfriend can't get enough of the fish and chips. I've also tried a few other dishes from the menu and enjoyed every single one. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and we've never been disappointed. I highly recommend dining here!"

"The staff were friendly at this restaurant. They have a large screen for watching football. The restaurant itself is a bit run down, with old furniture that needs to be upgraded, and could use a fresh coat of paint in several areas. The men's toilets were dirty around 9pm, indicating a need for a thorough cleaning. I didn't dine here, possibly due to the aforementioned issues; it seems more like a pub for drinks, with cheap beer. The outdoor areas are nice. Families with children were present early in the evening and appeared to be content. The price per person ranges from £1-10."

"Had a perfect experience here. Staff were super friendly, ambience was great (massive fan of the dim lighting) and food drink (sparkling lemonade is 10/10) was amazing. Came for my wife’s birthday and the complimentary dessert was really nice, flag on our table was a cool touch too. What impressed me was how accommodating the staff was, we requested non alcoholic soy sauce as we are Muslim and there was no fuss made, they ensured us they’d make sure there’s no alcohol in our food at all. We ordered the black cod and our server told us that they didn’t include it in the order as it has alcohol and offered to replace it with an alternative. Very considerate service, would definitely return and recommend to everyone I know!"

"My first time in here and prefer it over Starbucks for sure. Ordered an Americana, coffee is ok, I've had better and worse. Tables were clean which is nice to see. "I was in a hen night. pre booked a karaoke stand, which was our first time absolutely amazing, although a little expensive 1 hour was not really long enough. Perhaps the pricing could be considered to look at the size of the club that is available space, in sure they could fit a few more stands in as they were extremely popular. club itself was good, not too busy, for a Saturday night. helpful employees good security. lift for various etagens. had a very pleasant time. bar waiter service good. good toilet facilities were clean everywhere. worth a visit."

"I was so looking forward to this big night out and have to say I was left very dissapointed. On arrival at the door I was handed two flyers for buy one drink get one free. This was at 1925. After struggling to find your restaurant in the darkness I was greeted by a staff member and shown to a large booth. There was a large party on a Christmas night out occupying the length of the room. It took 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive as it seemed to take 5 staff members to serve this table of 30! We were then handed our menu which compared to the online menu was reduced considerably much to our dissapointment. Your website mentions no alterations during December. We chose our food and the starters arrived relatively quickly. After our initial dissapointment at the poor service it was somewhat redeemed by a gift bag containing a Christmas card, sweets and more drinks vouchers. We ordered 3 drinks each (expensive cocktails) pleased with our vouchers that we were only paying for 3 of the 6. On trying to redeem these I was then informed the promtion finished at 1900 note I was at a 1930 dinner reservation!! Not at 2100 as advertised on the vouchers. I was then informed by the surly girl that Tiger Tiger have the right to remove or alter these promotions at any time. Nicely done legal eagle!! Overall. Totally gutted. My nice mother daughter Newcastle trip that we saved so hard for was ruined. Not even a genuine apology from anyone. I wont be back. Oh and your toilets are disgusting!!!"

"We booked a table for 15 people at 2.30 in the afternoon and they were able to accommodate us easily. it was very good to find somewhere that could take a large group at one table. The staff were very nice and welcoming but the service suffered as the staffing level was minimal. The food was acceptable, nothing more. We were surprised that they had 'run out of ' sparkling water and Coca Cola... very odd. The view is absolutely super they have a large terrace overlooking Gun wharf, with lots of chairs as it was a lovely day, it was extremely attractive. However, it suffers from being the 'smoking area '. The room inside is pleasant, with high ceilings and very large windows. The 'muzak ' was a ghastly generic/covers track obviously cheap versions of hit songs but 'imitation ' singers quite horrid and too loud. My feeling is that it suffers from being a 'night place/bar ' that does not adapt to the day very well. All in all, disappointing."

"I took my team to Jewel for cocktails after some initial food and drinks in Waxy O 'connors which is a just around the corner. We arrived at around 7pm and had the standard security checks before we entered. There were 14 of us in total so I was pleasantly surprised (as I was picking up the tab) when we found out that it was 241 on cocktails until 8pm so we managed to squeeze in a couple of rounds before the promotion ended. The bar team were polite enough and patient as they dealt with one big round after another. The venue is quite small with minimal seating but is dark classy with the music being upbeat and perfect for our occasion. In terms of negatives it was a little frustrating that they add service charge to every drinks order then claim that they were unable to remove it. We are familiar with Zonal and Aztec systems so a few members of the team felt it unnecessary especially as we were already tipping with cash, I 'm sure service charge is supposed to be optional but there you go. The only other thing that stopped it being a 4* review is that when we were leaving our team exited the venue in small groups so to ensure that everyone had left I asked if I could re-enter to double check that nobody had been left behind. Unfortunately the doorman requested I pay a £10 entrance fee. When I suggested that we had already been in and spent a few quid at the bar (Only about £300 or so, so not huge amounts) he quipped that I could afford another £10 then needless to say that I didn 't pay it however it was a shame to end it on that note. Overall the team enjoyed the visit, made the most of the dancers cage and had a decent experience in this beautiful little bar right in the heart of London."

"Use to be a lovely atmosphere with great staff and food however since the new owners have come in the standards have dropped and they don’t seem to care. Visited with a friend for a quick bite to eat for lunch, place was quiet, not like before when it use to be bustling. Asked for a panini meal and specifically asked if the spicy chicken was marinated where they lady behind the till confirmed it was. I am quite picky with my food and if the member of staff confirms something then you expect it to arrive like you expect. When it arrived I could immediately see that the chicken was not marinated, instead there were 2 pieces of chicken, and I’m not lying when I say they must have been each the size of two 50p pieces and super thin, plain and not marinated, the chilly came via some chilly sauce out of a bottle topped on the chicken. The panini was accompanied with a minuscule amount of chips and salad on the side, more suitable for a kiddy’s meal. When questioning the person behind the till who confirmed it was marinated originally replied with “no that’s how it come”, obviously I was slightly irate as it’s not what I expected, and to top it off my bottle of water that I paid £1.50 was Costco’s very own 330ml Kirkland brand. Overall I will not be returning to this place. The food has gone down hill and the owners don’t care. Maybe I was just unlucky and it was and off day but I won’t go again. Food was below average and definitely not value for money."

"I had high expectations for my birthday meal at this restaurant, having visited multiple times in the past. Unfortunately, my experience this time was disappointing. The place was quiet, so I expected good service, but our drinks took 20 minutes to arrive, and I had to go to the bar to find them sitting on a tray. The server explained that they were busy and hadn't brought them over, even though there were no other customers at the bar. The food orders took a long time to be taken, and when they finally arrived, the burgers were burnt and served with extras we hadn't asked for. The chips were either burnt or greasy. My spicy pizza was advertised as having mozzarella, but it came with cheddar cheese baked on top. Overall, the quality of the food and service has declined since my previous visits."

"My family and I visited this restaurant for lunch on Saturday. We had made a reservation 5 minutes before using my Taste card, but it turned out we probably didn't need to. Our server, Kayleigh, seated us at a good table and provided attentive service throughout our meal. The atmosphere was pleasant, but I found the food to be a bit pricey without the discount from my Taste card. Luckily, the card came in handy! I enjoyed my fajita, while my brother and his partner found the burgers to be mediocre. My mom liked her jambalaya, and my 8-year-old nephew was happy with his kids' menu, especially the ice cream for dessert. Overall, a nice family outing with great service from Kayleigh. I would recommend giving this place a try with a discount. The music was good, and the vibe was relaxed. Thank you, Kayleigh, for taking care of us!"

"The coffee at this lovely restaurant is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable. The tables are promptly cleaned between guests, and menus are provided as soon as we are seated. The outdoor seating offers a perfect view of the sunset on a beautiful day. "It was packed and the salad bar looked unclean and messy. I had a pizza, ate the first slice, went to get the second one and there was a giant greasy hair stuck to the pan under the slice I ate and the remaining pizza. I was sickened. The guy said he would refund it all as I sat there whilst my husband ate his. They should have taken his away too so that we could eat together but I was satisfied they were refunding us because of the experience. I find a fee days later they just refunded mine. I complained but they wouldn't do anything. Dirty smelly and with incompetent staff!"

"Absolutely disaster! Got there table was ready, then asked for menu's to be told no we couldn't have food, although they was advertising food, As we booked with open table not the club itself. After complaining, they allowed us to have food, which was very nice, we all enjoyed. My friend went to the bar for conqtour they had put triple sec in the bottle so it's wasn't the real liquor. Which when complained they gave her a refund. We'd just ate our food, we was asked to leave the table as it was booked out for another party. With in the 2 hours we was there we'd roughly spent between us about £500. I asked for the manager, her Name was Nicola, I showed her the email, which it never stated I only had the table for a few hours, she blamed open table, not putting in they email. She wasn't sorry at all, club was quite she didn't offer us any other tables, absolutely ruined my birthday, that's what we was out for, made us so un welcome towards the end, because we complained. Also the was no draught pumps working they was charging over £5 for a bottle lager, which was half pint. Said the wasn't having them fixed either. The club is absolute joke! I would never return there again. Management is waste time, need to go on customer service course, how to run a business. I'm a Manager in retail, run quite a few stores, if I had treated any customer like this, I would be looking for a new job, so unprofessional, o hope you take my comments on board. "It seems to be a common theme now with Pizza Hut - they are completely cashless, which has resulted in a decline in customer service and standards. The restaurant was dirty, and the staff seemed to lack guidance as there was no customer service to speak of. It makes you question why they still have restaurants at all, as they might as well be takeaway only. During our visit, we watched the staff clear the salad buffet and pick out old bits with their bare hands. The food was not cooked properly when it finally arrived, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable. It was concerning to think about the hygiene standards in their kitchen. They do not accept cash at all, and we had to practically beg someone to take our order as they insisted on using their website. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."
