"The staff at this restaurant is lovely and provides excellent service. I tried the spicy cow sandwich and it was amazing! This was my first time here, but I am certain it won't be my last. The menu mainly consists of sandwiches and baked goods, but they also offer locally brewed coffee and delicious cakes and cookies. The ambiance of the restaurant was great with beautiful music playing in the background to create a relaxing atmosphere. It seemed like a popular spot for people on their lunch breaks. I really enjoyed my experience here!"

"We arrived and there was only 1 other table, the server took us to our seat and told us they were a cashless venue and to scan and order in the app. We had meerkat discount code so I knew that couldn’t be done on the app. We weren’t given menus so I went and got my own, server took order and didn’t take long to arrive and was nice. Whilst we were there a table of 4 came in (I think grandparents and grandchildren) again told to order on the app. After 10 minutes and no one even giving them menus or offering to take an order they upped and left. Same thing happened with a couple with a baby in a pushchair…. 7 covers walked out and there were only 3 occupied tables so no excuses. They need to sort out staffing."

"Most franchises are average at best, but I've found Pizza Hut to be consistently great, at least in the UK. Thankfully this one was no exception! The restaurant is bright, clean and easily accessible, and I was very pleased by the reception on entering by the staff. I ordered a Christmas special pizza which arrived at my table within minutes and was, quite simply, fantastic. On top of that the girl that was attending the table was very friendly and polite, and went a bit beyond to help (for example, they had no ice so she was kind enough to bring me a chilled glass instead). Do I have any complaints? yes, but it's about the company rather than the establishment... you are encouraged to order and pay through your phone which annoys me slighty. They are wanting the customer to do the work so they can hire less staff and make more money, and dressing it up as a convenience to the client. I much prefer the human interactions... But, that said, the actual meal, local, and staff were great, and it was altogether a great experience and I'll definitely repeat."

"Overwhelmed by your wonderful staff! So welcoming and friendly. Thankyou so much for looking after us. Couldn't have done anything more to help or please us. Seemed like a great team that went above and beyond. The atmosphere was great and it was lovely to see everyone absolutely blasting their roles down to a T. "Walked in at 19:14, got drinks and menus, and then told us we had 5 minutes to order if we wanted food. The creamy mushrooms were watery and luke warm. Hallumi bites were OK, and the chicken wings were good. Mains The rib eye was more medium rare than medium well, no steak knife, but it wasn't needed. Tomatoes were raw but had a black middle as if they had cooked it. Chicken burger was solid. I could have used a hacksaw to find the dried chicken inside. The chicken curry was bland and watery. Poor choice of non alcoholic beers. Monday night is folk night, and the calming music calmed the savage breast after that burger. I don't like leaving reviews that are not glowing, it is a good pub that could be great with a bit of attention to detail in the food you serve."

"Hey guys, I just finished a meal out with my mum here (Wigan). I wanted to let you know about my experience. It’s not that I don’t recommend but there seems to be some cross communication regarding the salad bar. Let me explain…. Mum and I spend almost £30 on 2 pizzas and fries. I went to the salad bar but she did not. I filled one bowl of nachos. Usually I leave a couple of slices at the end and so I asked for a box. As it states on the menu, the salad bar is unlimited and I had one measly bowl of nachos, so before I was leaving, I put my pizza left overs in a box and added some more nachos into the box. Bear in mind that we had no where near an unlimited amount and my mum had zero, so I was taking her share home if you will. Well apparently not, the manager lady come over and said that I could not take salad stuff home and I was so embarrassed that I didn’t think to tell her that I had only had a measly bowl of nachos and my mum had nothing from the salad bar. I left pretty mortified as it was in front of other people. I offered to give them back and the whole debacle was unpleasant. We went here to celebrate, after a wonderful all clear at the hospital for my mum, and it really messed up the day. I felt awful after and I do not see anywhere that you can not take your share of the salad bar home, if you don’t finish or want more. It probably won’t be my first choice to go there anymore. and by the way, I have been here when they are cleaning and closing and the amount of things in the salad bar that they waste and throw away is disgusting and a paying customer that’s spent £30 and goes often can’t put some nachos in her takeout box."

"Ok so firstly, you can only order on their website. No problem I thought but then they make you sign up giving name, address and inside leg measurement. I only want a pizza! I understand there is a need to contact trace but they got...my telephone number when I booked the table and I signed in using the COVID app. So minutes later after finally ordering, I sat and watched our drinks at the bar for minutes while staff follow each other around doing nothing. After the time the walked past my drinks, I got my own. Almost an hour after sitting down, I’m still waiting for my pizza and no one around us has been served. I’d walk out but as I’ve already paid and there is no hope of getting any of the (ample) waiting staffs attention so I have to sit here and wait. The restaurant isn’t busy either so no reason for the delay Hopefully my food arrives soon!"

"Food took forty, maybe even fifty, minutes to come to the table. Pizza was raw. Burger was from Asda and had one bit of lettuce as the ‘salad’. Didn’t get my second drink. No table numbers, so the waiters didn’t know where they were going the table next to us got three meals which weren’t even for them. No salt, pepper, ketchup or anything like that. Floor was sticky (glad I wasn’t wearing my new shoes. Took about five minutes to get the bill. Didn’t get a thanks or receipt."

"We were served relatively promptly (about 10 minutes or so) and we ordered our drinks and food at the same time on Saturday 27th October at approximately 7:15 pm. Our starters arrived quickly, but our drinks had been left on the bar with no one bringing them to the table so we asked for them to be brought over. When we finished our starters and waiting for our mains to arrive, a waitress asked us if we had eaten our main course, to which we replied we were still waiting. It arrived soon later and then when we were halfway through, the table next to us were halfway through their desserts when the same waitress who served us told them that when they had finished they were to come up to the bar and pay. She then looked at our table, clearly able to see that we had only just started our mains and said 'the same for you guys '. I thought this was appaling service and extremely rude as we may have wanted to see the dessert menu. We weren 't checked on throughout our meal, nor were we offered other drinks so my Dad was forced to asked someone as they were passing. When the table next to us left, the waitress was sanitising the table, but clearly not taking care as she sprayed it all over my mother 's meal without even apologising or seeming to notice. My Dad order the jerk chicken burrito which is wrongly described as jerk chicken is usually a spicy/tomato based marinade whereas he received chicken with a cream/herb coating. When we were cleared of our mains, we asked to see the dessert menu but we were so disappointed by the service we had received we decided not to stay. The food was nice, but the service was appaling and we will not be returning again."

"The venue is divided into a ground floor bar serving appetizers like calamari, chicken wings, and chips, as well as drinks ranging from £3 to £20. A glass of wine would cost around £8, and cocktails are also available. There is a nightclub cellar complete with a coat check, bar, and neon lighting. The club has seating cabins, table seats along the walls, and at least 2 private areas that can be booked for groups of 6-14 people. The club has a dark and mysterious theme compared to the bright and woody theme of the ground floor bar. Smart casual or club attire is recommended for entry after 10pm. Prices are reasonable for London, and patrons can hang out in the bar before heading downstairs to the club. It can get crowded on Saturday nights, but it's a great option for those looking for a small club in Mayfair at a good price."
