"Usual tasty Pizza Hut pizzas. Slightly let down by the ice machine not working properly (for drinks and cramped seating in our booth I recommend going for a proper table and chairs if you’re tall or have broad shoulders and expect someone to sit next to you. And when did the ice cream factory stop offering a smorgasbord of sprinkles chocolate sweeties to put atop your ice cream??! (In fairness, it’s probably 10 years since I last sat in a Pizza Hut in the UK, so I might be several years out of date in my surprise."

Everything worked well at Hamilton Pizza Hut. From being greeted at the door, being shown to our table, ordering our drinks and meal, the staff are attentive, pleasant and friendly.

The team at Hamilton Iona Chris and Kieran the manager were all fab and very accommodating. Evening menu after 5pm was bit pricey that is my only gripe, but the staff made up for it. Excellent customer service. Defo be back

Everything was just perfect, we were served by a girl called Eve, she was absolutely fantastic and made our evening a very pleasurable one, Eve was friendly helpful and cheerful would added to the enjoyment of my meal with my friends View menu

So everything has got smaller and now costs more, wonderful, thanks pizza hut. Service was good but unbelievably disappointed. I get that the cost of things have risen and I fully expected to pay more, but paying more for less is taking the biscuit

All a bit meh. Ordering via app at table is fine but asking for a tip BEFORE we have had any service is cheeky. The calling the kids pepperoni pizza pepperoni is a bit of stretch but a server did fix this, only because buffet was ending. over all ok, but I won't rush back.

On arrival kieran was really good we had not booked and had 3 excited kids he quickly fixed us up with a suitable table and nicola the server was excellent explained the kids menu and our vegan guest was impressed with knowledge she had with his choice these 2 staff are the reason for our good review and the food View menu

Pizza great, chips not done enough for our liking, what is it with places serving hard or soggy chips? Is now cashless and although I can’t be bothered with ordering online the local staff took our order the old fashioned way. Kids loved the ice cream factory. Staff all friendly and nice warm clean restaurant with Christmas music the kids enjoyed. Well done

I haven't been in Pizza Hut for years, but due to my niece wanting to try it we found ourselves there last week. I can't complain about the service, as it was very quick. But we were quite shocked at the price of it. I used to see Pizza Hut as a cheap place for a quick dinner, not anymore unfortunately... Salad bar was still available, but pepper and onions could of been fresher...
