"The Wagamama restaurant in Reading is in a good location close to the Oracle. The place itself was ok but the music was too loud and the atmosphere reminded me of school cafeterias. They have a vegan and gluten-free menu although only one dish was gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan. The quality of the food is good and very fresh. Unfortunately, our table wasn’t cleaned before we were placed so we had to sit next to a lonely shrimp, in addition we weren’t given cutlery for the soup-like curry nor was the staff properly trained to serve wine and drinks. In a nutshell: ok but nothing special or remarkable about this place."

"We booked a bottomless brunch for 7 people, lovely warm welcome from Ryan, great menu and drinks selection, fantastic value. We were looked after by Ashley and she did a great job. When the food came we all loved it, well presented and delicious. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back thank you ."

"Called to book a table for Live Sport. Asked on the call if sound was played for the sporting event and was advised that there would be sound for all events that day. On the day we were advised there would be no sound, and that a DJ would be appearing in a few hours. Too late to re book another venue so retained booking. Atmosphere very much setup to accommodate the Boozy Brunch options. Very poor environment to enjoy Live Sport. Ordered food using the app (x4 orders). Two orders arrived after 20mins. Asked staff numerous times to check on remaining two orders, but received no feedback. Remaining two meals arrived after over an hour since placing orders. These orders included drinks which did not arrive very poor response from staff when asking to check; and also when drinks were eventually brought to the table. Appreciate staff can be pressed when the venue was as busy as this day. However, definitely lacking in basic service. Food was also of poor quality. Would not recommend for a Live Sport booking; or for any function due to level of service on a busy day."

"Great Restaurant, Well Picked staff, very friendly, chatty and great for recommending. Generally a very welcoming atmosphere. If you want somewhere to relax on an afternoon, it's very nice, if you want a party atmosphere, go after That's when it starts to kick in. Always have vouchers and deals on their bills and scratchcards with money off your bill. But hey! Why not? You're saving and enjoying yourself!! Cocktails are gorgeous with a range of margaritas and flavours. The food is amazing, always hot and well timed. Very reasonably priced. Even better on the Lunch menu! Must say, I even had my child have a Piñata party! And they made the children really enjoy themselves, all the staff got involved with singing happy birthday. Defiantly an all round party atmosphere!! Regular visitor now."

"Hello We attended this restaurant today 12th March booked a table only when we arrived we found that there was a children’s party in attendance. We first had to wait for 10 minutes to be shown to our table then when we were shown to our table the server said someone will be over to take a drinks order but no one turned up I had to go to the bar to get someone to come over who did take a drink order but we never received the drinks nor did we get anyone to take a food order so after being sat for approx 1 hour we left without placing an order or reviving the drinks we ordered there were 3 other tables waiting as well and they never got served awful service no apology nothing just awful"

"• Our reserved table was not ready, even though we booked well in advance • Our food and drinks were repeatedly delivered to the wrong table • We noted in our booking that it was a 21st birthday celebration • Asked the waitress to put a candle in our dessert, but it came without one • The double espresso was lukewarm • Overall, it was a disappointing evening, but the food was decent. We ordered the ultimate Fajita, but it had the same amount of wraps as a normal one."

"My boyfriend and I had a 7pm booking at Missoula Montana for Valentine’s Day, turned up a little early to have a drink beforehand and we were seated already by 6:30pm. The service was absolutely excellent especially from Lilith. She was very polite and always made sure everything was okay for us. The food was absolutely delicious; service was super quick. Overall would definitely recommend this place to anyone becoming one of my favourite bars in York!"

"We hadn’t been here for quite a while, were surprised by how quiet it was. It was a hot lunchtime it has a lovely garden. We were passing thought we’d pop in on our way out for the afternoon. Our lunches were nice, but, we thought, very expensive. It’s a shame, but others have mentioned it too. The staff were lovely."

"I really don't understand why this hotel only has three stars. Small hotel, fully equipped. The atmosphere in the bar is great and the food in the restaurant is well done! Apart from being basically old and in need of repairs, the room is basically a five-star hotel. The only bad thing is that the isolation room is too noisy and I can hear people talking all the time. "Once seated, we were left waiting for quite a while until we asked to place our order. Unfortunately, several items we wanted were unavailable, so we had to choose something else. I inquired about Prosecco and was told they didn’t serve it, although it was clearly listed on the menu. While the food was above average, it couldn’t make up for the poor treatment we received, especially on such a significant occasion. We ended up leaving without enjoying our night, feeling frustrated and undervalued. I've shared my experience with many people in Jersey about how disappointing it was to travel from abroad and be treated this way."

"Staff were really friendly and found me a table in the bar area on a busy Saturday night. Service was attentive and my vegetarian lasagne and brownie were delicious, as was the raspberry muddle cocktail. I was too late for the earlybird deal, but even so it was reasonably priced.
