"We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our reservation was not recorded, so our table wasn't ready when we arrived. The service was slow, and our food came out at different times, with most of it being cold. Throughout the meal, we had various waitstaff who seemed indifferent. The prices were high for food that was just average in quality, and to top it all off, a service charge was added to the bill without any prior notice. I would suggest avoiding this place; it simply isn’t worth your money, time, or effort."

"We happened upon this little shop whilst perusing Harrogate and brought a selection of Cheeses to take to family that evening. The two ladies working were fantastic in helping us choose a lovely Brie with Truffle, Smoked Cheddar and a strong Blue. With a little taster of each we were soon agreed and the three cheeses were nicely wrapped up in paper.Our hosts loved them that evening and being local themselves have plans to pop in and see the array on offer for themselves."

"I always command the spicy chicken tikka karahi from bhajee, but from some reason the karahi curry was removed from the menu just eat!? Please bring it back! I have to order from alternative Indian restaurants to have my favorite karahi curry, and they are not as good as bhajee. the curry at bhajee is always very tasty and of good quality (there was one or two curries, where the meat not quite up to scratch a little hard, but that was a rareness.) in the rule has the curry beautiful tikka meat and generous amounts of fresh paprika and wobbles yum. also the rice is beautiful it can not fail. the ‘spicy’ version has recommended for me the correct amount of hotness very. sometimes the delivery is a little slow, but it doesn't matter to wait for me if I know that eating is going to be good. ps: Bhajee staff, if you read this, please bring back the karahi curry on the just eat menu!"

"forget the decoration, everything about eating. the best lamm karahi in glasgow there is no doubt about it and that with the best in Scotland. it is really hard to get a better tasting curry full hold. freshly made, fresh nan and red. taste and taste were divine. When I got through, I made a point to come back. overpriced restaurants could learn something or two from these youngs. service with a smile, also had the huh tikka, which is delicious. recommended and five stars all over the way. If I'm ever up the neck of the forest, this place is saved in my favorites."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant that is advertised as a cocktail bar, but actually serves real ale accredited by CAMRA's WhatPub. It is currently located under a set of structures around the corner from Oxford Road Station. They offer a great selection of cask ales on hand pumps and other craft beers on draft or in bottles. CAMRA members receive a generous 25% discount, making the prices very affordable. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of space. The cask beer is in excellent condition."

"We chose two main courses, both paired with salads and rice. Unfortunately, my favorite dish, the Adana kebab, was unavailable, so I opted for lamb shish instead, along with my wife. The food was fantastic and bursting with flavor, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. "Do not order food from this establishment. 7.56PM: I ordered food using Dunfermline Eats 9.30PM (1 Hour 30 min later): I called for an update and was advised that food was on its way. 10PM (2 hours later): I phoned for an update and was told the driver delivered it. They asked the driver who described a property with a fence. I explained it was not my property. I was told a new order would be made up and delivered. 10.20PM (2.5 hours later): A delivery driver shows up at my door with no food. He asked me Did a driver deliver here earlier? I explained the situation. He gave some explanation that sometimes there 's miscommunication between drivers. He awkwardly stood at the door saying I don 't know what to do now. Utterly confused what was actually happening, I phoned the restaurant again. At this point the driver had returned claiming that I was the person who accepted the delivery earlier in the night. I could not believe the audacity of the delivery driver to first lie to me at the door that he was not the driver who delivered to the wrong door but to then return to the shop, stating he had delivered to the property. Eventually, I asked for a full refund after effectively being called a liar by the driver. The Brig would NOT refund me but insisted on delivering a new order with a different driver. 10.55PM (THREE HOURS LATER): My order finally arrived. My thoughts on what happened; the driver could not admit that he had delivered to the wrong property because when he appeared at my door he had clearly been driven down with someone else from the establishment which is why he had to awkwardly knock on my door and have a false conversation with me. Interestingly, the food order was never set to On its way like it always does until the second order was despatched. Is it possible that the food order was never actually given to the driver and the mistake rests with the Brig itself? Either way someone working there is being knowingly untruthful. Summary: I received food THREE HOURS after I ordered it (too late to eat and enjoy any food). I was called a liar by the delivery driver used by this Brig takeaway. I will never order from the Brig again nor will I use Dunfermline Eats as customers have less protection. I will be sharing my experience through word of mouth and advising others of my experience and not to avoid this establishment. Shameful."

"Not a great experience. Courtyard dining was nice given the weather and the food was reasonably priced if a little underwhelming. Service was a major let down. There were a handful of guests and the service team were slow to acknowledge us both upon arrival in the hotel and beyond. We were charged when placing the order, which is perfectly fine until we realised we were the only ones that had been charged upfront. Not sure of the rationale and probably wouldn't have been bothered until we were asked to pay again when leaving. For clarity, this was a business lunch and both of us were suited, not exactly looking the part to run off. Would have been happy for them to have approached and simply ask of we had paid rather than have someone ask from across the courtyard. Drinks arrived late, but to be fair food was served on time. Fortunately the company and conversation made up for a poor showing from the restaurant."

"they sat immediately, but wanted to be in our own room and was said we can't sit wherever we like, as they are short personal. that was a Monday night. about other employees had begun to sit shortly after. so that at the end of anyway the place could be taken as the restaurant was also very quiet. the food was ordered and came out as expected, but we needed some changes to our order. tammy chimichanga had a soak that I didn't want, and the kitschige tortillabrot came very crispy and burned. the total quality of the food was not great and had to ask if articles should be removed from the bill, as did not want to wait for another dish while my friend had already begun her meal. they insisted on getting me another dish, but I was not willing to wait the extra time if it should come first properly. I came out to eat at the same time as my friend did not eat at different times. we sat near the kitchen and everything we could hear was that they played their own music there. a blonde waitress stood in the same position for a good min.- half an hour not really do something."

"we visited the krone in egham, but do not have the opportunity to visit them. we discovered this pub that is in the same chain and served the same menu (almost). it is fast to our local pub. look at the brot and the butter pudding, this is the best of all time! the duck seems to never be available, however, and Sunday triple roast does not live entirely up to expectations, but overall we have visited several, only for the other excellent dishes and the service. dogs are also welcome."

"Booked here for my partners mothers day meal with me and our two children. Booked for 5pm as our children need to be in bed for 7.30pm Menu was very limited with not a great deal to chose from and after waiting for our food for over an hour (which I kind of expected and wasn’t to mad at with it being Mother’s Day) I decided to ask a staff member to check in on our food which turned out that our food had not even been made. They offered to put the food on but at this point it was too late so we had to leave. A full refund was issued but unfortunately we won’t be returning."

"Ordered roll with bacon and black pudding and since I am vegetarian I ordered a scrambled egg roll. When our order arrived the black pudding was on top of my scrambled egg instead of with the bacon. I told the waiter who brought our food to the table about the mix up, he duly took it away, apologised and returned two minutes later with the same rolls but the black pudding moved to the bacon roll. A chef should know, after explaining I don’t eat meat, that this is not a solution. The remains of the black pudding was clear for anyone to see. I was offered a replacement but I declined and the cost of my roll removed from the bill. We have visited the Pavilion many times since it opened but clearly a chef needs to pay attention to vegetarian/vegan requirements. This practice is not acceptable in an establishment such as this. I would recommend the Pavilion to other people this was just a most unfortunate situation."
