"Very slow service, food was good but when you're starving you'll eat anything. We went there before a concert. Arrived at 18:15, it took them 15 minutes to take our order. 20 minutes later our shared starter arrives. Other people arrive, saying that they are going to the same concert down the road as we are and would like fast service. 15 minutes later they get served. 15 minutes after that we get served. More than an hour after sitting down to get our main course. Asked for the bill and to pay when the main arrived, had to seek them out after to pay. Should've walked out. The excuse for the late service was that we had a starter. 1 starter. Right."

"London has a long list of fake' Indian restaurants places where nothing is Indian except the names of the dishes on the menus. Bhatti is one of them. Although the waiter denied this and guaranteed their chef was Indian I had my doubts when the paratha and nan were both made in the tandoor, the butter chicken was made with tomato purée and the motor' paneer had so much mutter in it that it became difficult to wash it down with water as well. "Had the pleasure of dining at the Morningside branch for a celebration lunch. Myself and my party were all extremely delighted at such a lovely experience. Food was delicious and cooked fresh, hot and very tasty. The restaurant itself small and intimate which was lovely. We were able to enjoy a conversation without back ground noise being to loud. The staff were exceptional especially our waiter who could not do enough for us and even opened the door for us when we left. Polite and professional. We will definitely be returning! "the owner of this restaurant has a very good memory and has recognized us from visiting some time back (pre covid!) as always was eating excellent. we shared two appetizers (onion bhaji and beetroot corn kebabs) that were both delicious. for our main course we had chicken lamb biriani and a horseebiriani. I love prawns and these were very big and delicious. the wine list is small, but has good labels. we enjoyed our meal very much and will soon return."

"Beautiful restaurant! The decor was elegant and IG worthy. The staff were superb, very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Would go back just for the service The bar is off the hook. Fantastic whiskey selection with even top shelf whiskeys from Japan. Great Gins and vodkas, better selection then the majority of bars. The music ???? was also really nice, we actually stayed for drinks after dinner just to listen. The food was also excellent, the chili chicken was our fav , and we loved the mixed veggies grill. ???? My only slight disappointment was the Tandoori Soya Chaap. I think the texture was good, but it needed some sort of sauce, it was a bit dry on it's own. But everything else was good!"

"We got to the restaurant and the young lady first advised us we were at the wrong place, she told us that we had come to Southall Road and not South Road, She was incorrect anyway after sorting that out she said we had no booking even though I had an email confirmation. She then told us it was ok as they had spare tables. We have historically come here a lot and the staff are normally great. but have to say the staff did not have a clue and made the experience a little poor. Drinks took to long to come and when they did they came one at a time. I would come back but I'm hoping the current staff are not. Also you cannot place a charitable contribution to peoples bill without asking. Its not the quantum but the principle"

"We had booked a table a few days previously but when we arrived at the due time with our guests it was not set out. The problem was quickly resolved and did not detract from an excellent evening’s dining. The choice of food and styles here is excellent and the staff were knowledgeable in helping us with our choices. When it arrived the food was generous and well presented and hot (in temperature) and the different dishes were excellently spiced and well balanced – just what we expected. From the starters the Scallops Hariyali and the Chilli Prawns were marvellous. From the mains the Chicken Xacuti and Tandoori Sampler were of particular note, but our other starters and mains were all delicious. Prices are what you would expect for a restaurant of such location, you can check the menu on the website. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, pleasant ambience, thoroughly recommended."

"Eventually, our starters were brought out, but then they asked if they could serve the mains right away. I had to decline since we had only received one of the four starters we had ordered. As for the starters, I would recommend avoiding the garlic king prawns as they lacked flavor. The Adaraki lamb chops were decent, while the chili paneer and Tiranga chicken tikka were quite good. Unfortunately, most of the starters were only mildly warm, likely because they were held back to be served with the mains. As for the mains, the southern railway lamb curry (which had been recommended by the waiter) was quite disappointing. I managed to eat just two bites, and my partner didn’t touch it at all. I informed the waiter about this, but we were still charged for it, despite it being 90% untouched. The chicken biryani was good, and the chicken Chettinad was enjoyable, while the lentils were average. The naan bread and mocktails, however, were excellent. Given this experience, it's unlikely that I'll return. I should mention that I received a 16.5% discount with a code I used (foodaddict1) and opted not to pay the service charge. Even with the discount, the bill came to £100.90."

"An excellent Indian restaurant in the center of Milan. The dishes are well made and well dosed. At lunch it is possible to order single dishes at a fixed price. Update as of 6/19/2020: I have always rated this restaurant very positively where I have been numerous times. Today the experience was decidedly subdued, the chicken korma was practically tasteless and the chicken was tough and stringy, the lamb rogan josh was good but €14 for 5 pieces of lamb seems really too much to me, the aubergine cream didn't have that typical smoky scent. In short, if I had to rely only on today's evening it would be a failure, I hope it's an accident along the way or a new chef passing by... The €3 cover charge per person seems out of place to me, in the end for 3 people: 1 starter, 2 second courses and 2 side dishes with bread and rice and 2 mango lassi (so in the end a quantity for 2 people): €91... truly excessive given the quantities of the individual courses. Instead, I congratulate you for the attention to hygiene and compliance with the rules for Covid-19: temperature control, gel, digital menu and attentive staff. See you next time, hoping for a better dining experience. Update as of 3/3/2024 Today's experience was excellent, the food was excellent and the courses were adequate for the costs required.
