"I arranged a work get together for 6 and arrived at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Apart from one couple there were no other diners for lunch. We were impressed by the decor and the food was good, served promptly and reasonably priced. All good up to now. At 13:40 the table was cleared and the waiter said “Do you want anything else because we shut at 14:00” OMG! How to spoil what was an enjoyable lunch."

"We had booked a table a few days previously but when we arrived at the due time with our guests it was not set out. The problem was quickly resolved and did not detract from an excellent evening’s dining. The choice of food and styles here is excellent and the staff were knowledgeable in helping us with our choices. When it arrived the food was generous and well presented and hot (in temperature) and the different dishes were excellently spiced and well balanced – just what we expected. From the starters the Scallops Hariyali and the Chilli Prawns were marvellous. From the mains the Chicken Xacuti and Tandoori Sampler were of particular note, but our other starters and mains were all delicious. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, pleasant ambience, thoroughly recommended."

"An excellent Indian restaurant in the center of Milan. The dishes are well made and well dosed. At lunch it is possible to order single dishes at a fixed price. Update as of 6/19/2020: I have always rated this restaurant very positively where I have been numerous times. Today the experience was decidedly subdued, the chicken korma was practically tasteless and the chicken was tough and stringy, the lamb rogan josh was good but €14 for 5 pieces of lamb seems really too much to me, the aubergine cream didn't have that typical smoky scent. In short, if I had to rely only on today's evening it would be a failure, I hope it's an accident along the way or a new chef passing by... The €3 cover charge per person seems out of place to me, in the end for 3 people: 1 starter, 2 second courses and 2 side dishes with bread and rice and 2 mango lassi (so in the end a quantity for 2 people): €91... truly excessive given the quantities of the individual courses. Instead, I congratulate you for the attention to hygiene and compliance with the rules for Covid-19: temperature control, gel, digital menu and attentive staff. See you next time, hoping for a better dining experience. Update as of 3/3/2024 Today's experience was excellent, the food was excellent and the courses were adequate for the costs required. "ordered the veg thali (my friend had the vegan.) £17, but they don't get much for their buck. taste was pretty good, but overpriced, also for the center of london. I was not served dessert as it was specified on the menu, but we would run out of time so I don't mention it. if I return, instead of a full grain curry and rice ordering the wein, sauvignon blanc (not my favorites, anyway, but it was either that or pinot grigio) was not the best, but at least it was not expensive. I should have ordered alcohol-free drink with a good idea."

"I highly recommend this Indian a real hidden gem which serves authentic dishes made with care from the finest ingredients. This restaurant might cost a few pounds more than the bang average Indian but it is absolutely worth every penny. Portion sizes are generous too. If you look at the pilau rice alone, you will see how much passion the chef has to produce something well executed and a far cry better than the usual yellow rice served by others. I ate in and felt safe because this venue takes utmost care for social distancing and the beautiful interior is spotless. Please do visit or order in for an absolute treat."

"I usually never write bad reviews as it's best to say nothing at all if you don't have anything nice to say. Also we are quite easy to please. However, this restaurant is just atrocious. Rude waitresses who didn't know what was on the menu! Rude service when pushing people out of the way to place food on the table. Orders wrong. 2 hour wait for main course and restaurant was empty. Accompaniments clearly out of a jar......one being Strawberry jam with chicken! I kid you not! Drinks spilt on guests. Food brought out at different times. The list goes on and on. Like I said, usually I don't write bad reviews but this was too poor to miss."

"out in birmingham for a business trip so decided to take a spit of vegan friendly restaurant visits, this was the first place on the list for us. great location, easy to find and great parking possibility. the personal was friendly, helpful and laughing (we have tried our best with speech, but to be honest, our efforts are laughing. the menu easily showed the vegan options under vegetarian meals, much to choose. my partner and I ordered two curries, two ildi (odd combination with the meal I will admit, but I always wanted to try to share them and two roti between us. the curries were the mixed herbal daal and a mais and cashew curry. the mixed veg was too spicy for my partner, but perfectly delicious for me, so that was good. the aromen were sensational, and my partner agreed, but mine was just at the top level of his tolerance. the idli were fab and the roti were fresh and not greasy. I would like to visit if I were back in the opposite!"

"Beautiful restaurant! The decor was elegant and IG worthy. The staff were superb, very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Would go back just for the service The bar is off the hook. Fantastic whiskey selection with even top shelf whiskeys from Japan. Great Gins and vodkas, better selection then the majority of bars. The music ???? was also really nice, we actually stayed for drinks after dinner just to listen. The food was also excellent, the chili chicken was our fav , and we loved the mixed veggies grill. ???? My only slight disappointment was the Tandoori Soya Chaap. I think the texture was good, but it needed some sort of sauce, it was a bit dry on it's own. But everything else was good!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed this gem of an authentic experience. We picked it in a bit of a hurry, based solely on the positive reviews, without really looking in any detail and were surprised upon arriving reviewing the menu to discover only then that it is a vegetarian/vegan only restaurant. To be honest, we probably wouldn 't have gone had we realized ahead of time but we are so glad that we did. The owner is a charming and engaged gentleman, knowledgeable passionate about his offerings that passion certainly comes through in the quality flavour of the dishes. Being largely unfamiliar with many of the options, we invited him to select dishes for us we were not disappointed. Each was delightfully fresh flavourful, including some new to us versions of familiar dishes some totally new experiences. The setting is comfortable unassuming, with some parking right outside the owner all of the rest of the staff there were wonderful and the cost of the meal was surprisingly good value for money. We were all thoroughly impressed so glad we 'accidentally stumbled ' across Curry Culture we are very much looking forward to repeat visits going forward."

"We got to the restaurant and the young lady first advised us we were at the wrong place, she told us that we had come to Southall Road and not South Road, She was incorrect anyway after sorting that out she said we had no booking even though I had an email confirmation. She then told us it was ok as they had spare tables. We have historically come here a lot and the staff are normally great. but have to say the staff did not have a clue and made the experience a little poor. Drinks took to long to come and when they did they came one at a time. I would come back but I'm hoping the current staff are not. Also you cannot place a charitable contribution to peoples bill without asking. Its not the quantum but the principle"
