"During our recent dining experience, we were taken aback when the waiter aggressively reminded us that gratuity was not included in the bill. While we understand the custom of tipping, their approach left us feeling insulted. In light of this, we chose not to leave a tip. To our surprise, the waiter confronted us before we left and inquired about the lack of gratuity. This unprofessional behavior is not an acceptable way to treat customers, especially considering the significant amount of money we spent at the restaurant (almost €500 for a party of four)."
