"Went to this place about a year ago ordered grilled chicken burger. It came stone hard dry. Came back today to give them another chance waited for 45minutes and even the starters didn't come. It was only 5 6 tables taken and about 6 members of staff serving They were more concerned about takeaway orders...Glasses and water bottle were full of limescale, when mentioned they said it was from salt of dishwasher. Had to get attention of waiters, no one was paying attention. We were so hungry so went to complain and it was not even in process of being ready so we walked away. Some other customers complained that their burgers were burnt too... all in all Avoid at All Cost and went to 5 Guys and got served in 7minutes with delicious burgers. Never again!"

"Never had a chance to eat there a good fries. One time we got that much salt we couldn’t eat them. Today no salt, not very fresh fries… why you can’t make a proper fries? Why they are always raw. Cook them for a bit longer to make them crunchy and tasty, and use enough salt but not too much… is it that hard? Birmingham GBK can do it so you can do it as well. If not, maybe you should go and ask Nandos how to make a fries? It’s just opposite your restaurant. I am tired of giving you a chance. I can make better fries at home. I like vegan burger with handmade patty. It’s usually really good. Birmingham still makes it better but yeah. Thanks. Edit. Another wasted money. Gave them a chance and fries salty as hell, not fresh at all and always forgetting to out half of ingredients to the burger"

"booked for the birthday of my wife. Peak time on a Saturday night, but we were taken directly on our table and excellent service all night. that was great. four of us then shared the sharing board with a steak, a black escalope and 2 filled lamb specialties. we shared a pudding and had 2 coffees, 2 softdrinks, a pint and a bottle of champagne. bill came to £41 a head with pointed. fantastic food and service and good value for the quality of food. would recommend to everyone. only negative were limited beer available, but they would go here for eating first line."

"Great meal attentive and friendly service, beautiful setting and fantastic wine list. I got served prosecco in an old fashioned champagne boat which I loved. We had the lobster burger menu which is a pretty good deal for £15.50 for a whole lobster. Only slight criticism is it was a touch cold and the portions of chips are very small (but probably the size we should be eating! . The desserts are incredible! Best I've had in ages, really inventive. Only thing was the whole thing was about £40 a head which is a lot. But the wine was good and we had two courses..."

"It’s our third time back to Buenasado as we’ve had 2 lovely meals beforehand. This time, the experience was a little disappointing. The steak was cooked to my taste, but unfortunately not much flavour. The peppercorn sauce was very gloopy and overly peppery, lacked any richness in flavour. The screaming toddlers in the table by us dampened the Saturday night experience too. On the plus side, the waiting staff were awesome and very welcoming but all in all, I won’t be rushing back sadly."

"We decided on a whim to go and eat at this steakhouse! We happened to be in the area, were not expecting much but from the start of arrival we could tell it was fine dining experience restaurant. The servers were very friendly and attentive, what I really liked was that the seating they offered us was one that we were comfortable with. Then once we settled they presented us with the menu, which has a price range that was very agreeable for element of the style steak restaurant one would expect, for some maybe slightly on the high end but alternative main courses were there under £20 per person. We ordered two virgin Mojito’s and very kindly they advised they had the classic but also a passion fruit mix mojito, we tried both and were one of the best we’ve tried. Food once it arrived was excellent, steak was done perfectly. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this restaurant especially for the steak. Lots of parking around in the evening, during the day you would probably have to park further out."

"Haven't been here for a while after a couple of bad experiences (after quite a few good experiences .. was better, service was good except getting the bill paid which took forever for the card machine to arrive.. noticed another table also having to resort to going over to the kiosk. Starters were good.. tartar (although the egg was over cooked and a bit hard.. . Main courses were mostly ok, although I opted for the Tom's Burger which wasn't too impressive. Overall, would come back but still some improvement to be had.."

"if they are a beer lover, that is exactly the right place for them. They have many interesting beers on the tap and a good selection of bottles as well. the finger food is simply amazing. ambiente: the ambiente this place is very welcoming and has enough space for it to host a small party. the music is not too loud, and they can have a good conversation while they enjoy that pint of beer and share some thoughts about the life or the beer in general; the heatings are used in the moderation and some of the areas of the place can have a little cool, especially near the door, but nothing a cup of the beacon can solve or heat up a bit; they also have some free space for them. foods: they have a rather large selection of finger food and we ordered their plate filled with most of their appetizers. this is a good option if they are in a fairly large group. I personally loved the chicken wings it was so well cooked to perfection that it simply melts in the mouth and comes out of the bones without much emotion. next on my recommended list is the wobbly fries it was just the kind I call it crispy and greasy, which goes perfectly with this prise beer. beer: the place is called from a background as a design house! and after its name there are some of the best beers they can have. they have some interesting beer on tap, the one that my eye was caught red loved it tasted really good and definitiv it worth trying it. they have many measures that begin with a 1/4 pint that I felt was perfect as they want to try a lot of beer when they are the beer lover. I personally did not see that I visited most places so far. this is a perfect place to meet friends or their office colleagues after a long working day."

"I tasted GBK burgers for the first time and I must say their burgers are the nicest and tastiest burgers I have had in a very long time, I was asked how I wanted it which was cooked to perfection. It does cost a lot for a burger but it really was worth the money. The presentation of the food and packaging is the best I've ever seen, cardboard boxes instead of plastic (hate plastic packaging for food). Their customer service was ok I guess but i wasn't greeted with a smile, but I would go there again to eat in. LOVED IT"

"Walked in and heard conversations of moans and groans due to shortage of staff. Waiter said 4 adults and 2 children. Those children were 19 and 21. I said all adults unfortunately we are very short! Ordered mains, food not very hot and then they said no ice cream as machine broken. We asked for coffee and they said sorry machine has been switched off!!!! It was only 8:45pm They then brought the bill to us without asking and obviously wanted us to leave. If they had explained the resturant was closing early due to shortage of staff we could of decided to stay or go elsewhere. It would of been our decision."

"Terrible options for gluten free meals. No indication on the menu we were given a tablet and had to scroll through ourselves trying to work out what our two coeliacs could eat ! Most options were only GF because they would leave out items if the meals rather than replace with a GF option ! ie no GF bread, rolls, pasta on offer at all !!! So the burgers just came up as a burger with no roll ! The halloumi salad was drenched in so much dressing it was soggy and overpower any flavour, the fish cakes were Luke warm and tasteless, the rice tasteless and dry, the chicken wrap was requested plain and came up with mayonnaise and tomatoe sauce on it, so had to be remade. A chain this big should have it’s allergens catered for and have info on a menu rather than leaving it to the customer to read up all the individual ingredients of each meal to work out what they can eat. Won’t be returning !"

"It was very good. The staff was very friendly and nice and the food took no time to make. it was, unfortunately, a little pricey. I ordered the margarita pizza, and it was very good. It was salted well, cooked well and tasted great. Probably the best mozzarella I've ever had. But this is a place better for a small group of 4-5 or a nice one-on-one date. The area and atmosphere was very up beat and you can't help but like it. Would recommend."
