"I am not happy that we are not allowed to help ourselves to the salad. I felt when I asked for more, I was being judged. I did understand when covid was at it’s worst, but now it is time to get back to normal. I had got up to the salad bar as I had forgotten somthing was the only one at the salad bar. A lady came with three children. She started helping herself. The server said, I have to do that. I said can you do me please and she said no, I’ll do the lady with the children first. ????????‍"

"the waitress was very helpful and smiling. I was disappointed with the turkey dinner of children. the truthahn himself was moist, but the yorkshire pudding was burned/overdone and none of the children liked the gravy that pampered her evening meal. I had the cranberry tips, but they had been harvested from cranberry, served so simply dry and no other sauce offered. I was also disappointed by the sunflower, which only sash icy and chocolate sauce with a wafer cone above. all the others were satisfied with their meals, but none of them wept. many times previously visited and it was not particularly busy, but probably our bad visit."

"Just an awful all round experience. They decided to lock the front door to the restaurant in the middle of service for a staff meeting despite there being guests inside and us standing outside trying to call to get in(! . The front of house were pleasant but utterly clueless not knowing about allergies at all, not aware of our booking, how food is prepared. The food was totally bland and for some reason the chef decided to scoop out all the body and head meat from our lobster. We paid for a full lobster but didn’t get it! The steak was bizarre par boiled almost. It was tender for sure, it didn’t taste or eat like a nice steak. That particular restaurant is utterly devoid of any atmosphere. More like a very brightly lit modern museum cafe. Just all round a very weird experience."

"the lady who served was beautiful. eating was okay, though my partner asked for a well-made steak. I expect it to be loud on a Saturday night, but it was exceptionally loud that we are in an area where there is a party of people with six children. too loud for us. I won't go again. we couldn't expect to get out of there. in the family screamed her child and no personal has addressed it."

"We are from Los Angeles visiting relatives and we booked a High Tea. Initially, we were served with nice friendly service as we sat down and placed our order. After that not one server even came back to ask if we needed refill with teas or water. While the three tables around were served with three times and they are all Caucasians. We are Asians. Please tell me there is no discrimination here in UK. Even after I had to flag down a server and her mannerisms were not quite friendly. This gave me a very bad impression with a restaurant like this."

"I enjoyed my meal at the harvesting machine. eating was very nice. I enjoyed the salatable. Unfortunately, the server was quite rude when he told me that I was too close to the person before me. the older man before me even turned around me and raised his eyebrows to me, then looked at the server and shook his head. I said I know. then he scrubbed his shoulders and sat down. I said to my friend so that the server could hear me. now it seems to be good here to be reordered due to covidence germs. does not have to get too close. However, all broth rolls will be discovered directly next to the waiting queue of people who for everyone to cough and snuck over. please cover their broth rolls or do not lay them next to a constant waiting line of men. put them somewhere else. train them also to ask customers politely to move back. not so that they feel as if they are told in school by the teacher. many thanks paula."

"the waitress who served our table was a bit hastened to serve other guests during our visit. After we had given our drink order, we waited long for the waitress to return to our main order. when we were able to go into the salatable, I was told that the white broth rolls had run out, I would be brought if they were out (self service is not yet allowed). the waitress was busy serving other guests, although the rolls were refilled, I had my salad to eat, so went on another waitress for a roll. there was a long waiting period between the order of our drinks and the waitress who returned to our food orders. After eating we waited for the waitress to take over our pudding orders. I had ordered a cod chips and the cod is soft and somewhat underdonated, which tasted fish as if it was used from frozen but a few more minutes. as soon as we were ready to pay the waitress brought our receipts (3 separated), but then went away serving said she will come back to the payment. finally could not wait for our taking longer into the bar patty before our departure. the restaurant was not full, so I think it was more a personal shortage than the restaurant very busy. we have booked our table for 12.30 clock and sit immediately. we're back at 2.40. we chose our courses from the 3 cursor menu."

"wait 17 minutes to book, was said to carry with them as the table needed to say from the manager to hurry as they are under pressure! starter came then told 2 times the ordered combo, but they had no rotisserie huhn, 4 x chosen jacket kartoffel option, but only 2 available, the 2 kartoffels that arrived looked like they had cooked all day and night and tasted terrible. would I recommend the manager should go on a course for customer service and manage or choose another person than the one in which he is not the job for him"

"The staff were absolutely amazing first class. The salad bar is not really that appealing needs to be spiced up a bit with more choices . The food overall is okay, it’s got better over the years I think maybe I will be back in a couple of weeks as I met my girlfriend 18 months ago on the first date in your car park so we have a very sentimental attachment to the place now which always brings back memories of our first date, but I’m yet to sample more food on the menu which I’m looking forward to so will keep you posted on the progress of my relationship with my partner and with the food over time lol xx"

"So disappointed ???? every meal we have had always here enjoyed. This evening completely different. Around the salad cart was disgusting and the floor was like walking on ice...it was as if the floor had been cleaned with mayonnaise. The tomato pasta has a different sauce, not tasty. Main meal- new style chips horrible, looked raw. Chicken with BBQ sauce.... essentially squeezed sauce over, cold not good.... husbands scampi weird batter. Sons burger was tiny and the usually fantastic chicken, bacon waffle dish.... swimming in maple syrup, waffle hard, bacon unbelievably salty......it was awful. We went as a special treat as husband flying to US tomorrow and it really ruined our evening. People behind us complained about onion rings and heard new suppliers. Get back to what u do well. Staff good but food massive downfall"

"I and my friend went to riva on Saturday night. the staff was very friendly and friendly. we had suppe to begin what was the best I ever tasted. we had the carbanara for our head and it was so creamy and charged. then to follow some different sorbet and a trio of prosecco that could have tasted a glass of prosecco, prosecco and berry jelly that could not have better and some orange sorbet. it was the best meal I had in inverness by far. would recommend this restaurant!"

"We had booked a table so wasn't waiting too long to be seated. Order was taken quite quickly and food arrived in good time. I'd requested no lettuce in my child's burger but if came with lettuce not a huge problem. Waited a long time after the meal for someone to come to our table to offer dessert menu but nobody did so in the end we asked for the bill then had to ask again because the guy serving forgot."

"The lunch was to celebrate my son's birthday, we had a really nice experience. Where I understand people may book a table and not turn up I am not one of these people, I understand you are a business and if I couldn't make it I would have cancelled. In 3 days I received 5 emails and 3 text messages reminding me which irritated me. Maybe do what some restaurants are doing now take card details on booking and if they don't turn up charge £5 per person for none attendance. Just an idea because even with all these reminders people may simply ignore them. Haven't been to harvester in a while it was my son's choice, the staff were friendly and food good I had the new dish salmon and was very tasty. I may come back soon Thank you"
