"We are from Los Angeles visiting relatives and we booked a High Tea. Initially, we were served with nice friendly service as we sat down and placed our order. After that not one server even came back to ask if we needed refill with teas or water. While the three tables around were served with three times and they are all Caucasians. We are Asians. Please tell me there is no discrimination here in UK. Even after I had to flag down a server and her mannerisms were not quite friendly. This gave me a very bad impression with a restaurant like this."

Went for an afternoon tea as a Xmas present which was lovely. The location view and service are all good. The food was nice but not outstanding. The sting on the tail.... £10.50 for a rum (sailor jerry) and coke is frankly extortionate.

This is in the heart of Trinity. A really fancy looking restaurant for celebrations. Service was prompt. Food was a bit of a let down with the taste but the dessert was divine. Good price for a three course meal, would be nicer if a drink was added.

Went for Sunday lunch with my family for a special birthday. The food was cooked perfect...we all had roast beef. The staff were all really nice and made us feel special.It is a beautiful restaurant and the atmosphere relaxed even though it was busy..Will definitely go again. Thankyou View menu

We had a great bottomless brunch last week! I had to leave a review just because every single member of staff were so great! From bar to the runner staff and management, they really made the afternoon lovely and we will definitely be returning because they were so attentive and pleasant.

Amanda D was incredible !! Out of all the places I have been she , by far , showed the best customer service! She was keeping an eye on every table , making sure everyone was happy , we mentioned the bar upstairs and she instantly knew we wanted to take our wine upstairs so she made sure our drinks were taken up and a table was ready for us! The food was brilliant but by far the experience was made by Amanda and her knowledge and experience!
