"Just like to say thank you to some of your wonderful staff. I was in your store today when my 3year old took a tantrum and had a little accident. I asked one of your staff if there was something to clean it up with, he promptly went and got the cleaners to help and a gentleman called Paul who came to offer to help get my son a change of trousers. He assisted us over to the clothing section and got a lovely lady called Claire to assist us, she came with wipes and clean trousers for my son. As I'm heavily pregnant I got all emotional, as you do, Paul offered me a cup of tea and a sit down whilst I pulled myself together and kept my shopping safe out the back. Just can't thank them enough."

"I placed an online order at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the same items twice, so I called to correct the error to prevent the company from losing money. However, I was met with rude and abusive behavior over the phone. Ironically, I had decided to give them another chance after a previous experience where the chicken I received was undercooked and had to be finished in the oven. It seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment."

"The restaurant is good if you are in a hurry after a show (the restaurant's biggest benefit). However, our experience was not pleasant. The samosas we ordered as appetizers were frozen inside and when we complained, the server asked if they were frozen to begin with, which was not a good sign. The prices were reasonable, which is the only reason for our 2 out of 5 rating. The rest of the food was terrible. At one point, a server took one of our small sauce plates and placed it on another table, which was disgusting. As we were finishing up and having a conversation, the server came and told us it was time to leave and essentially kicked us out. If you can go somewhere else, do it. You'll be much happier and won't risk getting sushi that tastes bad in Victoria."

I and my friend came to dinner here and we chose napoletana lasagna me, and truffle lasagna for him, and a bottle montepulciano d’abruzzo the best Italian wine for me. incredibly delicious, really Italian taste, but the fact that for me is very important is that the staff is very nice and friendly, our waiter was very nice to us. "slow service and not good eating. my burger had no sauce at all and was therefore very dry. my wife ordered a baked kartoffel and others than the fact that they did not store enough for their menu, the cook did not know how to prepare a baked kartoffel appropriately. it was hard and the sea fish my wife had decided to put back mayo. the cutlery was not sufficiently clean as we could see that it streaky brander over them all suspect that they were not too bad with clean water apart from the chips."

"We had dinner in the restaurant. I had a churrasco steak and my wife had a spaghetti dish with shrimp. Both meals were flavorful and cooked properly. No other guests in the restaurant, but we were early and the hotel didn't seem to be very busy the week we were there. Pleasant food."

"WE stopped in for lunch here before going to the coliseum for Bat out of Hell the musical, I had the carbonara Lasagne and my other half had the aribbiatta lasagne, both were fabulous, they brought them to out table and we had a large glass of red wine to go with , regular size was enough, although we had big ideas of having the trio before we got there, we quickly realised having regular size was probably the way to go. staff were great, friendly and quick to give us information about any of their lasagne's, the dishes themselves were among the best ive ever had to be honest, loads of layers full of flavour, delicious when we're near there again we will pop in"

"Absolutely rubbish service and won’t be returning. Went here with a friend and was disgusted by how grotty everything was. Noticed a group of about people mixing which the bartenders did not seem to care about in the slightest and was having a nice conversation with them. Ordered our drinks and waited minutes for the girl to then tell us that she hadn’t even taken the drink order but proceeded to serve the big group of people that had actually arrived after us. Get it together."

"I brought my partner and family here to celebrate their birthday at the recomendation. I have to say I was more than impressed what a great place to eat/drink. very clean, great view of the lake, very friendly staff. ordering for drinks taken as soon as we sat and did not have to wait very long until the meal arrives. my partner and her daughter ordered the dressed crab from the special menu and although it tasted very nice, my partner krabbe had a little bowl in it. we have not complained, but we have pointed this out to our waitress who brought the manager right away. what a really nice man he was, he was very apologetic and offered my partner an alternative meal without additional costs. the alternative meal just arrived and was perfect. despite the unfortunate experience with the crab that was most likely a departure, eating here was perfect and the service was second on none. we will return here and recommend it to everyone. a great place for couples or families (like children for) to enjoy a beautiful meal in a beautiful environment."
