"Second time we’ve visited the place, the food remained being quite good, they clearly know what they are doing. The service on the other hand was a bit of a let down, staff was kind but the timing wasn’t quite there, I had to pour the wine most of the times myself, call out for their attention to get a napkin that was clearly missing. Quite different from last time there where service was amazing."

"This place will be the most missed when i will leave London. Have had the best memories here, the only reason being is that it is only a few steps away from my university at Baker street. All our sorrows and happiness were shared here first and then taken home. Amazing place to be with a group of friends as they have seating arrangement inside as well as outside. Honestly i have been to this place countless times but have hardly had too much food. Their nachos is something i really like and not to forget their avacado dip. "The RHG Hotel is stunning and in a great location. However we had to wait nearly an hour for our food. The restaurant was very understaffed. We had to go to the front of house to get our coffee. At this point we had been in the restaurant for two hours and had had only one course. To compensate for this we were given our coffee free but we would rather have had it in good time. In the end we were overcharged for a side we neither ordered nor had delivered. On the whole very disappointing. The staff did their best but there were not enough of them."

"in 46 years of my life I had a bad pizza, but that must have been the worst pizza I've ever had. our delivery lasted almost an hour. the pizza was cold and burned. the mushrooms were raw and they literally had slices of raw garlic on the pizza. I had to never fold my pizza into a package to eat it. that is literally how shocking the basic was. I had pizza in the democratic republic Congo and it was better that this was a mile!"

Huge and fresh Calzone was fantastic, my partner Moussaka they enjoyed a lot, fresh ingredients and great taste, and our little got a good size pizza and a pretty big chocolate cake with ice cream for £ 8.95. "The restuarant looks a bit scruffy and it was dead quiet inside when we arrived. I'm SO GLAD that we didn't give it a miss! The staff are lovely (a gentleman that I suspect to be the manager brings a lot of character and soul to the place and the food is DELICIOUS! We went for a couple of pizzas and they were both fresh and authentic. It's quite a way out from the town centre and other restaurants and pubs, but being so close to so many hotels it's easy to pop in straight from your room. Would definitely reccomend to anybody staying in the area (or not, it's worth a little walk :D"

"2nd time this has happened to me in 3 months so not a one off and I won 't be giving another chance shame as they are local and I would rather not use big chains. Ordered in person to go and was told 5 10 min wait. I came back 10 mins later and the guy said 5 more mins. Sat at table waiting for another 10 mins and was told any minute when stood up to ask. Long story they literally started putting the rubbish out to shut and said 'oh, are you waiting '. They weren 't particularly busy about 6 boxes went out in the half hour I was waiting at the shop. Just totally disorganised. Tried to offer a canned soft drink as apology. May have had lucky escape as I watched 'chef ' sneeze all over the dough he was kneading as I waited for money back!"

Simone, the host, is incredibly friendly and you can truly feel the passion he has for this place. The staff are also kind, friendly, and competent, showing their own passion for what they do. Simone offers a wide range of menu options with ingredients of the highest quality, sourced locally when possible. The restaurant perfectly combines Italian tradition with the flavors of Lincolnshire. This is definitely my favorite place to eat!"
