"The RHG Hotel is stunning and in a great location. However we had to wait nearly an hour for our food. The restaurant was very understaffed. We had to go to the front of house to get our coffee. At this point we had been in the restaurant for two hours and had had only one course. To compensate for this we were given our coffee free but we would rather have had it in good time. In the end we were overcharged for a side we neither ordered nor had delivered. On the whole very disappointing. The staff did their best but there were not enough of them."

Service was good and the wine as excellent (French Merlot). Food also good but IT issues at the end meant we took over 30 minutes to pay our bill. Which was a shame and spoiled what would have been an excellent experience.

we arrived and expected a top quality experience only to say that we had to pay cash as the credit card machine was down and then they could not find our booking. Finally we sat and then had to wait 20 minutes before we got a service (the place was less than half full). when eating arrived, it was very good, although the chosen wein was not available. when we tried the money and went, the machine was still broken, so I had to go into the cash and pay. francen wetherspoons offer better service!
