"Recently visited this cafe with my wife for breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent served nice and hot in a timely manner. The cafe was extremely busy when we visited but everyone who came through the door was treated exactly the same. The most impressive part of the visit, was when a group of disabled people came in they noticed them straight away made a way through the que to a table. Not always what you get these days but amazing attention to all customers no matter what their circumstances."

"Ordered our food at 11am our food arrived at 1pm , 2 hours late . We were given one update to say it would arrive no later than 12:25 and that was also not true . Contacted the restaurant (if you can even call it that) and the person that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. When I said how long we had been waiting the person responded with they don’t know where the food has gone and that it’s been with the delivery driver for the last hour .they also tried to make out we were liars for saying how long we had waited . Food arrived cold (as we expected with the ridiculous delay). Bacon was undercooked and everything was soaked in grease. I would strongly advise to never order from here again if you value your tastebuds and time . Ridiculous service and awful food."

"It's been years since I've visited Worcester, after a days work, I really needed a food and drink break, there's plenty of other places I could have gone, but I've used Coffee Warehouse times before an always got great food and service here,...so it was a no brainer, food is cooked fresh as you order it, and the coffee, like the food is full of flavour, service is second to non, I'll be going back next week"

"Stopped in for brunch on a Thursday early noon after a quick scout on TripAdvisor for places to eat on Morningside Road. A bustling cafe with stripped back wooden tables contrasting against rather elaborate metal light fittings and a mismatch of metal or simple cotton fabric covered chairs, we were luckily shown to the last available table in the back room. The cafe appears small from the outside but is actually deceptively big. Music was easygoing chill out which added to the relaxed atmosphere. Smiling waitresses helped also. "if they want breakfast or lunch, full of taste, handmade on the ground, cheap and boot from a local business, then they are not looking further than others. there are vegetarian and vegan options, so all diet requirements are met, and despite its compact interiors they can dinate or take away inside. what is better is that if one of their salads are not on the display, they can freshly it for them, there and then while they wait. customer support is at this place of utmost importance, so that it always adapts and comfortable, that is one of my highlights. my others are their breakfast bagel (if they are not vegetarian) and their salads with additional toppings can order them."

"I absolutely adore this place - it boasts a truly unique concept with top-notch food and drinks. I frequent this restaurant twice a day, starting off with a light breakfast from the fridge and a small KBK box for lunch. I even bring home one for my wife! The ingredients are fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of protein, veggies, grains, and sauces to choose from. The portion sizes are very generous and neatly packed in the box. It's definitely worth every penny. I've had one questionable experience here, but everyone has their off days, so I can overlook it. Out of the 30 visits I've made in the last few months, only one has been a miss. The atmosphere and the staff are both fantastic - always courteous and ready to assist. I highly recommend this place to everyone."

"Ginger and Pickles is our favourite place to eat in Nantwich. We make a 50 mile round trip to visit Nantwich regularly. We always tell our friends to go to Ginger and Pickles. We are visiting Nantwich this Saturday with 4 friends. I rang to book a table, as it is popular and busy and knew we would struggle to get a table for 6. However I was extremely disappointed to be told they don't take bookings at weekends unless it's afternoon tea, saying they prioritise these. I am struggling to understand how a table for 6 for lunch would be less profitable than a table for afternoon tea. Feeling very disappointed UPDATE Thank you for responding Matthew. We did call in and managed to get a table for 6. The service wasn't the best as food came at different times and one couple had nearly finished by the time the 3rd couples food was brought out. It was madly busy. However the food was delicious and we all enjoyed it. Our friends said they would visit again due to the food being so good and we will also visit again"

"Just celebrated my 28th birthday in The Brickroom. Ross the bar manager knows everything about cocktails, but not much about Love Island. So if you want smooth, sexy cocktails in a relaxed venue served with a smile, this is the place. For chat about the drama in the villa, probably best try elsewhere. The peppermint tea is also the best in The Wu."

"We visited these tea rooms on the 23rd of September on the way home from Yorkshire, we ordered 3 cooked breakfasts, 2 lattes and a decaf tea, we had to wait a very long time for the food and when it arrived most of it was cold when we mentioned this to the lady serving she said it was because she had to leave the door open for the customers to come in and the draft was getting in the kitchen but the kitchen was nowhere near the door, also when we got home we noticed we had been charged for the drinks but the menus said tea and coffee came with the breakfast so we should have been told if certain drinks for example decaf tea were extra, The lady serving mentioned that they had only been there 3 days but this no excuse for cold food, We will not be returning"
